不锈钢水管因其本身固有的优异特性及其带来的安全性、 可靠 性、清洁性、耐用性、经济性和环保美观等方面的突出优势, 被称为 真正的绿色管材,在市场上应用范围很广。由于根据国家 GB50261 - XX 标准,金属水管接头连接严禁焊接, 现有的不锈钢管一般是用厚壁不 锈钢攻丝牙螺紋连接,其缺点在于消耗的不锈钢多,造成材料成本高; 太薄的不锈钢水管,采用在管身上压螺口,凸台,带卡圈的形式连接, 其安装方便, 但对管材要求强度大, 制作成本高, 如申请号为 01203593, 申请日为 2001年 2月 23日,发明名称为一种管接头的专 利申请,包括接头体、置于接头体内接孔平台上的密封圈、置于密封 圈上的挡圈、端部呈锥状的开口的铜顶圈、 内孔对应铜顶圈锥状端部 处呈锥状的螺母,其特别之处在于还设有开口的固定压环, 固定压环 位于铜顶圈与螺母间。此专利同样存在成本高,而且由于有铜顶圈等 部件有氧化腐蚀, 可能会造成水污染, 结构也比较复杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述之不足,而提供一种成本低、 密封 好、 耐腐蚀、 环保且安装方便的不锈钢水管接头。
本发明为了达到上述效果而采用的技术解决方案如下- 不锈钢水管接头,包括套管式壳体及与壳体端内螺紋螺接的紧固 螺母,其特征在于, 所述壳体内中间设置有一不锈钢短管, 不锈钢短 管的两侧壳体内均设置有开口外锥体,开口外锥体锥部均套接在内锥 体内, 短管两侧与开口外锥体间设置有密封圈, 紧固螺母将内锥体、 开口外锥体、短管紧固在套管式壳体内。拧紧紧固螺母, 推动内锥体 压向开口外锥体, 使开口外锥体径向变形,抱住不锈钢水管, 使不锈 钢水管不能轴向移位, 起到连接作用, 同时压紧密封圈,封住不锈钢 短管和不锈钢水管的间隙, 起到密封作用。
所述短管两侧内径端部为内锥面, 密封圈设置在内锥面间隙处。 所述短管两侧内径端部还可为台阶面, 密封圈设置在台阶面处。 所述开口外锥体与水平成 10- 25° 角度。
所述外壳体、 内外锥体、紧固螺母均为铝合金或不锈钢材料, 是 抗氧化腐烛材料。
本发明采用上述技术解决方案所能达到的有益效果是- 一、制造成本低,密封性好; 采用外壳体内设置的内外锥体、不 锈钢短管及硅胶密封圈密封固定,结构简单紧凑;无须焊接和在管身 压螺口, 避免了水管太薄需二次加工, 太厚又耗材料, 而且开口外锥 体采用铝材料时,铝材料的强度小,径向变形后和不锈钢水管的接触 面积增大了, 使连接更牢固。
二、耐腐蚀, 寿侖长, 环保; 采用的铝合金或不锈钢材料为抗氧 化腐蚀环保材料, 不存在氧化、 腐蚀问题, 而且铝材料不与水接触, 减少了二次污染。 三、对管材适应范围广, 安装方便; 只是一条光管, 对管材的厚 薄、 口径等没有特殊要求, 均能实现连接, 而且不用焊接, 不需专用 工具, 转动紧固螺母即可安装固定, 拆卸调试也方便;
四、本发明将接管的密封与固定连接合为一体, 同时具有密封及 固定连接的功能, 经实验其管接头承受力满足实用要求。

具体实施方式
由图 i所示,本发明的不锈钢水管接头,包括套管式壳体 6及与 壳体 6—端内螺紋螺接的紧固螺母 7, 套管式壳体 6为底部开孔的 ϋ 形套管结构, 水管(11、 12)套接在该套管 6内, 壳体 6内中间设置 有一不锈钢短管 5, 不锈钢短管 5的两侧壳体 6内均设置有开口外锥 体 3、 3' , 开口外锥体 3、 3' 锥部均套接在内锥体 2、 2' 内, 短管 5两侧与开口外锥体 3、 3? 间设置有密封圈 4、 4, 。 所述短管 5两 侧内径端部为内锥面, 密封圈 4、 ^ 设置在短管 5内锥面间隙处 ·, 所述开口外锥体 3、 3^ 与水平成 10- 25 角度。 本实施例来用 15° 紧固螺母 7将内锥体(2、 V ) 、 开口外锥体(3、 )、 短管 5紧固在套管式壳体 6内,收紧紧固螺母 7时,推动内锥体(2、 2' ) 压向幵口外锥体(3、 3' ), 使开口外锥体(3、 3^ )径向变形, 抱 住不锈钢水管(U、 12), 使不锈钢水管 (11、 12)不能轴向移位, 起到连接作用, 同时压紧密封圈(4、 4, ), 封住不锈钢短管 5和不 锈钢水管(11、 12) 的间隙, 起到密封作用, 操作方便。
所述壳体、 内外锥体、紧固螺母均为铝合金或不锈钢材料, 是抗 氧化腐蚀材料。
所述短管 5两侧内径端部还可以为台阶面, 密封圈 4、 设置 在短管 5台阶面间隙处。
本发明还可以有另一种实施方式,如图 2所示,该不锈钢水管接 头的套管式壳体两端内螺紋螺接有紧固螺母。

1、 一种不锈钢水管接头, 包括套管式壳体及与壳体端内螺紋螺 接的紧固螺母, 其特征在于, 所述壳体内中间设置有一不锈钢短管, 不锈钢短管的两侧壳体内均设置有开口外锥体,开口外锥体锥部均套 接在内锥体内,短管两侧与开口外锥体间设置有密封圈,紧固螺母将 内锥体、 开口外锥体、 短管紧固在套管式壳体内。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种不锈钢水管接头, 其特征在于: 所述短管两侧内径端部为内锥面, 密封圈设置在内锥面间隙处。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种不锈钢水管接头, 其特征在于- 所述短管两恻内径端部为台阶面, 密封圈设置在台阶面间隙处。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种不锈钢水管接头, 其特征在于: 所述开口外锥体与水平成 10 25° 角度。
5、 根据权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的一种不锈钢水管接头, 其 特征在于: 所述套管式壳体为底部开孔的 U形套管结构。
