Description
本発明に係る浮体式洋上風力発電装置の撤去工法により、簡易な作業で確実に且つ容易に撤去作業を行うことができる。
まず、図5(A)に示すように、浮体3の全部を内部に収納するように上部が全面開口した有底筒体のシンカー4を形成する。該シンカー4は、周縁部の閉塞された内部空間4gを有する金属製体によって、全体として有底筒体に形成されている。金属製体としては、例えば、鋼製である。
動し、図6(B)に示すように、前記シンカー4の有底筒体の内部空間4fに一次注水する。続いて図7(A)に示すように、前記内部空間4fに均等に1次注水してシンカー4を水中に沈降させるとともに前記浮体3を水中に浮かせる。

Claims (4)
- 浮体の全部を内部に収納するように上部が全面開口し底部にバラストタンクを設けた有底筒体のシンカーを形成し、該シンカーを海に浮かべた後に浮体を前記シンカーの底部に載置し、前記シンカーと浮体とを係留索で連結し、
前記シンカーを曳航して所定の位置まで移動し、
前記シンカーの有底筒体の内部空間に一次注水して当該内部空間を均等に注水して水中に沈降させるとともに前記浮体を浮かせ、
前記シンカーが海底に着底した後に前記バラストタンクに2次注水し、
前記係留索を緊張させて浮体式洋上風力発電装置を設置すること、
を特徴とする浮体式洋上風力発電装置の設置工法。 - シンカーは、閉塞された内部空間をシンカー周縁部に形成して全体として有底筒体に形成されており、浮体を前記有底筒体の内部空間に設置する前に、前記周縁部の内部空間にコンクリートが打設されること、
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の浮体式洋上風力発電装置の設置工法。 - バラストタンクが、シンカーの中央部に寄せて当該シンカーと係留索との連結部の位置よりも内側に配設されていること、
を特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の浮体式洋上風力発電装置の設置工法。 - 浮体の全部を内部に収納するように上部が全面開口し底部にバラストタンクを設けた有底筒体のシンカーを形成し、該シンカーを海に浮かべた後に浮体を前記シンカーの底部に載置し、前記シンカーと浮体とを係留索で連結して前記シンカーを曳航して所定の設置位置まで移動させ、該シンカーを海底に着底させて浮体式洋上風力発電装置を設置した後、
前記シンカーのバラストタンクの水を該バラストタンクに海上から空気注入することによって一次排水し、
その後、前記係留索で前記シンカーを引き上げ、
前記引き上げられたシンカーの有底筒体の内部空間から水を二次排水して前記浮体の下部を当該シンカーの有底筒体の底部に載置させ、
前記シンカーを船で曳航して前記所定の設置位置から浮体式洋上風力発電装置を撤去すること、
を特徴とする浮体式洋上風力発電装置の撤去工法。
