Definitions
- the present invention relates to a tightly sealed container, which has been specially designed for portionable food products, that is to say the type of those that are not consumed at once.
- the object of the invention is to achieve a container that maintains the tight seal conditions each extraction of the product from its interior, and which also reduces its volumetry, in parallel or as the amount of product inside is reduced, eliminating the classic chambers of air.
- the package allows its content to be accurately proportioned, allows to determine the quantity of product housed inside it without opening it and reduces the occupation of space, for example in the refrigerator, as this consumption is produced.
- the hermetic container that the invention proposes solves in a fully satisfactory manner the above-mentioned problem, in the different aspects mentioned, so that by itself it is capable of restoring the closing situation as many times as necessary, along the portioned consumption of its content, allows to reduce its volumetry parallel to how the reduction of the amount of product housed inside it occurs, and also allows an exact portioning of said product, exact in terms of the amount required by the user, but variable in terms of to the amount that can be obtained in each extraction.
- the package that is recommended is constituted from a formal and dimensionally suitable body to the product in the form of a bar that is to be housed inside, with a perfect dimensional adjustment so that there are no empty spaces in its sinus, establishing on the upper extremity of the aforementioned body an axial movable bushing and adjusted thereon, so that it maintains a tight closing situation with respect to said body, being connected to said bushing by means of a hinge, a cup-like lid folding, capable of attaching to the mouth of the aforementioned bushing, which in turn coincides with the mouth of the base body, also establishing a tight seal with these elements.
- the aforementioned bushing is provided in its upper upper area with a ring that can be metallic but which will preferably be made of a plastic material that complies with food standards, ring with its upper edge and free beaded inward, so that when The bushing moves axially on the base cylindrical body, the flange of the ring serves to tear the sector of the third seal or graduated scale protruding above such bushing.
- the tubular body is made of a tear-off material, the said ring also acting as a bearing for said tearing, so that said body can be cut with a cutting tool, such as with a kitchen knife, together with the product, to achieve the dose of the same that it is desired to obtain, but also said body can be torn at the level of the ring, without the product being affected, so that it emerges outside the container, without perimeter protection, resulting easily Usable similar to a lipstick, which is especially useful in some applications such as those mentioned above.
- the lateral tilting of the lid and the axial displacement of the cap are carried out in the magnitude appropriate to the portion of the product to be obtained, and at this time, with the collaboration of a knife or any other appropriate cutting element, said portion is fragmented, together with the surrounding body, in accordance with the signaling established on the graduated scale, and prior tearing of the corresponding portion thereof, the cut portion being easily accessible and removable from the segment of the base body that houses it, while the food product continues to occupy the remaining body integrally, and when folding The cap on the bushing recovers the tight seal situation, which is maintained until a new product extraction.
- Figure 1 shows a side perspective view of a hermetic container of variable volumetry for portionable food products made in accordance with the object of the present invention, which appears in an initial closing situation, according to an example of practical embodiment in the that the body adopts a cylindrical configuration.
- Figure 2. Shows a detail in side elevation and in diametral section of the container of the previous figure.
- Figure 3. Shows a perspective similar to that of Figure 1, after unsealing the bushing with respect to the cylindrical body and the opening of the outer cover. ⁇
- Figure 4.- Shows the same set as in figure 3, with the bushing displaced towards the situation foreseen for obtaining the first product portion.
- Figure 5. Shows a representation similar to that of Figure 4 in which the base cylindrical body has been fragmented along the upper edge of the bushing, in correspondence with the portion of product to be consumed at that time, and with the container before recovering the initial situation of airtight closure by folding the cover associated with the bushing.
- Figure 6. Shows, according to a representation similar to that of Figure 4, the intermediate tearing container of the emerging portion of the tubular body.
- Figure 7 shows, finally, a general perspective view of the package similar to that of Figure I 5 in which said package adopts a prismatic configuration.
- the package that is recommended is constituted from a cylindrical body (1), as previously said of dimensions appropriate to the size of the food product a contain inside, preferably with a stratified wall to duly protect said product from the surrounding environment and the effects of light, and tightly closed through its lower extremity (2), while superiorly it is initially closed by a seal sheet (3) materialized, for example, in a heat-sealed aluminum foil on the _ ⁇ _
- a bushing (4) is mounted on the cylindrical body (1), with a perfect fit obtained by a slight under-dimensioning of the internal diameter of the bushing (4) with respect to the external diameter of the body (1), so that said bushing elements ( 4) and cylindrical body (1) can move axially with respect to each other, but maintaining an intimate contact between them, which ensures a tight seal in the plane of union of the same.
- This bushing (4) receives laterally, preferably with a single piece and with interposition of a hinge (5), to a cover (6) in the form of a cylindrical cup, capable of fitting tightly to the upper end of the bushing (4), to establish a tight seal also with it, once the initial opening of the container has been made.
- a seal ring (7) is established between it and the sleeve (4). ) that avoids such undue manipulation on the bushing (4) and that may partially affect the cylindrical body (1), as shown in figures 1 and 2, or wrap the assembly completely by heat sealing.
- a third seal (8) is established, which affects said cylindrical body (1) in its entire length and which is occupied by a graduated scale, which allows a or
- said bushing (4) will be provided at its upper end with a rigid ring (10), with its upper end flanged on the bushing (4), as can be seen especially in the section of the Figure 2, so that the inner edge (11) of said flange acts on the one hand as a guide for simultaneous cutting of the tubular body (1) and the product (12), at a level appropriate to the magnitude of the sector (V) of the cylindrical body (1) that it is desired to obtain, and on the other hand as a tearing means for the elimination exclusively of said portion (1 ') of the tubular body (1), so that the product (11) emerges outside in the expected magnitude for this purpose, but remaining integrally associated with the container, as shown in Figure 6.
- the container maintains after each extraction a tight closing situation close to the initial one, in the absence of air pockets inside that could harm the remaining product, and the dosage in the consumption of said product can be carried out in an exact way thanks to the graduated scale that is placed on the mentioned lateral seal (8).
- the cylindrical configuration of the tubular body (1) which corresponds to the example of practical embodiment of Figures 1 to 6, is not at all limiting, said body being able to adopt the prismatic-rectangular configuration shown in Figure 7, where they have been used the same numerical references to indicate the same pieces, or any other configuration that is considered convenient, without more than adapting the shape of the accessories of said tubular body (1) to the section of the latter.
