  • Said angle between rod and intermediate member is within the range of 10 - 30° in the door closed position, while in the open position, it is in the range of 150 - 170°.

  • a comparison shows how adjustment of the door upwards brings rod or lever 8 in the closed position closer to door 1 , so that gas spring 10 exerts a lower torque and de- celeration device 14 stem 13 is compressed to a lesser extent.
