一种远程控制网关设备及系统及远程控制的实现方法
技术领域
本发明涉及远程控制技术领域, 尤其涉及一种通过远程控制网关设备实现远程控制 的技术。
发明背景
随着数字信息技术的高速发展, 数字信息技术已经突破了传统的商用局限, 涉及到 消费领域的电子产品, 企业的办公设备基本实现了普遍的数字化, 家庭中也正出现越来 越多的以娱乐为中心的数字设备, 以及数字化的家电产品。将这些设备以有线或无线方 式连接成家庭内部局域网, 以实现内容或互联网接入共享, 或实现方便的相互控制等功 能, 便是业界正在构想并努力实现的数字家庭网络概念。
在不远的未来, 通过家庭网关接入互联网的家庭网络, 将可以进入远程控制应用阶 段, 人们希望能够在家庭网络外部, 远程了解和控制家庭网络内部的设备, 例如(对此 的构想是) : 在下班的路上遥控提前打开空调, 在办公室了解家中电冰箱里的食品还剩 多少, 査看家庭安全系统的运行情况等等。
现有技术实现数字家庭网络化的方法有两种:
一、 登录网络直接远程控制
1、 用户通过 IP地址寻址或者域名寻址的方式, 从 Internet登录到家庭的主控设备 一家庭网关。 或者通过访问服务商提供的网页, 登录到家庭网关。
2、 家庭网关调用相关的应用程序, 通过一定的介质读取家庭网络内部各种设备目 前的状态信息, 进行相关的处理, 产生接口数据。 例如可以通过 UPnP (Universal Plug and Play, 通用即插即用) /IGRS ( Intelligent Grouping & Resource Sharing, 信息 设备资源共享协同服务标准化工作组)协议收集各设备的信息。
3、 然后, 家庭网关通过 Internet把这些接口数据传送给用户, 用户通过浏览器可 以看到自己家里各种设备的状态信息,并可以通过点击浏览器页面上的各种与家庭网络 内部的设备相关联的按钮来控制这些设备。
这些页面可能是服务商的服务器根据家庭网关提供的数据生成的,可能家庭网关自 己组织生成的, 也可能是家庭网络内部设备自己生成的页面推送到用户的浏览器上。
用户的浏览器可能是 PC, 也可能是手机等等具备显示界面的终端。
控制的协议也是多种多样, 例如可以使用 UPnP/IGRS协议进行控制。
这种方案的缺点是: 1、 需要家庭网关一直在线, 从而导致用户支付更多的上网费用。
2、 需要使用具备显示界面的能够访问 Internet的终端, 例如 PC;、 带浏览器功能的 手机等。
这就造成用户的远程控制成本较高, 包括购置电脑或者高档的手机。另外如果使用 手机上网, 资费较贵。
再有, 在某些场合并不具备这两个条件, 例如用户去某山区度假旅游, 在信号没有 覆盖的地方, 手机无法上网, 此时就无法了解家里面的设备的运行状况, 而恰好这时候 是最需要远程控制的。
还有, 使用浏览器的方式对用户本人的技术水平要求较高。
二、 登录网络收发邮件间接远程控制
1、 用户将要査询控制的内容按照特定的格式写成 E- Mail, 发送到特定的邮箱。
2、 家庭网关定时上线, 访问步骤 1所述的邮箱, 读取步骤 1所述的 E- Mail。
3、 家庭网关解析该 E-Mail的内容, 根据里面的要求, 调用相关的应用程序, 通过 一定的介质读取家庭网络内部各种设备目前的状态信息, 进行相关的处理, 产生接口数 据。 例如可以通过 UPnP/IGRS协议收集各设备的信息。
4、 然后, 家庭网关通过 E-Mail把这些接口数据传送给用户, 用户通过浏览 E-Mail 看到自己家里各种设备的状态信息, 并可以通过 E- Mail交互来控制这些设备。
这种方案的缺点是-
1、 响应速度慢。
2、 需要使用具备显示界面的能够访问 Internet上 E- Mail邮箱的终端, 例如 PC、 带 浏览器功能的手机等。
这就造成用户的远程控制成本较高, 包括购置电脑或者高档的手机。另外如果使用 手机上网, 资费较贵。 .
再有, 在某些场合并不具备这两个条件, 例如用户去某山区度假旅游, 在信号没有 覆盖的地方, 手机无法上网, 此时就无法了解家里面的设备的运行状况, 而恰好这时候 是最需要远程控制的。
3、 使用浏览器和 E- Mail的方式对用户技术要求较高。
这就需要有一种远程控制家庭网络设备的系统和方法, 无需使用专门的设备就可以 直接控制网络上的设备, 而且资费低, 不受地区限制。
发明内容 本发明的目的是提供一种远程控制网关设备及系统及远程控制的实现方法, 无需使 用专门的设备就可以直接控制网络上的设备, 而且资费低, 不受地区限制。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的- 本发明提供了一种远程控制网关设备, 包括:
信息接收处理模块: 用于通过电话线路接收对端发来的控制信息;
控制信号生成模块: 根据信息接收处理模块接收到的控制信息生成相应的控制信 号; '
控制信号发送模块:将控制信号生成模块生成的控制信号通过所述的与被控制设备 连接的接口发送;
与被控制设备连接的接口: 分别可与各个被控制设备接通, 并用于向被控制设备发 送控制信号。
所述的电话线路包括: PSTN的固定电话线路、 无线制式的电话线路或 IP接入的电 话线路。
该设备中还包括:
信息发送模块: 用于将设定的信息通过电话线路发送给对端。
该设备中还包括:
电话信号处理模块:连接于电话信号呼入的通路上,用于判断当呼入的电话信号在 预定的条件下未被接听时, 将所述信息接收处理模块与主叫侧接通。
本发明提供了一种基于远程控制网关设备的系统, 包括电话线路、远程控制网关设 备、 被控制设备; 远程控制网关设备分别与电话线路及被控制设备连接。
所述的远程控制网关设备还通过外部网络与被控制设备厂商的服务网站通信。 所述的远程控制网关设备通过本地网络连接被控制设备。
所述的被控制设备包括个人计算机和 /或智能电器设备。
本发明提供了一种远程控制的实现方法, 包括- 用户向与远程控制网关设备对应的电话号码发起呼叫,并通过远程控制网关设备对 所述的与远程控制网关设备连接的被控制设备进行控制管理。
所述的方法具体包括:
A、 用户拨打所述远程控制网关设备对应的电话号码, 远程控制网关设备自动接通 该呼叫;
B、 远程控制网关设备根据接听电话的信息控制各被控制设备。 所述的步骤 B包括:
Bl、 在远程控制网关设备中建立被控制设备信息与被控制设备的对应关系;
B2、远程控制网关设备应答该通话, 并根据通话过程中传递的控制信息及所述对应 关系对相应的被控制设备进行控制。
所述的步骤 B1包括:
Bll、 被控制设备接入远程控制网关设备后, 远程控制网关设备确定该被控制设备 的被控制设备信息;
B12、 远程控制网关设备记录各被控制设备的被控制设备信息, 并将被控制设备信 息与该被控制设备建立对应关系。
所述的步骤 B11中远程控制网关设备确定的被控制设备信息包括:
被控制设备上报的语音文件;
和 /或,
被控制设备上报的语音文件存储的位置路径,远程控制网关设备连接网络, 从语音 文件存储的位置路径获取语音文件; 所述的路径可以为外部网络上的厂商的网站, 或者 本地网络的设备地址;
和 /或,
远程控制网关设备根据被控制设备的情况,在远程控制网关设备内部建立被控制设 备信息。
所述的步骤 B2包括:

被控制设备上报的语音文件存储的位置路径,远程控制网关设备连接网络,从语音 文件存储的位置路径获取语音文件; 所述的路径可以为外部网络上的厂商的网站, 或者 本地网络的设备地址;
和 /或,
远程控制网关设备根据被控制设备的情况,在远程控制网关设备内部建立被控制设 备信息。
该方法还包括:
根据用户需要, 可开启或关闭远程控制网关设备的远程控制功能。
由上述本发明提供的技术方案可以看出, 本发明中, 用户拨打与远程^制网关设备 连接的对应的电话号码, 远程控制网关设备自动接通该呼叫。远程控制网关设备根据接 听电话的信息控制各被控制设备。 因此, 本发明具有以下优点:
1、本发明的实现使得远程控制网关设备无需一直保持在线,便可以通过远程控制网 关设备了解和控制本地网络中的被控制设备。
2、本发明中可以实现远程控制的覆盖面较广, 使用方便, 而且, 用户无需购买专用 设备与有上网功能的手机, 因而使得远程控制实现成本低。
3、 本发明在具 实现过程中, 操作简便, 技术要求低。
4、本发明在具体实现过程中,可以实现针对被控制设备的实时控制,且远程控制过 程中响应速度较快。
5、 本发明中是由本地网络内部设备自己定义语音提示, 因而使得本发明扩展性强, 兼容性好。
6、本发明中还可以把语音提示放在厂商服务网页上,这样,一方面能降低对远程控 制网关设备技术、 成本的要求; 另一方面也能降低对本地网络内部设备的技术、 成本要 求; 同时厂商可以利用这个语音提示进行广告宣传。
7、本发明中, 如果使用传真功能, 发起远程控制的用户还可以得到书面的本地网络 内部设备状态报告, 从而方便用户记录、 处理和共享信息。
8、本发明中, 用户通过拨打电话就可以直接控制网络上的设备, 因此, 本发明在具 体实现过程中需要的资费较低, 且不受发起控制的用户所在地区的限制。

实施本发明的方式
本发明所述的一种远程控制网关设备及系统及远程控制的实现方法的具体实施方 式如下- 实施例一
如图 1所示, 所述的远程控制网关设备由信息接收处理模块、 控制信号生成模块、 控制信号发送模块和与被控制设备连接的接口依次连接而成。 其中,
信息接收处理模块:用于通过电话线路接收对端发来的控制信息,所述的电话线路, 可以是 PSTN的固定电话线路, 也可以是 PHS (小灵通) 、 3G、 CDMA等其他方式无线 制式的电话线路, 还可以是 IP接入的电话线路, 即只要能够通过拨打某个电话号码接入 访问的传输线路, 均属于本发明提供的技术方案中所描述的电话线路;
控制信号生成模块: 根据信息接收处理模块接收到的控制信息生成相应的控制信 号;
控制信号发送模块:将控制信号生成模块生成的控制信号通过所述的与被控制设备 连接的接口发送;
与被控制设备连接的接口: 分别可与各个被控制设备接通, 并用于向被控制设备发 送控制信号。 实施例二
如图 2所示, 所述的远程控制网关设备在实施例一的基础上增加了电话信号处理模 块; 电话信号处理模块连接于电话信号呼入的通路上, 用于判断当呼入的电话信号在预 定的条件下未被接听时, 将所述信息接收处理模块与主叫侧接通。 同时还可增加信息发 送模块, 用于将设定的信息通过电话线路发送给对端, 所述的设定的信息可以为远程控 制网关设备向对端呼入用户发送的被控制设备的状态信息, 或者, 呼入用户在控制设备 过程中需要获知的语音提示信息, 等等。
实施例三
如图 3所示, 所述的基于远程控制网关设备的系统, 包括电话线路、 远程控制网关 设备、 本地网络与被控制设备; 远程控制网关设备分别与电话线路及被控制设备连接。
所述的电话线路还可以连接有电话终端。
所述的被控制设备有一个或多个, 包括个人计算机 PC和智能电器等网络内部用设 备。
所述的本地网络可以包括各种组网技术, 例如有线组网: HomePNA (家庭电话网络 联盟) 、 PLC (电力线通信技术) 、 IEEE1394、 以太网等。 无线组网: WLAN (无线局域 网) 、 UTO (超宽带协议) 、 Zigbee (—种低速率、 短距离无线网络) 。 'ν
所述的远程控制网关设备通过电话线路接入到运营商接入系统的网关,可以是固定 电话线接入, 也可以是 PHS (小灵通) 、 3G、 CDMA等其他方式无线制式接入, 还可以是 NGN (下一代网络)等其它方式的 IP接入。只要能够通过拨打某个电话号码接入访问的, 都属于本发明提供的技术方案描述的远程控制网关设备。
同样,所述的远程控制网关设备中的电话信号处理模块可以接入运营商提供的电话 接入网络, 可以是固定电话线接入, 也可以是 PHS (小灵通) 、 3G、 CDMA等各种无线制 式接入, 还可以是 NGN (下一代网络)等其它方式的 IP接入。 即只要能够通过拨打某个 电话号码接入访问的, 都属于本发明提供的技术方案描述的电话信号处理模块。
实施例四
如图 4所示, 所述的基于远程控制网关设备的系统, 在实施例三的基础上增加: 网 络接入系统、 外部网络与厂商的服务网站。远程控制网关设备通过网络接入系统, 可以 接入到外部网络, 例如 Internet或者城域网上。
例如, 远程控制网关设备通过电话线使用 ADSL技术可以拨号连接到 Internet上。 远程控制网关设备可以通过外部网络访问厂商的服务网站。这个外部网络是一个广 义的网络, 里面可能还会包括 DNS服务器等, 用来对设备提供的厂商服务网站的域名进 行地址解析。
所述的厂商的服务网站可以为一个或多个, 为被控制设备的生产厂商提供的网站, 为被控制设备提供语音描述文件。这个厂商服务网站可能还会有其他功能, 例如被控制 设备版本升级等。
该服务网站到底是不是一个真实意义的网站不影响本发明技术方案。
本发明所述的一种远程控制网关设备的实现方法,在实现远程控制前首先在远程控 制网关设备中要做一些相应的准备工作。
当被控制设备加入本地网络后, 要上报各被控制设备的信息,远程控制网关设备根 据上报的信息将被控制设备的语音信息与被控制设备一一对应。其具体过程如图 5所示: 步骤 51、 被控制设备上报本身的信息;
在此过程中,远程控制网关设备可以先在内部建立被控制设备的设备编号; 也可以 只接收被控制设备上报本身的信息而不建立被控制设备的设备编号;
步骤 52、 判断所上报的信息是否携带语音形式的信息, 如果是执行步骤 56, 否则, 执行步骤 53;
步骤 53、判断所上报的信息是否指明语音文件所在路径,如果是执行步骤 54,否则, 执行步骤 55;
这个路径可以是本地网络内部, 也可以是外部网络。
步骤 54、 远程控制网关设备到所述的路径获取被控制设备语音形式的信息; 如果指明的是外部网络的路径, 而远程控制网关设备还没有连接上网时,远程控制 网关设备可以自动拨号上网, 获取这个语音信息。
步骤 55、远程控制网关设备根据被控制设备上报本身的信息对应使用远程控制网关 设备内部存储的不同的语音信息文件。
考虑到各种设备层出不穷, 远程控制网关设备无法把所有设备的描述都预先解释 好, 去对应不同的语音文件。 因此比较好的做法, 是由被控制设备直接上报语音形式的 描述或者指明路径的语音描述。
步骤 56、 远程控制网关设备建立各个被控制设备语音信息和被控制设备的对应关 系;
对于步骤 54,远程控制网关设备可以把被控制设备的语音信息先取下来,存储在本 地, 建立语音信息和被控制设备的对应关系。也可以只建立语音信息路径和被控制设备 的对应关系, 在需要的时候才去网络上取语音信息。
例如本地网络内部有电冰箱、 电视机上报了自己的简述, 则远程控制网关设备可能 会这样记录:

设备 2, IP2. 2. 2. 2, (设备 2的简述语音文件)
如果不是使用远程控制网关设备存储的语音文件的描述,则家庭网关可以不知道具 体是什么设备, 只要有对应关系就行。
状态信息和语音描述文件地址的对应关系是存储在本地网络内部的设备内部的,设 备们根据自己的状态, 把对应不同的地址告诉远程控制网关设备, 由远程控制网关设备 去访问对应地址的语音描述文件, 获取这些语音后送给用户。设备厂商可以通过在线升 级的方式, 根据需要制作和刷新这种对应关系, 让用户听到的语音提示更实用有效, 提 高客户满意度。
本发明所述的一种远程控制网关设备的实现方法, 其远程控制的具体流程如图 6所 示:
步骤 61、 用户呼叫与所述远程控制网关设备对应的电话号码;
步骤 62、 远程控制网关设备判断该呼叫是否在设定的次数和 /或时间无人接听, 如 果是, 则远程控制网关设备自动接通该呼叫;
这种方式只是一种该系统的自动控制方式, 只要该呼叫是否在设定的次数和 /或时 间无人接听, 则远程控制网关设备自动接通该呼叫。
在此基础上, 远程控制网关设备还可以被设置为有人接听或无人接听状态,如已经 设置为无人接听, 则远程控制网关设备直接自动接通该呼叫, 无需判断是否在设定的次 数和 /或时间无人接听。 这种无人接听方式尤其适用于电话终端只有电话线路, 而没有 接电话机的情况。 如已经设置为有人接听, 则按步骤 62的方式工作就可以了。
步骤 63、 远程控制网关设备判断此用户是否为合法用户, 如果是, 则执行步骤 65, 否则, 执行步骤 64;
步骤 64、 拒绝此用户的呼叫, 并挂断电话;
步骤 65、远程控制网关设备向用户提供设备编号,要求用户根据设备编号选择被控 制设备, 或者, 选择退出;
远程控制网关设备可能会先播放事先录制的语音提示,然后依次播放各个被控制设 备的简述语音文件。 例如: "欢迎进入某某家, 请选择设备编号, 以井号键结束。 按星 号键退出到开始菜单" ;
" 1 ", 然后是设备 1的简述语音文件, 例如 "我是英雄牌电冰箱"
"2", 然后是设备 2的简述语音文件, 例如 "我是儿女牌电视机" 需要说明的是当某一操作按键被远程控制网关设备定义为退出键时,则该键不能再 被所述被控制设各定义成其他功能., 例如, 上述星号键便不能再被定义为其他(如返回 上一级菜单等) 功能;
步骤 66、 判断用户是否选择退出, 如是执行步骤 64, 否则执行步骤 67;
步骤 67、 远程控制网关设备根据用户选择不同的设备, 收集对应的设备状态信息; 步骤 68、远程控制网关设备向用户上报对应的设备状态信息, 同时接收用户的控制 信息, 对被控制设备进行控制;
远程控制网关设备向用户上报对应的设备状态信息可以是:
1、 被控制设备上报的信息中携带语音形式的状态信息;
2、 被控制设备上报的语音文件存储的位置路径, 远程控制网关设备连接网络, 从 语音文件存储的位置路径获取语音文件; 作为被控制设备的状态信息; 所述的路径可以 为外部网络上的厂商的网站, 或者本地网络的设备地址;
3、 远程控制网关设备据这些信息对应使用其内部不同的语音描述文件作为被控制 设备的状态信息。
远程控制网关设备对被控制设备进行控制过程包括: 收集被控制设备的状态信息、 控制被控制设备的工作状态、 调整被控制设备的工作参数等等。
这里的被控制设备还可以通过传真的方式将设备状态信息发出去,被控制设备可以 直接将传真发给用户, 也可以通过远程控制网关设备, 将传真发给用户。用户可以得到 书面的被控制设备内部设备状态报告, 方便记录、 处理和共享信息。
步骤 69、 远程控制网关设备判断接收的用户控制信息是否是要结束对该设备的控 制, 如果是, 则执行步骤 65, 否则执行步骤 67;
上述步骤 63、远程控制网关设备判断此用户是否为合法用户的具体过程如图 7所示: 步骤 71、 远程控制网关设备自动接通该呼叫后, 要求用户输入密码;
步骤 72、 判断是否收到密码并正确, 如果是执行步骤 73, 否则, 行步骤 74;
步骤 73、 确定用户为合法用户;
步骤 74、 确定用户为非法用户。 在上述过程中还可以包括 "幵启"或 "关闭"远程控制功能的过程, 其 "开启"的 过程如图 8所示:
步骤 81、 远程控制网关设备接收到用户的 "开启"程控制功能请求;
步骤 82、 判断当前系统中的远程控制功能是否为 "开启" , 如果是, 执行步骤 84, 否则执行步骤 83;
步骤 83、 将当前系统中的远程控制功能置为 "开启";
步骤 84、 进入系统正常控制过程。
其 "关闭"的过程如图 9所示- 步骤 91、 远程控制网关设备接收到用户的 "关闭"程控制功能请求;
步骤 92、 判断当前系统中的远程控制功能是否为 "关闭", 如果是, 执行步骤 94, 否则执行步骤 93;
步骤 93、 将当前系统中的远程控制功能置为 "关闭" ;
步骤 94、 进入系统正常控制过程。
在这一过程中, 远程控制功能的 "开启"或 "关闭"状态, 可以是由远程控制设置 的也可以是由本地设置的。
远程控制可由用户逋过拨打电话实现,在使用电话拨打接入远程控制网关设备的时 候, 根据语音提示启动 /关闭上述功能。 也可以由用户访问网页或者拨打运营商服务电 话号码等形式,通知远程控制网关设备所属的运营商在运维系统上启动 /关闭上述功能。
本地设置可以通过远程控制网关设备的维护平台, 例如设备上的按键、 功能菜单, 或者网页等方式, 在本地启动 /关闭上述功能。 当然也可以是通过本地网络进入远程控 制网关设备进行设置的。
上述步骤 68,远程控制网关设备向用户上报对应的设备状态信息的具体过程如图 10 所示:
步骤 101、 被控制设备上报本身的设备状态信息;
步骤 102、 判断所上报的设备状态信息是否携带语音形式的简述, 如果是执行步骤
106, 否则, 执行步骤 103;
步骤 103、 判断所上报的设备状态信息是否指明语音文件所在路径, 如果是执行步 骤 104, 否则, 执行步骤 106;
这个路径可以是本地网络内部, 也可以是外部网络。
步骤 104、 远程控制网关设备到所述的路径获取被控制设备语音形式的信息; 如果指明的是外部网络的路径, 而远程控制网关设备还没有连接上网时,远程控制 网关设备可以自动拨号上网, 获取这个语音信息。
如果把语音提示放在厂商服务网页上,一方面能降低对远程控制网关设备技术、成 本的要求。 另一方面也能降低对本地网络内部设备的技术、 成本要求。
步骤 105、 远程控制网关设备根据被控制设备上报本身的设备状态信息对应使用远 程控制网关设备内部存储的不同的语音信息文件。

显然, 厂商可以把语音文件存放在自己的服务网页上, 根据需要制作和刷新, 让用 户听到的语音提示更实用有效, 提髙客户满意度。
步骤 106、 远程控制网关设备向用户上报对应的设备状态信息。
以上所述, 仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易想到的变化或替 换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求的保' 护范围为准。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种远程控制网关设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
信息接收处理模块: 用于通过电话线路接收对端发来的控制信息;
控制信号生成模块: 根据信息接收处理模块接收到的控制信息生成相应的控制信 号;
控制信号发送模块:将控制信号生成模块生成的控制信号通过所述的与被控制设备 连接的接口发送;
与被控制设备连接的接口: 分别可与各个被控制设备接通, 并用于向被控制设备发 送控制信号。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的远程控制网关设备, 其特征在于, 所述的电话线路包括: PSTN的固定电话线路、 无线制式的电话线路或 IP接入的电话线路。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的远程控制网关设备, 其特征在于, 还包括:
信息发送模块: 用于将设定的信息通过电话线路发送给对端。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的远程控制网关设备, 其特征在于, 还包括:
电话信号处理模块: 连接于电话信号呼入的通路上, 用于判断当呼入的电话信号在 预定的条件下未被接听时, 将所述信息接收处理模块与主叫侧接通。
5、 一种基于远程控制网关设备的系统, 其特征在于, 包括电话线路、 远程控制网 关设备、 被控制设备; 远程控制网关设备分别与电话线路及被控制设备连接。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的基于远程控制网关设备的系统, 其特征在于, 所述的电话 线路包括:
PSTN的固定电话线路、 无线制式的电话线路或 IP接入的电话线路。
7、 根据权利要求 5所述的基于远程控制网关设备的系统, 其特征在于, 所述的远程 控制网关设备还通过外部网络与被控制设备厂商的服务网站通信。
8、 根据权利要求 5所述的基于远程控制网关设备的系统, 其特征在于, 所述的远程 控制网关设备通过本地网络连接被控制设备。
9、 根据权利要求 5、 6、 7或 8所述的基于远程控制网关设备的系统, 其特征在于, 所述的被控制设备包括个人计算机和 /或智能电器设备。
10、 一种远程控制的实现方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
用户向与远程控制网关设备对应的电话号码发起呼叫,并通过远程控制网关设备对 所述的与远程控制网关设备连接的被控制设备进行控制管理。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的远程控制的实现方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
A、 用户拨打所述远程控制网关设备对应的电话号码, 远程控制网关设备自动接通 该呼叫;
B、 远程控制网关设备根据接听电话的信息控制各被控制设备。
12、根据权利要求 11所述的远程控制的实现方法, 其特征在于, 所述的步骤 B包括:
Bl、 在远程控制网关设备中建立被控制设备信息与被控制设备的对应关系; B2、远程控制网关设备应答该通话, 并根据通话过程中传递的控制信息及所述对应 关系对相应的被控制设备进行控制。 '
13、根据权利要求 12所述的远程控制的实现方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤 B1包括: Bl l、 被控制设备接入远程控制网关设备后, 远程控制网关设备确定该被控制设备 的被控制设备信息;
B12、 远程控制网关设备记录各被控制设备的被控制设备信息, 并将被控制设备信 息与该被控制设备建立对应关系。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的远程控制的实现方法, 其特征在于, 所述的步骤 B11中 远程控制网关设备确定的被控制设备信息包括:
被控制设备上报的语音文件;
和 /或,
被控制设备上报的语音文件存储的位置路径, 远程控制网关设备连接网络, 从语音 文件存储的位置路径获取语音文件; 所述的路径可以为外部网络上的厂商的网站, 或者 本地网络的设备地址;
和 /或,
远程控制网关设备根据被控制设备的情况,在远程控制网关设备内部建立被控制设 备信息。 ,
15、根据权利要求 12所述的远程控制的实现方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤 B2包括: B21、 远程控制网关设备判断接入的用户是否为合法用户, 如为合法用户则执行步 骤 B22, 否则, 拒绝呼入;
B22、 用户通过远程控制网关设备与被控制设备交换信息, 控制被控制设备或获取 被控制设备的信息。
16、根据权利要求 12所述的远程控制的实现方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤 B2包括: B23、 用户通过远程控制网关设备选取相应的被控制设备; B24、 该被控制设备上报状态信息给用户;
B25、 用户接收被控制设备上报的状态信息, 并根据被控制设备上报的状态信息确 定是否对该被控制设备进行进一步的控制。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的远程控制的实现方法, 其特征在于, 所述的步骤 B24包 括- 被控制设备直接上报状态信息给用户; 和 /或,
被控制设备上报状态信息给远程控制网关设备,远程控制网关设备将该状态信息上 报给用户;
其中, 被控制设备上报的状态信息可以是语音文件, 还可以是发送的传真信息。
18、 根据权利要求 16所述的远程控制的实现方法, 其特征在于, 所述的步骤 B24中 的被控制设备上报的状态信息包括:
被控制设备上报的语音文件;
和 /或,
被控制设备上报的语音文件存储的位置路径, 远程控制网关设备连接网络, 从语音 文件存储的位置路径获取语音文件; 所述的路径可以为外部网络上的厂商的网站, 或者 本地网络的设备地址;
和 /或,
远程控制网关设备根据被控制设备的情况,在远程控制网关设备内部建立被控制设 备信息。
19、 根据权利要求 10至 18任一项所述的远程控制的实现方法, 其特征在于, 该方法 还包括 - 根据用户需要, 可开启或关闭远程控制网关设备的远程控制功能。
