Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de moulage sous pression permettant de produire des parties de moulage sous pression à partir de matières fondues métalliques. L'objectif de l'invention est d'atteindre un blocage d'un orifice (7) de la chambre de moulage (2) créant un canal d'entrée, à travers lequel s'écoule le matériau à mouler. A cet effet, le piston de moulage (2) se dirige à proximité de l'orifice (7) lors de la charge d'injection et reste dans cette position jusqu'à ce qu'un reste de matière fondue se solidifie au moins partiellement lors de la formation d'une plaque.
