Abstract
Revestimiento refractario perfeccionado para cucharas en la industria del acero inoxidable para evitar la interacción entre ladrillo y escoria, efecto determinante en el deterioro del revestimiento, sino existe esta reacción, los demás efectos destructivos del ladrillo afectan en menor grado. El objeto de esta patente es, precisamente evitar esta interacción ladrillo-escoria mediante un ladrillo compactado a alta presión con una densidad superior a 3 kg/decímetro cúbico, y una porosidad inferior al 4 %, y con una composición de tanto por ciento en peso de Magnesita ( MgCO3 ) entre el 66-68 %, Alúmina ( Al2O3 ) entre un 14 - 15 %, y un 9 -10 % de Grafito. Así como, aditivos mejoradores del choque térmico y la resistencia térmica y la oxidación ( en una composición conjunta de aluminio en polvo, silicio metal, carburo de silicio y arcilla ) de entre un 7 - 9 %. Utilizándose como ligante sobre estos porcentajes totales resinas fenólicas entre un 2 - 3 %.
