一种业务调整分析系统, 所述业务调整分析系统包括: 业务管理 单元、 用户数据分析单元、 业务数据存储单元和业务組合处理单元; 所述业务管理单元用于根据业务调整请求获取用户的特征行为 信息, 并对业务调整分析系统中除自身之外的其它单元进行控制; 所述用户数据分析单元用于根据从业务管理单元获得的特征行 为信息, 以及保存在业务数据存储单元的现有业务类型, 分析出该用 户的业务使用信息;
所述业务组合处理单元用于对业务使用信息进行組合,为所述用 户生成至少一项特色业务组合。
由上述技术方案可见, 本发明的这种业务调整系统和方法, 能根 据用户个性化的特征行为信息, 自动地从现有业务类型中搭配出适合 用户的特色业务組合, 提供给用户选择, 并根据用户最终的选择结果 调整为该用户开通的业务组合,故该方法一方面节省了预设业务组合 花费的前期成本, 另一方面提高业务组合的效率, 满足用户的个性化 需求。 附图简要说明

为了根据用户个性化的特征行为信息, 自动地从现有业务类型中 搭配出适合用户的特色业务组合,本发明一个实施例中提供了特色业 务组合的业务调整系统, 该系统如图 1所示, 包括: 用户终端 101、 用户特征行为信息数据库 102、 业务调整分析子系统 103和外部执行 子系统 104。
用户终端 101是用户用来和业务调整分析子系统 103进行交互的 设备, 可以是现有的手机或 PC等通信终端。
用户特征行为信息数据库 102中存储有用户的特征行为信息。 所 述特征行为信息包括用户性别、 年龄、 通话频率、 通话时长, 以及喜 好(比如是否喜欢玩游戏或听音乐)等用户个人特色信息, 这些信息 有助于运营商进一步了解、 分析用户需求。
实际应用中, 用户特征行为信息数据库 102可以是一个综合业务 指紋子系统。 所述综合业务指纹子系统如图 2所示, 包括: 采集单元 201、 分析单元 202、 存储单元 203、 数据访问单元 204以及数据收发 单元 205。
其中, 采集单元 201用于从外部获取用户的个人信息数据, 发送 给分析单元 202。
分析单元 202根据个人信息数据为该用户生成综合业务指纹, 并 将该综合业务指紋保存到存储单元 203中。
用户在使用电信业务的过程中总会表现出不同方面的特征,如兴 趣爱好、 行为、 习惯等, 具体为某个用户习惯在 19:00下班后回家上 网等。 通过对一定时间内某项特征数据的分析, 比如兴趣爱好, 可以 为该用户抽象出一条曲线, 这条曲线形象地表征用户的业务指纹项。 用户在所有业务类型的所有维度上的业务指紋项的集合称为该用户 的业务指紋( Service Fingerprint )。 综合业务指纹( Integrated Service Fingerprint ) 就是将用户的业务指紋项按业务类型和维度归类, 并经 过分析后获得的结果集。
数据访问单元 204根据外部的数据访问请求,从存储单元 203获 得某个用户的综合业务指紋,并将所述综合业务指紋通过数据收发单 元 205输出到外部。 '
从上述说明看出, 对于综合业务指纹子系统, 所述特征行为信息 为综合业务指紋。
业务调整分析子系统 103 根据用户终端 101 发出的业务调整请 求, 以及从用户特征行为信息数据库 102获取的特征行为信息, 对用 户的消费行为进行分析,并生成符合用户个人消费特点的特色业务组 合推荐给该用户。
其中,业务调整分析子系统 103又包括:业务组合收发单元 1031、 用户数据收发单元 1032、 业务管理单元 1033、 用户数据分析单元 1034、 业务数据存储单元 1035、 业务组合处理单元 1036、 业务策略 单元 1037和业务组合存储单元 1038。
业务組合收发单元 1031是业务调整分析子系统 103与用户终端 101的交互接口, 具体执行以下操作: 建立与用户终端 101之间的通 信链路, 接收用户终端发出的业务调整请求和确认消息, 或发送包含 至少一项特色业务组合的业务调整列表给用户终端 101等。
用户数据收发单元 1032是业务调整分析子系统 103与用户特征 行为信息数据库 102的交互接口, 具体执行以下操作: 建立与用户特 征行为信息数据库 102 的通信链路, 获得所需用户的特征行为信息 等。
业务管理单元 1033是业务调整分析子系统 103的控制管理单元, 与该子系统中的所有其他单元连接, 负责用户数据分析单元 1034、 业务组合处理单元 1036、 业务组合存储单元 1038等单元之间的控制 和调度, 以提高整个子系统调度的灵活性。
在本发明的一个实例中, 所述业务管理单元 1033包括两个模块, 分别是消息分析模块和列表分析模块。 其中, 消息分析模块负责各类 消息的处理, 对不同类型消息执行不同操作; 列表分析模块对业务调 整列表中的各项特色业务组合进行分析,判断其中是否存在用户已订 购的业务组合并将其标记出来。
用户数据分析单元 1034从业务管理单元 1033获得用户的特征行 为信息, 并根据预先保存在业务数据存储单元 1035 中的现有业务类 型对特征行为信息进行分析, 得到该用户的业务使用信息。
所述业务数据存储单元 1035 中的现有业务类型包括: 业务种类 列表和业务基本信息列表,其中业务种类列表用于记录已有的业务类 型和编号, 具体实例如表一所示:

业务组合处理单元 1036通过业务管理单元 1033获得用户数据分 析单元 1034生成的业务使用信息,并利用业务策略单元 1037中的组 合策略, 为用户生成包含多项特色业务组合的业务调整列表, 并将该 列表发送给业务管理单元 1033。 该过程中, 业务组合处理单元 1036 也可以直接将业务使用信息进行任意组合,获得提供给用户的多项特 色业务组合。
此 4, 业务组合处理車元 1036 可以直接与用户数据分析单元 1034连接, 来获得用户的业务使用信息。
所述业务策略单元 1037 中保存有电信业务的组合策略, 最终提 供给用户的特色业务组合需要符合该单元中设定的策略。该业务策略 单元 1037中保存的组合策略包括业务等级表和组合规则表。
其中, 业务等级表定义了各种电信业务的消费档次。 比如: "赛 车游戏 "业务每月消费额度 ARPU值 A等级的在 30元及以下, B等 级的在 30元以上 60元及以下; "格斗游戏,,业务每月消费额度 ARPU 值 A等级的在 100元及以下, B等级的在 100元以上 200元及以下。 业务等级表在具体实现时可以采用 XML方式进行描述,此处不赘述。
组合规则表定义了业务组合的处理规则。 比如, 规则一将 A等级 的"赛车游戏,,业务和 C等级的 "格斗游戏"业务进行组合,其中 A等级 的"赛车游戏,,业务按最大 ARPU值包月, C等级的 "格斗游戏"业务按 默认值收费。规则二对用户群体进行区分,对于年轻时尚的学生群体, 适当提高数据业务的收费标准, 而降低语音业务的收费标准; 对于中 老年群体, 以语音业务为基础, 附赠少量数据业务, 以促进其对新业 务的尝试。规则三为在设定的一段时间内免费向用户提供新推出的数 据业务。 组合规则表在具体实现时也可以采用 XML方式进行描述, 此处不赘述。
所述业务组合处理单元 1036根据组合策略获得特色业务组合的 方法为: 首先, 根据业务等级表分析出业务使用信息中每个业务的消 费等级; 然后, 将符合组合规则表中所设定消费等級的电信业务组合 成特色业务组合。
经过上述处理, 业务组合处理单元 1036 能够生成多项符合用户 使用习惯的特色业务组合,并将这些特色业务组合逐项保存在业务调 整列表中, 每项特色业务组合都设置有对应编号。
业务管理单元 1033 收到业务调整列表后, 从业务组合存储单元 1038 获得该用户已定购业务組合的信息, 由此判断业务组合处理单 元 1036生成的业务调整列表中是否存在已定购的业务组合, 如果有 则标记出来,并将带有上述标记的业务调整列表发送给业务組合收发 单元 1031。
业务组合收发单元 1031将业务调整列表送至用户终端 101 ,由用 户终端将列表的信息显示给用户, 比如可选的特色业务组合内容, 列 表中包含的已定购业务组合等。用户可以根据自身需要选择列表中提 供的某项特色业务组合,并回复确认消息给业务调整分析子系统 103 , 由业务调整分析子系统 103 下发相应的调整指令给外部执行子系统 104, 所述确认消息中携带有用户选中的特色业务组合的编号。
外部执行子系统 104根据业务调整分析子系统 103指示的特色业 务组合信息, 对网络资源进行具体配置, 为用户开通相应的特色业务 组合。 所述外部执行子系统 104可以采用现有技术实现, 比如 BOSS 系统中负责开通业务的一个服务开通子系统等, 此处不贅述。 基于图 1所示的系统, 本发明一个实施例的业务调整流程如图 3 所示, 包括以下步骤:
步驟 301: 用户终端向业务调整分析子系统发出业务调整请求。 步驟 302~303: 业务调整分析子系统从用户特征行为信息数据库 获得该用户终端的特征行为信息。
步驟 304:业务调整分析子系统对获得的特征行为信息进行处理, 生成适合该用户的业务调整列表。
步骤 305 306: 业务调整分析子系统将业务调整列表下发给用户 终端, 供用户从该列表中选择满足自身需求的特色业务组合。 然后, 用户终端向业务调整分析子系统回复确认消息,在确认消息中携带用 户选中的特色业务组合的编号。
步骤 307〜309: 业务调整分析子系统将确认消息中携带的编号对 应的特色业务组合的信息发送给外部执行子系统,通知外部执行子系 统进行业务调整。外部执行子系统在完成资源配置并开通用户选定的 特色业务组合后, 将开通信息通知业务调整分析子系统, 由业务调整 分析子系统通知用户终端业务调整已完成。
在上述过程中,业务调整分析子系统的具体处理流程如图 4所示, 包括以下步骤:
步驟 401 : 业务组合收发单元接收到用户终端发出的消息后, 将 该消息送至业务管理单元进行分析。业务管理单元利用自身的消息分 析模块对消息类型进行判断, 如果是业务调整请求则执行步骤 402, 否则执行步骤 407。
假设一个标识为 userOOl的用户终端向业务调整分析子系统发出 一个类型为 messageOl的消息, 请求进行业务组合调整, 该消息可以 用 XML进行描述。 步骤 402: 业务管理单元通过用户数据收发单元, 从用户特征行 为信息数据库获取所述用户终端的特征行为信息。
该步骤中, 用户数据收发单元向用户特征行为信息数据库发送的 消息中携带有用户唯一标识符 ( Userld ) 和消息类型标识符 ( MessageType ) 等参数。
用户特征行为信息数据库返回给用户数据收发单元的特征行为 信息包括: 用户个人信息表、 业务使用信息表以及该用户的经常性行 为特征表等。 比如, 用户个人信息表中记录的内容为该用户为年轻人 等, 业务使用信息表中记录有用户的语音业务、 游戏业务使用情况, 经常性行为特征表中记录有用户的使用 习惯, 诸如经常在 20:00 22:00这段时间上网, 在 18:00〜19:00发短信等。
当用户特征行为信息数据库采用综合业务指纹子系统实现时, 所 述特征行为信息为综合业务指纹。
步驟 403 : 用户数据分析单元根据业务数据存储单元中预先保存 的现有业务类型, 对用户的特征行为信息进行分析, 为该用户生成与 运营商已提供的业务类型对应的业务使用信息,并将该信息发送给业 务组合处理单元。
比如, 根据用户标识为 userOOl 的特征行为信息分析出, 该用户 的业务使用信息见表三, 具体内容如下:

1004 格斗游戏 236 2003 手机电视 0 步骤 404: 业务组合处理单元根据业务策略单元中保存的业务等 级表, 分析出该用户的消费等级, 再根据业务策略单元中的组合规则 表判断该用户的消费等级是否符合预先设定的规则。若该用户的消费 等级符合规则, 则业务组合处理单元执行业务組合操作, 为该用户生 成特色业务组合。
该步骤中, 分析用户消费等级的方法具体为: 使用函数 y=fsl(service, arpu)计算出对应类型业务的消费等級, 该函数的输入为 业务类型参数和 ARPU值。 比如, 对于表三所示的业务使用信息, 分 析出该用户使用 "赛车游戏"业务的等级是 A, 使用 "格斗游戏"业务的 等级是 C。
由于组合规则表中设定: A等级的 "赛车游戏"业务和 C等级的 "格 斗游戏,,业务可以组合, 且 A等級的 "赛车游戏,,业务按最大 ARPU值 包月消费, 而 C等级的 "格斗游戏"业务按默认值计费, 故为该用户生 成一个编号为 sOOl的特色业务组合, 即 A專级的 "赛车游戏"业务和 C等级的 "格斗游戏"业务这两者的组合。
同时, 由于该用户的个人信息为年轻人, 故可以与另一条组合规 则匹配, 即向年轻人推送 30小时免费的手机电视业务, 所以又可为 该用户生成一个编号为 s002的特色业务组合,即 A等级的 "赛车游戏" 业务包月、' C等级的 "格斗游戏,,业务默认资费和 30小时免费的手机 电视业务这三者的组合。
经过上述设置, 业务调整列表中包含有 sOOl和 s002这两个特色 业务组合。
步骤 405: 业务管理单元中的列表分析模块从业务組合存储单元 中获得该用户已定购的业务组合信息,对新生成的业务调整列表中的 特色业务组合逐项进行分析, 并标记出已定购业务组合, 再将带有上 述标记的业务调整列表发送给业务组合收发单元。
在一个具体实例中, 可以用一个布尔字段 ( True, False )标记已 定购业务組合。
步骤 406: 业务组合收发单元将业务调整列表发送给指定的用户 终端, 流程结束。
步骤 407: 业务管理单元判断是否接收到确认消息, 如果是则执 行步骤 408, 否则流程结束。
其中, 用户终端回复的确认消息中携带有用户标识符 (Userld ) 以及选定的特色业务组合编号等。
步骤 408: 业务组合处理单元将用户终端在确认消息中选定的特 色业务组合的信息发送给外部执行子系统, 由外部执行子系统完成资 源配置并开通用户选定的特色业务组合。
步骤 409: 业务管理单元通知业务组合存储单元保存该用户选定 的特色业务组合信息。
步骤 410: 业务组合收发单元接收到外部执行子系统的业务开通 消息后, 向用户终端发送业务调整完成消息, 流程结束。
由上述的实施例可见, 本发明的这种提供特色业务组合的业务调 整系统和方法, 能根据用户个性化的特征行为信息, 自动地从已有的 电信业务中配置出多种适合用户的特色业务组合,并根据用户的最终 选择设置或调整业务组合,故一方面节省了预设业务组合花费的前期 成本, 另一方面提高业务组合的效率, 满足用户的个性化需求。

权利要求书
1、 一种业务调整系统, 其特征在于, 该系统包括:
用户特征行为信息数据库, 用于向业务调整分析子系统提供用户 的特征行为信息;
业务调整分析子系统, 用于将获得的用户的特征行为信息与自身 保存的现有业务类型进行比较, 为用户生成特色业务组合。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的系统, 其特征在于, 该系统还包括用 户终端和外部执行子系统;
所述用户终端用于向业务调整分析子系统发出业务调整请求, 并 回复确认消息给业务调整分析子系统;
所述业务调整分析子系统进一步用于根据用户终端的业务调整 请求, 提供特色业务组合给用户终端, 并根据用户终端回复的确认消 息通知外部执行子系统调整该用户的业务组合;
外部执行子系统用于根据业务调整分析子系统的指示,对网络资 源进行配置, 为所述用户终端开通特色业务組合。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述业务调整分 析子系统包括: 业务管理单元、 用户数据分析单元、 业务数据存储单 元和业务组合处理单元;
所述业务管理单元用于接收用户特征行为信息数据库发送的特 征行为信息和用户终端发送的业务调整请求,并对业务调整分析子系 统中除自身之外的其它单元进行控制;
所述用户数据分析单元用于从业务管理单元获得用户的特征行 为信息, 并根据预先保存在业务数据存储单元的现有业务类型, 分析 出该用户的业务使用信息; 所述业务組合处理单元用于对业务使用信息进行组合, 为所述用 户生成至少一项特色业务組合。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述业务调整分 析子系统还包括业务策略单元;
所述业务策略单元将自身设置的组合策略提供给业务组合处理 单元, 由业务组合处理单元根据组合策略对业务使用信息进行組合。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述业务调整分 析子系统还包括业务组合存储单元;
所述业务组合存储单元将自身记录的已定购业务组合的信息提 供给业务管理单元,业务管理单元在生成的特色业务组合中标记出已 定购业务组合。
6、 根据权利要求 3所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述业务调整分 析子系统还包括用户数据收发单元;
所述用户数据收发单元用于与用户特征行为信息数据库进行通 信, 将从该数据库获得的特征行为信息发送给业务管理单元。
7、 根据权利要求 3所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述业务调整分 析子系统还包括业务组合收发单元;
所述业务组合收发单元用于与用户终端进行通信,将从用户终端 获得的消息发送给业务管理单元, 或将特色业务组合传递给用户终 端
8、 根据权利要求 1 所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述用户特征行 为信息数据库为综合业务指紋子系统。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述综合业务指 紋子系统包括: 采集单元、 分析单元、 存储单元、 数据访问单元和数 据收发单元; 所述釆集单元用于从外部获取用户的个人信息数据,并将所获取 的数据发送给分析单元; ·
所述分析单元根据个人信息数据生成该用户的综合业务指纹,并 将综合业务指纹保存到存储单元;
所述数据访问单元根据外部的数据访问请求,从存储单元获得用 户的综合业务指紋,并将所述综合业务指纹通过数据收发单元输出到 外部。
10、 一种业务调整方法, 应用于业务调整系统中, 其特征在于, 所述业务调整系统包括用户特征行为信息数据库和业务调整分析子 系统, 该方法包括:
业务调整分析子系统从用户特征行为信息数据库中获得用户的 特征行为信息;
业务调整分析子系统通过比较获得的特征行为信息与自身保存 的现有业务类型, 生成所述用户的特色业务组合。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述业务调整 分析子系统包括: 业务管理单元、 用户数据分析单元、 业务数据存储 单元和业务组合处理单元;
所述业务调整分析子系统生成特色业务组合包括:
用户数据分析单元从业务管理单元获得用户的特征行为信息, 并 根据预先保存在业务数据存储单元的现有业务类型,分析出该用户的 业务使用信息, 发送给业务组合处理单元;
业务组合处理单元对业务使用信息进行组合, 为所述用户生成至 少一项特色业务组合, 发送给业务管理单元。
12、 根据权利要求 11 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述业务调整 分析子系统还包括: 设置有组合策略的业务策略单元; 所述业务組合处理单元生成特色业务组合包括:
业务組合处理单元根据业务策略单元中设置的组合策略,对业务 使用信息进行组合, 生成用户的特色业务组合。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述組合策略 包括业务等级表和组合规则表;
所述根据组合策略生成特色业务组合包括:
根据业务等级表, 分析出业务使用信息中每个业务的消费等级, 再将符合组合规则表中所设定消费等级的电信业务,组合成特色业务 组合。
14、 根据权利要求 11所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述业务调整 分析子系统还包括:记录有已定购业务组合的信息的业务组合存储单 元;
该方法进一步包括:业务管理单元根据业务组合存储单元中记录 的已定购业务组合的信息,在获得的特色业务组合中标记出已定购业 务组合, 发送给用户终端。
15、 根据权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法进一步 包括:
业务调整分析子系统将特色业务组合发送给用户终端, 并根据用 户终端回复的确认消息通知外部执行子系统进行业务调整;
外部执行子系统根据业务调整分析子系统的指示, 对网络资源进 行配置, 为所述用户终端开通特色业务组合。
16、 根据权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法进一步 包括: 将特色业务组合逐项保存在业务调整列表中, 并为每项特色业 务组合设置对应编号;
用户终端在回复的确认消息中携带自身选中的特色业务组合的 编号;
业务调整分析子系统将所述编号对应的特色业务组合的信息发 送给外部执行子系统。
17、 根据权利要求 10至 16任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所 述特征行为信息为根据用户的个人信息数据生成的综合业务指纹。
18、 一种业务调整分析系统, 其特征在于, 所述业务调整分析系 统包括: 业务管理单元、 用户数据分析单元、 业务数据存储单元和业 务组合处理单元;
所述业务管理单元用于根据业务调整请求获取用户的特征行为 信息, 并对业务调整分析系统中除自身之外的其它单元进行控制; 所述用户数据分析单元用于根据从业务管理单元获得的特征行 为信息, 以及保存在业务数据存储单元的现有业务类型, 分析出该用 户的业务使用信息;
所述业务组合处理单元用于对业务使用信息进行组合, 为所述用 户生成至少一项特色业务组合。
19、 根据权利要求 18所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述业务调整 分析系统还包括业务策略单元;
所述业务策略单元将自身设置的组合策略提供给业务组合处理 单元, 由业务组合处理单元根据組合策略对业务使用信息进行组合。
20、 根据权利要求 18所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述业务调整 分析系统还包括业务组合存储单元;
所述业务組合存储单元将自身记录的已定购业务組合的信息提 供给业务管理单元,业务管理单元在生成的特色业务组合中标记出已 定购业务组合。
21、 根据权利要求 18所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述业务调整 分析系统还包括用户数据收发单元;
所述用户数据收发单元用于从外部获取特征行为信息,发送给业 务管理单元。

所述业务组合收发单元用于将外部的业务调整请求发送给业务 管理单元; 或将业务组合处理单元生成的特色业务组合输出。
