传统的语音通信业务中, 当主叫用户拨打被叫用户的电话时, 在被 叫用户应答前, 主叫用户将听到单调的"嘟…嘟…"振铃音。 而开通回铃 音(RBT, Ring Back Tone )业务之后,根据被叫终端定制的不同回铃音, 主叫用户将听到音乐、 歌曲、 故事情节、 人物对话等, 而不是原来千篇 一律、 单调乏味的振铃音了, 这大大提高了用户体验的满意度。
但是, 现有回铃音业务的实现过程比较复杂, 不仅需要改进网络侧 现有的通信设备, 还需要在网络侧增加部分通信设备, 如: 需改进归属 位置寄存器 (HLR, Home Location Register )和移动交换中心 (MSC, Mobile Switching Center ),需增加回铃音业务服务器( RBTS, RBT Server ) 等;且系统需要控制众多通讯设备协同工作,信息交互的实现也较复杂; 尤其是, 现有回铃音业务的回铃音一般由内容供应商提供, 用户只能在 指定位置提供的种类和数量有限的回铃音中进行选择, 这已无法充分满 足用户的个性化需求。 发明内容
本发明提供一种提供个性化信息的装置和方法, 以在无需网络侧增 加通信设备的情况下, 满足用户的个性化需求。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的: 一种提供个性化信息的装置, 包括: 控制单元、 播放单元和信息存 储单元, 其中,
控制单元, 用于在收到主叫终端发送的呼叫请求后, 向播放单元发 送一个触发信号;
播放单元, 用于在收到控制单元发送的触发信号后, 向信息存储单 元请求得到个性化信息, 并将该个性化信息发送给主叫终端;
信息存储单元, 用于保存个性化信息, 根据播放单元的请求, 向播 放单元发送个性化信息。
所述装置进一步包括: 格式转换单元, 用于接收外部输入的个性化 信息, 并将该信息的当前格式转换成规定的传输格式, 然后将该经格式 转换后的个性化信息输出到信息存储单元。

个性化信息可是语音信息、 视频信息、 图片信息等中的一种或任意 組合, 被叫终端可限定个性化信息的格式和容量。 个性化信息可通过以 下两种方式获取:
一、 从内容提供商的网站、 个人电脑等下载;
二、被叫终端自己录制个性化信息, 并将其保存在信息存储单元 12 中。
若只接收到播放单元 13发送的触发信号, 那么信息存储单元 12可 以任意选择一种个性化信息发送到播放单元 13。
信息存储单元 12进一步用于, 接收播放单元 13单独发送来的或者 与触发信号一起发送来的个性化信息标识, 并将该个性化信息标识对应 的个性化信息发送到播放单元 13。
播放单元 13: 用于在收到控制单元 11发送的触发信号后, 向信息 存储单元 12发送一个触发信号, 并用于接收信息存储单元 12输出的个 性化信息, 并将该信息发送给主叫终端。
进一步地, 播放单元 13用于在收到控制单元 11与触发信号一起发 送来的个性化信息标识后, 将该触发信号和个性化信息标识一起发送给 信息存储单元 12; 或者在收到控制单元 11单独发送来的个性化信息标 识后, 将该个性化信息标识发送到信息存储单元 12。
或者, 进一步地, 播放单元 13用于在收到控制单元 11发送的停止 播放信号后, 停止向主叫终端发送个性化信息。
或者, 进一步地, 播放单元 13用于在收到控制单元 11发送的为被 叫 放的信号后, 将当前个性化信息输出到被叫终端的扬声器。

图 2是本发明实现提供个性化信息的流程图, 如图 2所示, 其具体 步骤如下: '
步骤 201 : 被叫终端获取并保存个性化信息。
步骤 202: 主叫终端向被叫终端发送呼叫请求。
步驟 203: 被叫终端收到该呼叫请求后将自身保存的个性化信息发 送给主叫终端, 同时以振铃、 振动等方式向被叫用户提示有呼叫请求。
被叫终端可设定为自动应答方式, 即在收到呼叫请求后, 立即建立 和主叫终端之间的双向通话链路, 建立完毕, 通过该通话链路将个性化 信息发送给主叫终端; 或者被叫终端预先与 HLR签约, 约定: 在收到 呼叫请求后, 只建立被叫终端到主叫终端的、 只支持个性化信息传输的 单向通路, 并通过该通路将个性化信息发送给主叫终端, 且在被叫用户 应答后, 再建立主叫终端和被叫终端之间的双向通话链路。
图 3是本发明实现提供个性化信息的具体实施例一的消息流程时序 图, 在本实施例中, 被叫终端自身可提供个性化信息, 但是未在 HLR 签约个性化信息业务, 也未在 HLR签约回铃音业务, 如图 3所示, 其 具体步驟如下:
步骤 301 : 被叫终端 (CALLED )获取并保存个性化信息。
步骤 302: 主叫终端(CALLER )通过 MSC向被叫终端发起呼叫请 求,该请求消息中至少携带了被叫终端的移动号码簿号码( MDN, Mobile Directory Number )。
步驟 303: MSC收到该呼叫请求后, 根据被叫终端的 MDN得知被 叫终端的 HLR, 然后从被叫终端的 HLR获取到被叫终端的移动漫游号 码 ( MSRN, Mobile Station Roaming Number )。
步骤 304: MSC根据被叫终端的 MSRN, 将呼叫请求转发给被叫终 端所在的访问移动交换中心( VMSC , Visited Mobile Switching Center ), VMSC收到该呼叫请求且检测到被叫终端空闲后, 将该呼叫请求转发到 被叫终端。
若 VMSC收到呼叫请求后,检测到被叫终端处于非空闲状态如: 正 在通话中, 则向 MSC发送被叫终端非空闲通知, MSC收到该通知后再 将其转发给主叫终端, 主叫终端收到该通知后释放本次呼叫, 本流程结 束。
步骤 305: 被叫终端收到该呼叫请求后, 通知 VMSC自身将向主叫 终端发送个性化信息, VMSC收到该通知后, 将该通知转发给 MSC。
步骤 306: 被叫终端向主叫终端发送个性化信息。
被叫终端可预先建立个性化信息选择参数值与个性化信息的对应 关系表, 以便根据不同的情况为主叫终端播放不同的个性化信息。 个性 化信息选择参数可以是: 主叫终端标识、 当前所处时段、 当前被叫终端 所处地域等中的一种或任意组合。 如: 被叫终端可将主叫终端分为朋友 与同事终端、 女朋友终端、 陌生人终端三类, 每类主叫终端的标识对应 不同的个性化信息, 当收到呼叫请求后, 就根据该请求消息携带的主叫 终端标识, 查找到对应的个性化信息, 并将该个性化信息发送给主叫终 端。 这里, 陌生人终端可不对应任何个性化信息; 或者, 被叫终端可将 当前所处时段划分为上班时段和下班时段, 不同的时段对应不同的个性 化信息;或者,被叫终端将当前自身所处地域划分为本地和漫游到外地, 不同的地域对应不同的个性化信息。
被叫终端发送个性化信息时, 可 采用自动发送方式, 具体为: 设 置被叫终端为自动应答模式, 即当被叫终端收到呼叫请求后, 立即建立 与主叫终端的双向通话链路, 并通过该链路向主叫终端发送个性化信 息; 也可以采用按键发送方式, 具体为: 被叫终端上设置有个性化信息 发送按键, 在收到主叫终端发送的呼叫请求后, 若检测到被叫用户按下 该按键, 则被叫终端建立与主叫终端的双向通话链路, 并通过该链路向 主叫终端发送个性化信息。
步骤 307: 被叫终端检测到被叫用户应答后, 向 VMSC发送被叫应 答消息, VMSC收到该消息后, 将其转发给 MSC, MSG收到该消息后, 将该消息转发给主叫终端, 主叫终端收到该消息后主被叫用户之间开始 通话。
在检测到被叫用户应答后, 被叫终端可停止向主叫终端发送个性化 信息, 也可不停止发送即将个性化信息作为背景音继续发送给主叫终 端, 此时, 被叫终端可对个性化信息的内容进行调整, 以给主叫用户提 供令人舒服的背景音, 例如: 被叫终端可将自身保存的部分个性化信息 预设为背景音, 当被叫用户应答后, 就停止发送当前个性化信息, 而选 定一个预设为背景音的个性化信息发送给主叫终端, 或者: 先判断当前 发送的个性化信息是否预设为背景音, 若是, 继续发送; 否则, 选定一 个预设为背景音的个性化信息发送给主叫终端。
在将个性化信息作为背景音发送给主叫终端时, 被叫终端可同时将 该个性化信息通过自身的扬声器播放给被叫用户; 或者, 在检测到被叫 用户应答后, 被叫终端在停止向主叫终端发送个性化信息的同时, 将个 性化信息继续作为背景音发送给被叫终端。
被叫终端在个性化信息发送前或发送过程中,可根据需要,对音量、 音调等音效参数进行调整。 调整的方式可为自动调整, 具体为: 被叫终 端自身保存有音效参数调整条件及标准音效参数值, 若检测到当前满足 音效参数调整条件, 就将当前的音效参数调整到标准值, 音效参数调整 条件可以是: 音量大于某个值或小于某个值等; 也可为按键调整, 即在 被叫终端上设置音效参数调整按键, 当检测到被叫用户按下按键后, 被 叫终端才艮据按键对应的音效参数, 调整当前发送的个性化信息的音效。
图 4是本发明实现提供个性化信息的具体实施例二的消息流程时序 图, 在本实施例中, 被叫终端自身可提供个性化信息, 且在 HLR签约 了个性化信息业务和回铃音业务, 如图 4所示, 其具体步驟如下:
步骤 401 : 被叫终端获取并保存个性化信息。
步驟 402: 被叫终端向 HLR发送签约请求, 以请求签约个性化信息 业务和回铃音业务, HLR收到该请求后, 保存被叫终端的签约了个性化 信息业务和回铃音业务的信息。
步骤 403: 主叫终端通过 MSC向被叫终端发起呼叫请求,该请求消 息至少携带被叫终端的 MDN。
步驟 404: MSC收到该呼叫请求后, 根据被叫终端的 MDN得知被 叫终端的 HLR, 然后从被叫终端的 HLR获取到被叫终端的 MSR 及签 约信息, 并根据该签约信息得知被叫终端同时签约了个性化信息业务和 回铃音业务, 同时得知被叫终端在 RBTS中的 RBT接入码。
步 405: MSC根据被叫终端的 MSRN, 将呼叫请求转发给被叫终 端所在的 VMSC, VMSC收到该呼叫请求且检测到被叫空闲后, 将该呼 叫请求转发到被叫终端。
若 VMSC收到呼叫请求后,检测到被叫终端处于非空闲状态如: 正 在通话中, 则向 MSC发送被叫终端非空闲通知, MSC收到该通知后再 将其转发给主叫终端, 主叫终端收到该通知后释放本次呼叫, 本流程结 束。
步骤 406: 被叫终端收到该呼叫请求后, 根据自身保存的个性化信 息发送条件, 判断当前是否满足个性化信息发送条件, 若是, 执行步骤 407; 否则, 执行步驟 410。
被叫终端可预先设定个性化信息发送条件, 该条件可以是: 主叫终 端标识、 当前所处时段、 被叫终端所处地域等中的一种或任意组合。 例 如: 若主叫终端为非陌生人终端, 则发送个性化信息, 若主叫终端为陌 生人终端, 则通知 RBTS发送定制的回铃音; 或者, 若当前时刻为下班 时刻, 则发送个性化信息, 若当前时刻为上班时刻, 则通知 RBTS发送 回铃音; 或者, 若当前被叫终端在本地, 则发送个性化信息, 若当前被 叫终端漫游到外地, 则通知 RBTS发送回铃音。
步骤 407:被叫终端通知 VMSC自身将向主叫终端发送个性化信息, VMSC收到该通知后, 将该通知转发给 MSC。
步骤 408: 被叫终端向主叫终端发送个性化信息。
同样, 可预设个性化信息选择参数值与个性化信息的对应关系。 在 发送个性化信息时, 可根据当前的个性化信息选择参数值, 选择不同的 个性化信息。
这里, 被叫终端可在同 HLR签约时, 约定: 在收到呼叫请求后, 建立到主叫终端的单向通路,且该通路只支持个性化信息的传输。这样, 被叫终端就可通过该通路向主叫终端发送个性化信息, 并在检测到被叫 用户应答后, 再建立主被叫终端之间的双向通话链路。 步骤 409: 被叫终端检测到被叫用户应答后, 向 VMSC发送被叫应 答消息, VMSC收到该消息后, 将该消息转发给 MSC, MSC收到该消 息后, 将该消息转发给主叫终端, 主叫终端收到该消息后主被叫用户之 间开始通话, 本流程结束。
同样, 在检测到被叫用户应答后, 被叫终端可停止向主叫终端发送 个性化信息, 也可不停止发送即将个性化信息作为背景音继续发送给主 叫终端。
步骤 410:被叫终端通知 VMSC自身不给主叫终端发送个性化信息, VMSC收到该通知后, 将该通知转发给 MSC。
步骤 411: MSC收到该通知后, 根据 RBT接入码与 RBTS建立连 接, 并通知 RBTS主、 被叫终端的地址信息。
步骤 412: RBTS 收到该通知后, 向主叫终端发送被叫终端定制的 回铃音。
, 步骤 413: 被叫终端检测到被叫用户应答后, 向 VMSC发送被叫应 答消息, VMSC收到该消息后, 将该消息转发给 MSC, MSC收到该消 息后向 RBTS发送拆除话路(REL ) 消息, RBTS收到该消息后释放对 本次呼叫的监护, 并向 MSC发送释放监护 (RLG ) 消息, MSC收到该 消息后建立主被叫终端之间的通话链路, 然后主被叫用户之间开始通 话。
在本实施例中, 被叫终端要发送个性化信息需在 HLR上签约, 这 样至少具有以下优点: 当 VMSC收到主叫终端发送的呼叫请求后,根据 从 HLR获取的被叫终端的签约信息得知: 被叫终端签约了个性化信息 业务, 那么 VMSC就可以悬置缺省的呼叫等待方式如: 振铃等, 避免了 VMSC同时向主叫终端发送缺省呼叫等待方式和个性化信息时所引起的 时滞情形的发生; 另外, 也方便了 HLR为个性化信息业务定制计费策 略。
必须注意的是, 在本发明中, 被叫终端给主叫终端发送个性化信息 前, 必须先建立被叫终端到主叫终端的支持个性化信息传输的通路, 这 样, 若被叫终端没有在 HLR签约个性化信息业务, 那么, 按照传统的 计费方式, 网络侧必定会对在该通路上传输的个性化信息进行计费, 这 可能会阻碍部分用户提供个性化信息业务。 为了合理地解决该问题, 可 为个性化信息业务定制不同的计费策略:
策略一、 被叫终端预先向各主叫终端查询其计费方式, 并保存计费 方式为包月的主叫终端标识, 当收到主叫终端发送的呼叫请求后, 先判 断该请求消息携带的主叫终端标识对应的主叫终端的计费方式是否为 包月, 若是则向该主叫终端发送个性化信息, 否则, 通知 VMSC发送缺 省的呼叫等待方式或通知 RBTS发送自身定制的回铃音。
策略二、 该策略针对于被叫终端在 HLR签约了个性化信息业务的 情况, 且被叫终端和 HLR约定, 在被叫终端发送个性化信息的同时, 通知 VMSC 该信息是个性化信息如: 给个性化信息附加特定标记等, VMSC收到该通知后, 向计费单元发送不计费消息, 直到收到被叫终端 发送的被叫应答消息后 , VMSC再通知计费单元开始通话计费。
这里, 可只允许单向通信, 即只允许被叫终端向主叫终端发送个性 化信息, 而不允许主叫终端向被叫终端发送除信令以外的信息。
策略三、 该策略也针对于被叫终端在 HLR签约了个性化信息业务 的情况, 且被叫终端和 HLR约定, 在被叫终端发送个性化信息的同时, 通知 VMSC 该信息是个性化信息如: 给个性化信息附加特定标记等,
VMSC收到该通知后,向计费单元转发该通知,计费单元收到该通知后, 启动个性化信息计费方式, 并在收到 VMSC发送的被叫应答消息后, 通 知计费单元开始通话计费。 个性化信息计费方式可以是: 个性化信息的费用低于通常话音费用 等。
以上所述仅为本发明的过程及方法实施例 , 并不用以限制本发明, 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所做的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均 应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种提供个性化信息的装置, 其特征在于, 该装置包括: 控制 单元、 播放单元和信息存储单元, 其中,
控制单元, 用于在收到主叫终端发送的呼叫请求后, 向播放单元发 送一个触发信号;
播放单元, 用于在收到控制单元发送的触发信号后, 向信息存储单 元请求得到个性化信息, 并将该个性化信息发送给主叫终端;
信息存储单元, 用于保存个性化信息, 根据播放单元的请求, 向播 放单元发送个性化信息。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置进一步包括: 格式转换单元, 用于接收外部输入的个性化信息, 并将该信息的当前格 式转换成规定的传输格式, 然后将该经格式转换后的个性化信息输出到 信息存储单元。
3、 如权利要求 1 所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述控制单元进一步 用于, 在检测到被叫用户应答后, 向播放单元发送停止播放信号;
所述播放单元收到控制单元发送的停止播放信号后, 停止向主叫终 端发送个性化信息。
4、 如权利要求 1 所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述控制单元进一步 用于, 在收到主叫终端发送的呼叫请求后, 确定当前的个性化信息选择 参数值, 并在自身保存的个性化信息选择参数值与个性化信息标识的对 应关系中查找到与该当前的个性化信息选择参数值对应的个性化信息 标识, 然后将该个性化信息标识输出到播放单元,
所述播放单元收到该个性化信息标识后, 从信息存储单元获取该标 识对应的个性化信息, 并将该个性化信息发送到主叫终端。
5、 如权利要求 1 所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述控制单元进一步 用于, 在检测到被叫用户应答后, 将预设为背景音的个性化信息标识发 送给播放单元, 或者, 将预设为背景音的个性化信息标 ·ί只和为被叫播放 信号同时发送给播放单元,
所述播放单元进一步用于, 在收到个性化信息标识后, 从信息存储 单元获取该标识对应的个性化信息, 并将该个性化信息发送给主叫终 端; 在收到为被叫播放的信号后, 将当前个性化信息发送给被叫终端的 扬声器。
6、 如权利要求 1 所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述控制单元进一步 用于, 保存音效参数调整条件和标准音效参数值, 并在检测到当前满足 音效参数调整条件时, 将标准音效参数值输出到播放单元;
所述播放单元进一步用于, 在收到控制单元发送的标准音效参数值 后, 根据该音效参数值, 调整当前发送的个性化信息。
7、 一种提供个性化信息的方法, 其特征在于, 被叫终端预先保存 个性化信息, 该方法包括:
被叫终端收到主叫终端发送的呼叫请求后, 将自身保存的个性化信 息发送给主叫终端。
8、 如权利要求 7 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述个性化信息为语 音信息、 视频信息、 图片信息之一或任意组合。
9、 如权利要求 Ί所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述被叫终端收到主 叫终端发送的呼叫请求之后, 将个性化信息发送给主叫终端之前进一步 包括:
被叫终端检测到被叫用户按下设置在自身的个性化信息发送按键。
10、 如权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所迷被叫终端将个性 化信息发送给主叫终端为: 被叫终端通过被叫终端到主叫终端的支持个 性化信息传输的通路将个性化信息发送给主叫终端。
11、 如权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法进一步包括: 被叫终端设置为自动接通状态,
且所述被叫终端将个性化信息发送给主叫终端为: 被叫终端通过被 叫终端与主被叫终端之间的双向通话链路将个性化信息发送给主叫终 端。
12、 如权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述被叫终端将个性 化信息发送给主叫终端之后进一步包括: 被叫终端检测到被叫用户应 答, 停止向主叫终端发送个性化信息。
13、 如权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述被叫终端将个性 化信息发送给主叫终端之后进一步包括:
被叫终端检测到被叫用户应答, 将预设为背景音的个性化信息发送 给主叫终端和 /或被叫终端。
14、 如权利要求 7或 13所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述被叫终端 预先保存音效参数调整条件和标准音效参数值,
且, 所述方法进一步包括: 被叫终端检测到当前满足音效参数调整 条件, 根据自身保存的标准音效参数值, 调整当前发送的个性化信息。
15、 如权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述被叫终端将个性 化信息发送给主叫终端包括:
被叫终端确定当前的个性化信息选择参数值, 在自身预先保存的个 性化信息选择参数值与个性化信息的对应关系中, 查找到与该参数值对 应的个性化信息, 并将该个性化信息发送给主叫终端。
16、 如权利要求 15 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述个性化信息选 择参数为主叫终端标识、 当前所处时段、 当前被叫终端所处地域之一或 任意组合。
17、 如权利要求 7所迷的方法, 其特征在于, 所述被叫终端将个性 化信息发送给主叫终端包括:
被叫终端通过移动交换中心 MSC将个性化信息和个性化信息标记 发送到访问移动交换中心 VMSC, VMSC收到该个性化信息和个性化信 息标记后, 将个性化信息发送到主叫终端, 并根据该个性化信息标记, 通知计费单元开始进行个性化信息计费, 且在收到被叫终端发送的被叫 应答消息后, 通知计费单元开始通话计费。
18、如权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法进一步包括: 被叫终端在归属位置寄存器 HLR上同时签约了个性化信息业务和除个 性化信息业务以外的呼叫等待业务, 且, 被叫终端预先设定并保存个性 化信息发送条件,
所述被叫终端将个性化信息发送给主叫终端包括:
被叫终端检测到当前满足个性化信息发送条件, 则向主叫终端发送 个性化信息。
19、如权利要求 18所迷的方法, 其特征在于, 所述个性化信息发送 条件为: 设定的主叫终端标识、 设定的时段、 设定的被叫终端所在地域 之一或任意组合。
