Abstract

L'invention concerne l'équipement de sauvetage et peut s'utiliser pour évacuer des personnes et des biens à partir d'immeubles de grande hauteur au moyen d'un câble. Un couvercle (6) est relié à la base (2) sur laquelle est monté un rouleau de frottement (8) ainsi qu'un élément de freinage (10), muni d'une poignée (9) et relié à la base (2) au moyen d'une charnière (11). Sur la base (2), on a monté des rouleaux de frottement supplémentaires (12, 13, 14) et une came de frottement (15) reliée à la base (2) au moyen d'une charnière (16). La surface de travail avant (17) de la came de frottement (15), tournée vers l'élément de freinage (10), possède un profil curviligne qui correspond au profil de la surface de travail (18) de l'élément de freinage (10) et qui est équidistant avec celle-ci de manière à former un logement (19) destiné à accueillir le câble, la longueur du logement étant choisie selon l'inéquation suivante 2D<L≤10D, dans laquelle D est le diamètre du câble 1, en mm, et L est la longueur du logement (19) destinée à la pose du câble (1), en mm.
