Abstract

L'invention concerne une plateforme fixe qui permet de situer sur l'eau une structure fixe quelconque telle qu'une maison, un jardin, une route, un aéroport, un parking, un parc pour enfants ou un village de vacances sur la mer, sur un lac ou un cours d'eau. L'invention comporte une plateforme (7) dont les flotteurs (22) assurant la flottabilité sont immergés jusqu'à une zone sûre 3 à 5 m sous la surface de l'eau (10), les flotteurs (22) dissipant de l'énergie pour émerger à la surface de l'eau (5) produisant des forces tendant à maintenir la plateforme (7) toujours au même point du fait de la tension des câbles (3) des flotteurs (22) et ladite plateforme (7) étant empêchée de dériver sous l'action des tempêtes violentes, des grosses vagues et des courants marins, la plateforme (7), fabriquée de manière appropriée pour sa fonction, comportant un poids (4) à l'extrémité duquel sont reliés les câbles (3), les câbles (3) de liaison servant à maintenir les flotteurs (22) à une distance constante du plancher et à l'état immergé, les flotteurs (22) produisant la flottabilité transmise à la plateforme (7), les colonnes (21) porteuses reliant les flotteurs (22) à la plateforme (7) et les pièces (20) de liaison reliant les colonnes (21) à la plateforme (7).
