Abstract
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zum Herstellen von keramischen Schichten (20) mittels Spritzen. Damit erfin- dungsgemäß Polymerkeramiken aus präkeramischen Polymeren her- gestellt werden können, wird erfindungsgemäß ein Kaltgasspritzverfahren verwendet, bei dem mittels einer Kaltspritzpistole (12) ein Kaltgasstrahl (15) erzeugt wird, in den über eine Leitung (18) Partikel (19) aus dem präkeramischen Poly- meren beigefügt werden. Die Energie zur Erzeugung der Schicht (20) auf einem Substrat (13) wird durch Einprägen einer hohen kinetischen Energie in den Kaltgasstrahl (15) erzeugt, so dass eine thermische Erwärmung des Kaltgasstrahls (15) nicht oder nur wenig erfolgen muss. Daher lassen sich die thermisch empfindlichen präkeramischen Polymere mittels des Kaltgasspritzens spritztechnisch als Beschichtung (20) auf ein Substrat (13) aufbringen. Damit werden Polymerkeramiken einem wirtschaftlichen Verfahren zur schnellen Erzeugung von Schichten mit verhältnismäßig großer Dicke zugänglich. Es können beispielsweise Verschleißschutzschichten, thermische Schutzschichten und andere Funktionsschichten hergestellt werden.
