Abstract

Tige d'endoprothèse de la hanche, destinée à être implantée chez l'homme, qui comporte une partie (1) supérieure portant un cône destiné à recevoir une tête fémorale artificielle et une pluralité d'entretoises (4) à flexibilité permanente pouvant être déformées de manière telle qu'elles appuient contre l'os depuis l'intérieur et produisent ainsi un ancrage élastique de la tige d'endoprothèse dans l'os. Ladite tige est caractérisée en ce que la partie supérieure (1) est pourvue d'un trou, en ce que ladite tige possède une partie inférieure pourvue d'un filetage interne, les entretoises (4) s'étendant entre les parties (1, 5) supérieure et inférieure, et en ce qu'elle possède une vis filetée (2) guidée dans le trou ménagé dans la partie supérieure et dont l'extrémité libre est vissée dans la partie inférieure (5), si bien que la force avec laquelle les entretoises (4) appuient contre l'os peut être réglée par serrage de la vis filetée (2).
