Abstract
Ce procédé de fabrication d'une plaque de moulage de pâte comprend un certain nombre d'états, notamment immersion des déchets papier et broyage afin d'obtenir une pâte, puis compression et moulage, démoulage et séchage. Ce procédé est caractérisé en ce que la teneur en pâte ne dépasse pas 6 %. Il n'est alors plus nécessaire de mélanger la résine naturelle et l'amidon dans la pâte, de concentrer et déshumidifier la matière mélangée de conformer la pâte. Le moule est caractérisé par le mouvement relatif entre son corps et le couvercle. L'usinage du bloc de pression dans le moule est d'au moins 9 fois l'épaisseur de l'article moulé. La plaque de moulage de pâte est solide ou perforée et sa texture fibreuse présente une structure lamellée horizontale. Le procédé est avantageusement simplifié, les coûts réduits et le produit présente un meilleur fonctionnement s'avérant, à la fois, plus économique et mieux adapté aux besoins de la société. Application dans l'industrie d'emballage, stockage et de transport, dans l'industrie du bâtiment, dans les équipements de bureau, entre autres.
