Abstract

La présente invention concerne les gaines pré-isolées de distribution d'air conditionné basse pression, et plus précisément la fabrication des conduits de section circulaire ou elliptique. Le procédé prévoit la formation de deux décrochements longitudinaux en gradin (4a, 4b) sur les lèvres de jonction des deux demi-coques et la réunion de ces deux demi-coques avec des joints mécaniques d'assemblage en force appliqués sur les tôles de polyuréthane, de polyuréthanne et aluminium, ou d'acier.
