清洗机是一种常常用来对户外的较大设施, 如私家车, 或对房屋的外部进行 清洗的设备。 它主要是以水泵、 动力设备、 水枪构成, 动力设备作为驱动部分, 带 动水泵,水泵将水通过水枪喷射到所要清洗的设备或目标上。动力设备通常采用汽 油机、 柴油机、 电动机。在较为发达的国家和地区, 由于私人拥有车辆率和居住别 墅率较高,需要对私家车和房屋进行经常性定期清洗, 因此这类清洗设备作为一般 家庭的常用工具, 其有拥有率非常普及, 使用率也极高, 它们往往作为一种家庭的 易耗设施。传统清洗机的结构是这样的, 生产制造商在水泵或动力设备选定后, 再 根动力设备的输出轴来选定适配的水泵,或根据水泵来选定适配的动力设备,再将 两者的输出轴和输入轴通过连接轴套连接组装在一起 (见图 1 ) , 图 1中, 动力设 备 10的输出轴为 14, 水泵 20的输入轴为 23, 连接轴套为 24, 动力设备的输出轴 通过水泵的输入轴驱动水泵工作。 因此, 传统的动力设备和水泵是分离的, 选配起 来非常不便,要考虑到动力设备输出轴与水泵的输入轴之间的相互适配,且输出轴 加上连接轴和输入轴后,其总长度较长,也势必加大了清洗机的体积和长度;此外, 由于两者是由两个独立的产品进行选配的,它们有与连接轴套两个连接端面, 因此 除了选配后的清洗机体积较大外, 还需要对两个连接端面进行密封的两套密封系 统; 另外, 这类清洗机是敞开的, 动力设备和水泵均是裸露在外, 很容易造成设备 的人为或意外损坏;其次,无论是动力设备向外界周围环境或外界向动力设备都会 形成相互污染, 而且还不美观; 再就是, 这类清洗机往往是置于一个底座上, 清洗 机的移动主要是靠人力的搬动, '往往 '需要两个成年人抬起,操作者搬动起来非常不 便。

本发明的目的之二是提供一种具有外罩的便携式汽油清洗机, 以克服传统汽 油清洗机存在的设备易损坏以及与外界形成相互污染的问题;
• 本发明的目的之三是提供一种具有拉杆的便携式汽油清洗机, 以克服传统汽 油清洗机存在的搬动不便的缺点。
为了实现上述目的, 本实用新型采用如下技术方案,
该便携式汽油清洗机包括,
一汽油机, 汽油机包括缸体、 连杆、 曲轴、 输出轴, 气缸体作为驱动部件并 通过连杆带动曲轴, 曲轴驱动输出轴;
一水泵, 水泵包括连为一体的水泵头和泵体, 泵体具有一输入轴;
一与水泵相连的水枪;
一承载汽油机、 水泵的底座;

为了能对本发明作进一步的了解, 下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步 的详细说明。
请参阅图 2并结合图 4所示, 本发明的便携式汽油清洗机包括如下主要部件: 一汽油机 10, 汽油机 10与普通汽油机一样, 它包括气缸体 11、 连杆 12、 曲 轴 13、 输出轴 14, 气缸体 11作为驱动部件并通过连杆 12带动曲轴 13, 曲轴 13 驱动输出轴 14。
一水泵 20, 水泵 20包括连为一体的水泵头 21和泵体 22, 泵体 22具有一输 入轴 23;
一与水泵 20相连的水枪(图中均未示意出来);
一承载汽油机 10、 水泵 20的底座 30。
本发明的汽油机 10的以上部分与普通的汽油机的结构基本上一样, 此处所述 的气缸体 11是指包含了气缸 111、 活塞 112、 火花塞 113, 图 4中, 在还示意了轴 承 114, 曲轴右箱 115, 曲轴左箱 116, 点火器 118, 以及风叶 119汽缸盖 200, 骨 架油封 201。 当然, 油箱也是一个必不可少的部件, 在图 2中则示意了油箱 117, 在本发明的汽油机中, 这些部件和结构与普通的汽油机相比均没有发生什么变化, 其工作原理也相同, 在此就不进行描述了。
所不同的是, 所述的汽油机 10的输出轴 14 (见图 4) 直接与水泵的泵体 22 的输入轴 23相接, 而在传统的汽油清洗机中, 需要有连接轴套来过渡。 即汽油机 的输出轴 16通过连接轴套来驱动水泵 20的输入轴 23。 正是由于本发明直接用输 出轴 14直接驱动输入轴 23, 使得本发明的清洗机与传统的清洗机相比, 则具有如 下的明显优点:
1, 省却了传统汽油机与泵体相接所需要的连接轴,这既縮短了整个清洗 机的长度和体积, 也使得清洗机的结构设计更为合理;
2, 传统的清洗机由于是由两个独立的部件构成,它们与连接轴连接在一 起, 必定存在两个连接端面, 则还需要两套密封系统将这两个连接端 面进行密封, 而本发明的清洗机则不需要连接轴来过渡, 因而只有一 个连接端面, 只需要一套密封系统, 这又无疑又增加了清洗机的可靠 性和降低了其制造成本;
3, 提高了传动效率;
4, 一旦设计、 生产定型后, 无需再为汽油机的输出轴与水泵的输入轴之 间相互是否适配需担心, 方便了生产制造商, 制造商选配非常方便。 本发明的清洗机还包括外罩 40, 该外罩 40与底座配合后, 可将汽油机 10、 水泵 20罩合。 外罩 40包括前罩 41、 后罩 42、 左罩 43、 右罩 44, 前罩 41、 后罩 42、 左罩 43、 右罩 44相互拼接, 其拼接方式有多种结构, 如前罩 41、 后罩 42、 左罩 43、 右罩 44通过相嵌方式。 在左罩 43上还增设火花塞盖 45, 而在右罩 44 上还设置开关面板 46、 空滤器面板 47。
由于在清洗机上增设了外罩 40, 它可将汽油机 10和水泵 20罩合, 既增添了 清洗机的美观, 又较为有效地防止清洗机与外界的相互污染。
本发明的清洗机还包括一后拉杆 50, 后拉杆 50固定于底座 30上, 它是一伸 缩式结构拉杆, 后拉杆 50选用直型拉杆, 底座 30—端还安装有滚轮 31, 滚轮 31 可设置于底座的两侧, 一边一个滚轮。 在滚轮 31上还加设有滚轮盖 32, 以保护滚 轮。
当然, 还可以设置一前拉杆 60, 前拉杆 60为也为一伸缩式结构拉杆, 它选用 略呈弯型, 前拉杆 60固定于底座 30上。
清洗机在底座 30上设置的滚轮, 可与前、 后拉杆 60、 50相互配合, 方便地 将整个清洗机拉起, 进行轻便地移动, 一个人便可移动, 如同拉拉杆旅行箱一样方 便, 省力。
为了减轻清洗机在工作时所发生的振动, 也可在底座 30下设置减震垫块 33。 工业应用性 在选择与汽油机相适配的水泵后, 将汽油机的输出轴直接与泵体的输入轴相 接, 省却了传统汽油机与泵体相接所需要的连接轴套。这无疑缩短了整个清洗机的 长度和体积; 此外, 传统的清洗机由于是由两个独立的部件构成, 它们连接在一起 存在与连接轴套相连的两个连接端面,还需要两套密封系统,而本发明的清洗机而 只有一个连接端面,且只要一套密封系统,这又无疑又增加了清洗机的可靠性和降 低了其制造成本。
而在清洗机上增设了外罩, 它可将汽油机和水泵罩合, 既增添了清洗机的美 观, 又较为有效地防止清洗机与外界的相互污染。
另外, 本发明的清洗机在底座上设置的滚轮, 可与前后拉杆相互配合, 方便 地将整个清洗机拉起, 进行轻便地移动, 如同拉拉杆旅行箱一样方便, 省力。
本技术领域中的普通技术人员应当认识到, 以上的实施例仅是用来说明本 发明, 而并非用作为对本发明的限定, 只要在本发明的实质精神范围内, 对以 上所述实施例的变化、 变型都将落在本发明的权利要求书范围内。
