Abstract

La demande concerne un dispositif de réaxation d'un genou affecté d'une déformation en varus. L' implant est caractérisé par une cage d'ostéotomie métallique (1) pourvue d'une importante zone de rhéabitation osseuse, et de correction angulaire ajustable. Le design de la prothèse est déterminé par le profil des faces FS et Fl médio latérales L.5 (figure 1) et L.8 (figure 2) , puis des dites faces antéro postérieures L.4 (figure 1) et L.7 (figure 2) . Le dit corps est prolongé par une patte P.1 , et une patte P.2. Les dites pattes coulissant l'une contre l'autre verticalement, actionnent ainsi l'ouverture et la fermeture des faces FS et Fl, afin d'effectuer la correction angulaire adéquate. La patte P.1 est pourvue d'une gorge GOC dans laquelle est introduite une vis cortico spongieuse, la dite vis étant également introduite dans un deuxieme orifice ORV de la patte P.2, puis dans le tibia, bloquant ainsi la correction angulaire. Les charnieres C sont pourvues de plots d'ancrage PLT.1 et PLT.2 solidaires de la face inférieure Fl, les dits plots étant introduits dans les orifices 0.1 et 0.2 solidaires de la face supérieure FS, pour actionner les dites charnières C.

Dispositif implantable dans l'ouverture d'une ostéotomie, et disposant d'une structure métallique ostéo intégrable à angulation réglable, constituant une cage d'ostéotomie apte à sécuriser un greffon osseux, dispositif caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un corps prothétique 1 , constitué essentiellement de deux éléments superposés sur un plan sensiblement horizontal dits élément mobile inférieur EMI, et élément mobile supérieur EMS, présentant respectivement une partie L7/L8 et- une autre partie L4/L5 situées en interface et au contact des pièces osseuses sus et sous jacentes, réunies à leurs extrémités distales par deux articulations a constituées de languettes LA1 et LA2 obliquant dans les orifices récepteurs ORL1 et ORL2, les dites parties se prolongeant à leur extrémité proximale et dans l'axe d'articulation du système par une patte P1 , solidaire de l'élément EMS et coulissant sur la corticale externe de la pièce osseuse inférieure ; la dite patte est constituée d'un orifice récepteur dits GOC destinés au passage d'une fixation par vis V1 permettant un blocage dans l'orifice récepteur FF solidaire de l'élément EMl, et d'un deuxième orifice récepteur VB destiné au passage d'une fixation par vis V2 afin d'effectuer un blocage dans la pièce osseuse inférieure.
Revendication 2 Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la partie L7/L8 de l'élément EMl est percée de trous de rhéabitation osseuse sur ses faces internes comme externes.

Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 2 caractérisé en ce que la partie L4/L5 de l'élément EMS est percée de trous de rhéabitation osseuse sur ses faces internes comme externes.
Revendication 4
Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la dimension longitudinale des languettes LA1 et LA2 est majorée de l'ordre de 40 % pour déboucher sur un deuxième orifice récepteur situé à l'extrémité distale des articulations. Revendication 5
Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 4 caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité des languettes LA1 et LA2 sont incurvées vers l'intérieur afin de permettre un effet de bascule entre deux orifices récepteurs.
Revendication 6
Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la patte P1 comporte sur sa face interne et au niveau de sa dimension longitudinale L2, des crans sur le plan transversal, afin de venir en interface et au contact de la face externe de l'orifice récepteur FF.
Revendication 7
Dispositif selon les revendications 1 et 6 caractérisé en ce que l'orifice récepteur FF comporte sur sa face externe des crans sur le plan transversal, afin de venir en interface et au contact des crans situés sur la face interne de la patte P1.
Revendication 8 Dispositif selon les revendications 1, 4, 5, caractérisé en ce que les articulations a sont majorées dans leur dimension longitudinale en direction de la charnière osseuse, d'une valeur de l'ordre de 3 à 5mm pour y accueillir un deuxième orifice récepteur.
