Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de meulage de forme d'engrenage au moyen d'une meule, qui consiste: à produire un dresseur spécial en diamant de meule en fonction du module et du diamètre d'une pièce de travail; à installer ce dresseur sur une machine spéciale et à régler l'angle d'inclinaison du mandrin de la meule en fonction d'exigences de paramètres pour meuler des dents; à déplacer le dresseur par rapport à la meule, ce qui lui donne la forme requise; à déplacer la meule mise en forme par rapport à la pièce travail, ce qui permet de finir le meulage de la dent de la pièce de travail. L'invention concerne également l'installation d'un dresseur spécial pour la meule sur une machine, de sorte qu'un utilisateur peut profiler ladite meule en fonction de son changement de diamètre et de l'angle d'inclinaison de son mandrin; la génération automatique de la forme de la meule; et l'utilisation de la meule mise en forme pour exécuter un meulage de dent. Ledit procédé est simple, approprié et fiable. L'invention peut s'utiliser pour meuler des dents de meules plates cylindriques, de roues coniques et des boulons.
