Description

SYSTÈME DE STORE HORIZONTAL OU INCLINÉ À SUPPORT ESCAMOTABLE HORIZONTAL OR INCLINED STORE SYSTEM WITH RETRACTABLE SUPPORT
The present invention relates to a horizontal or inclined blind system retractable support.
It is intended to effectively protect from the sun a large terrace area in summer, with the possibility of retracting useless and unsightly structures during the winter period.
The known devices made to date generally have disadvantages which have not found a satisfactory solution at present:
- Le parasol ne permet pas de couvrir de grandes surfaces et doit être stocké en période hivernale.- The umbrella does not cover large areas and must be stored in winter.
- La pergola ou la treille manquent de souplesse d'utilisation et sont installé à demeure.- The pergola or the trellis lack of flexibility of use and are installed permanently.
- Le store banne est également installé à demeure et son impact visuel sur les façades n'est pas négligeable.- The awning is also installed permanently and its visual impact on the facades is not negligible.
The device according to the present invention aims to remedy this state of affairs. It makes it possible to group in a single element a railing or a bench and a device for protection against the sun, while eliminating the storage problems of the latter. We find a simple guardrail or a simple bench in winter season.
The aesthetic impact on the facades of the building is avoided. In the case of a gantry mounted vis-à-vis the facade of a building, the pulley system is dismantled and stored, in winter, in a safe integrated system. It is also possible to mount two gantries vis-à-vis in front of the building, for example two benches, two railings or a bench and a guardrail.
In addition, the design of the system according to the invention offers the possibility of adjusting the inclination of the awning providing protection from the sun, thanks to a telescopic support. The system consists of a trunk formed by the handrail of a railing or the headrest of a bench and intended to contain a flexible element that can be deployed to provide protection from the sun, this trunk receiving telescopic legs, nested in tubular uprights of the guardrail or bench and to hoist the chest to the desired height to form a gantry for supporting the flexible element of protection against the sun.
In the accompanying drawings, given by way of non-limiting examples of embodiments according to the present application: FIGS. 1 and 2 show a blind support bracket in position respectively compact and deployed, FIGS. blind support bench in position respectively compact and deployed, Figures 5 and 6 show a blind mounted respectively between a railing and a frontage, and between two benches, Figure 7 is a perspective view of a blind with straps for 8 is the awning of FIG. 7, mounted between a railing and a faceplate, in position and partially unwound, FIGS. 9 and 9 'are enlarged sections of two variants of FIG. a pulley device ensuring the tension of the straps making it possible to manipulate the blind of FIGS. 7 and 8, FIG. 10 represents, seen from above, an open box intended to contain the blind, FIGS. 12 show the box of FIG. 10 closed, respectively in the position of use and in the storage position of the blind, FIG. 13 is an enlarged transverse section of the box, along the arrows F1 of FIG. 11, in which the blind is wrapped, ready to use and straps stretched. and FIGS. 14 to 16 are transverse sections of the installation on a different scale respectively showing the roller blind, partially unrolled and fully unwound. The device, FIGS. 1 to 16, is intended to transform a railing 1 or a bench 2 (FIGS. 1 and 3) into a gantry for supporting a flexible element 4 for protection against the sun such as a cloth (FIGS. 4).
The handrail of the railing or the headrest of the bench are used as box 3 intended to contain the flexible element 4 and its attachment accessories.
This box is mounted on two telescopic uprights each consisting of a tube or several tubes 5, 6 (two in the figures) nested one inside the other, themselves nested in the tubular uprights 7 of the railing or of the bench. These amounts can hoist the trunk 3 to the desired height and a system of spring clips maintains the installation in this position. A safety lock 8, 8 'will be provided by a keying of the tubes or other similar device.
The installation can be used in at least two ways:
- Premier cas (figures 5, 6):- First case (Figures 5, 6):
In their initial position, the railing 1 or the bench 2 may include in their trunk 3 any flexible element 4 for protection against the sun and its fastening system 9 comprising tension springs of the flexible element. In gantry position, the trunk 3 is used as an anchor point for mooring the flexible element.
In their initial position, the bodyguard 1 or the bench 2 contain in their trunk 3 a roll 10 of cloth 4 (Figure 10). In the gantry position, once the fastening system has been deployed, the installation can be used as a blind.
La fixation des éléments de traction sur la toile 4 se fera avantageusement grâce à une barre de traction 14 montée transversalement à l'extrémité de ladite toile, des dispositifs d'ancrage 15 permettant le réglage de la tension des sangles 11.The fabric 4 of the roller blind has at one of its ends, on each side, a flexible traction element preferably consisting of a strap 11 but may consist of a cable, a rope or other. The length of these straps is equal to about twice the length of the fabric 4 (Figure 7). Pulley devices 12 make it possible to return the straps to wind at the ends of the axis of the roller 10 of the fabric in the opposite direction of the unwinding thereof. These devices pulleys can indifferently be attached to another gantry of the same type, a building facade 13 (Figure 8) or another support. The fastening of the traction elements on the fabric 4 will advantageously be done thanks to a drawbar 14 mounted transversely to the end of said fabric, anchoring devices 15 enabling the tension of the straps 11 to be adjusted.
At each end of the axis of the roller 10 of the fabric are installed two flanges 16 guiding the straps in their movements and a perfect superposition of the turns (Figure 10). (These flanges are not shown in Figures 14 to 16, to better show the respective windings of the web and straps).
In the initial position (curled cloth), the strap is mounted taut. When the fabric 4 is wound or unrolled, the difference in diameter between the roll of fabric and the rolls of straps has the effect of relaxing the straps. To cancel this effect, a counterweight system mounted on movable rollers 17 at the pulley devices weighs on the straps on their return and holds them taut steadily, while providing compensation for the elongation of the fabrics. The counterweight may consist of a bar 18 disposed between the two straps 11 (FIG. 8) or of two weights 19 hooked to the movable rollers 17 and sliding in vertical chutes 20 fixed to the lower part of each pulley device (FIG. 9 '). The stroke of this counterweight depends on the lengths of the straps relaxed to compensate and will be calculated according to the thickness of the fabric, the thickness of the strap and the diameter of the roll 10 on which the fabric is wound, the diameter of the roller on which the straps are wrapped and the length of the canvas. Safety lashing is provided to eliminate the risk of falling weight when a strap breaks. The holding of the tensioned straps can also be obtained by a system of tensioners, springs or other.
From this point, a spiral cord runs inside the tube or tubes 5, 6 to the chest 3 and can thus follow the movements thereof. It will be advantageously provided an electrical safety system allowing the engine power only when the flexible elements of traction are deployed. The trunk 3 of the blind comprises a cover 21 hinged and can be opened manually for installation, adjustment, output or storage of the straps 11, the fastening system, counterweights 18, 19 and pulley devices 12 (Figure 10). This cover is supported by its own weight on the fabric 4 so as to match its vertical movement and automatically maintain the closed box optimally at the various stages of unwinding of the fabric (Figures 14, 15 and 16).
Le coffre pourra comporter des embouts coulissants 23 latéraux permettant de libérer le couvercle 21 ou de le verrouiller en position fermée en recouvrant les encoches 22 (figures 10 à 12).Two notches 22 cut in the hood pass the straps 11 in the position where the fabric is completely wound inside the trunk, and the straps deployed (Figures 10, 11 and 13).
