Abstract
Der wesentliche Aspekt der Erfindung liegt darin, durch Verändern der Nähreihenfolge, d.h. gezieltes Vernähen von Basisfasergelegen, die an die aufzunehmenden Kräfte durch die einzelnen Bereiche des Faserverbundstrukturwerkstof fbauteils angepasst sind, in flächiger Weise, zunächst einen vorkonfektionierten Fasergelegestreifen mit Fasergelegeanteilsbereichen unterschiedlicher Ausrichtung, einschließlich unidirektionaler Faserstreifen und beispielsweise Faserausrichtungen in einem Bereich von ±45°bis ±60° herzustellen. Dieser vorkonfektionierte Fasergelegestreifen wird dann dreidimensional entsprechend der gewünschten Kontur des herzustellenden Faserverbundwerkstoff-Strukturbauteils drapiert, so dass ein Teil des vorkonfektionierten Fasergelegestreifens gegenüber einem anderen Bereich des Fasergelegestreifens aus der Arbeitsebene abgewinkelt wird, vorzugsweise einachsig um eine Krümmungsachse gekrümmt wird, die sich vorzugsweise einachsig um eine Krümmungsachse gekrümmt wird, die sich vorzugsweise senkrecht zu den unidirektionalen Fasern und parallel zur Bandebene der unidirektionalen Faser erstreckt. In dieser dreidimensional drapierten Form wird der vorkonfektionierte Fasergelegestreifen auf ein Trägermaterial aufgenäht zum Ausbilden eines stabilisierten ersten Sub-Fasergelege-Vorf ormlings .
