如图 3所示, 云台叠套伸缩式手柄由手柄 26、活动手柄 28和胶套 29构 成, 活动手柄 28套于手柄 26之上, 在活动手柄 28外套有胶套 29。 在手柄 26中设有固定键, 活动手柄 28中设有键槽,手柄 26和活动手柄 28中的键、 键槽钢通过键 27的配合, 传递钮矩。手柄 26、 28依次通过螺杆 25, 微调螺 母 24、 螺母 23、 弹簧 22、 耐磨块 21顶压在左定位块 20上。 旋转手柄 26, 即带动螺杆 25推顶位于杆端的钢球,进而挤压左定位块 20, 使球体 10紧固 于云台座 04上,在球体 10的右边设有与左边相对应的右定位块和定位螺母。 设于手柄 26上微调螺母 24,可调整球体 10转动时的阻尼。当需要加大手柄 的转动力矩时, 可将活动手柄 28从手柄 26中拉出来, 通过键 27的配合, 增加了手柄的长度, 从而也增大了传递扭矩, 使用时易于发力拧紧。
在云台球体之下设有转盘 30, 转盘 13通过螺丝和螺母 37固定在球体 10和定位转盘 30之间,刻度尺 33粘在转盘座 32的槽中,定位转盘 30被定 位圈 14定位在转盘座 32内孔中。旋钮 34通过螺杆 35、紧锁块 36安装于底 座 32的一侧, 旋钮 34的松紧, 可控制转盘 30转动的角度。 在球体 10垂直 贯通的圆孔的顶端装有塞子 9, 起美观和防尘作用。
本发明的具体工作原理如下:
1. 旋钮 01通过方形垫片 02及胶垫 02A与相机底面紧帖拧紧, 垫片 02呈 方形或多角形。 胶垫保护相机底面和增加摩擦力, 当旋钮 01 端面压下销轴 06时, 方形垫片与上盖 03定位, 销轴 06压下翘翘板 07, 翘翘板 07脱离左 卡钳 18。这时左卡钳 18和右卡钳 17在扭簧 19的作用下推向旋钮 01压紧旋 钮 01锥面, 使相机夹紧在云台上。
2. 活动手柄 28有个键槽, 手柄 26配有个固定键, 转动活动手柄 28通过 键 27传递扭矩旋转螺杆 25前进。 推动钢球 std7压紧耐磨块 21, 使夹紧块 20压紧球体 10。
3. 微调螺母 24压紧螺母 23, 螺母 23压紧碟形弹簧 22, 拆去手柄组合件 26、 27、 28、 29, 旋转微调螺母, 调节好所需要的预紧力, 微调螺母反转时, 沉头螺丝 std4碰上销 std3, 微调螺母不动, 以此防止预紧力退松。
4. 加大锁紧力时可拉开手柄组件 26、 27、 28、 29, 以便操作。
5.按下旋钮 34,螺杆 35推动销紧块 36,销紧块 36又推动转盘定位圈 14, 从而快速锁紧转盘 30, 当需做水平 360°转动时, 只需松开旋钮 34即可。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种带双卡钳锁定的连接器的相机云台, 该相机云台包括球体、 云台 座和手柄, 球体朝上, 云台座套在球体上, 球体通过手柄固定在云台座上, 其中相机云台底部设有与三脚架固定的连接螺母, 顶部设有快速连接器, 在 连接器的上端设有与相机连接的组件, 其特征是: 在所述的云台座上部快速 连接器的功能组件中设有由左卡钳(18)、 右卡钳(17)、 摆杆(16)、 铰链
( 15)和扭簧(19) 组成双卡钳联动的销紧机械; 在相机云台座一侧设有叠 套伸缩式手柄机构, 在相机云台底部球体(10) 的球柄上设有转盘机构; 在 快速连接器上装有供相机与云台连接的连接旋钮组件。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的一种带双卡钳销定的连接器的相机云台,其特征 是连接器的功能组件中包括右卡钳(17)、 左卡钳(18)、 摆杆 (16)、 铰链
( 15)、扭簧(19)、压簧 (08)和翘翘板 (07); 右卡钳 ( 17)和左卡钳 ( 18) 通过轴销中部的孔与销活动连接并固定云台座(01 )上, 成为卡钳杠杆原理 中的支点, 左右卡钳的一端受压于扭簧(19) 的弹力, 另一端受压于操作时 手的卡紧力; 左、 右卡钳的通过销轴与铰链 ( 15) 的孔连接, 摆杆(16) — 端的孔通过轴销和铰链连在一起, 摆杆(16) 的凹位与左卡钳(18) 的凸位 相对应, 锁紧时摆杆的凹位与左卡钳的凸位齿合锁定; 翘翘板(07)—端有 个孔通过销和盖板(05)相连接, 压簧(08)装在翘翘板(07) 中部的凹坑 内, 翘翘板 (07) 上表面始终与锁轴 (06) 接触。
3、根据权利要求 1所述的一种带双卡钳锁定的连接器的相机云台,其特征 是叠套伸縮式手柄由手柄(26)、活动手柄(28)和胶套(29)、 导向键(27) 构成, 活动手柄(28)套于手柄(26)之上, 在活动手柄 (28)之上套有胶 套(29); 在手柄(26) 和活动手柄(28) 中分别设有固定键和键槽, 手柄 (26)和活动手柄 (28)通过键(25) 与键槽的配合, 传递扭矩。
4、根据权利要求 1所述的一种带双卡钳锁定的连接器的相机云台,其特征 是转盘机构由球座转盘(13)、转盘座(32)、刻度尺(33)、 定位转盘(30)、 锁紧块(36)组成, 在定位转盘(30)之外套有转盘定位圈 (14)并固定在 转盘座(32)上, 球座转盘(13 )通过螺栓锁在球体(10) 上。
5、根据权利要求 4抽述的一种带双卡钳锁定的连接器的相机云台,其特征 是在转盘座 (32) 中连接有定位旋钮(34), 旋钮(34)通过螺杆(35)和 紧锁块(35 )锁紧或松开转盘。
6、根据权利要求 1所述的一种带双卡钳锁定的连接器的相机云台,其特征 是旋钮(01 )上套接方形垫片 (02), 在旋钮(01 ) 下端面开有供与相机拧 紧的凹槽, 在方形垫片表面上设有胶垫。
7、根据权利要求 6所述的一种带双卡钳锁定的连接器的相机云台,其特征 是套接在旋钮 (01 ) 上的垫片 (02)呈方形或多角形。
