Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d’affichage comprenant un capteur de variables d’environnement formé dans une zone périphérique d’un substrat de matrice active, qui évite un défaut de sensibilité et une détérioration des caractéristiques à l’usage, suite à la détérioration d’un film de protection de surface placé sur une couche supérieure du capteur. Le substrat de matrice active (2) possède une zone de structure de pixels dans laquelle une pluralité de pixels sont agencés et le capteur de variables d’environnement (11) est disposé dans la zone périphérique autour de la zone de structure. Le film de protection de surface (20) est disposé pour recouvrir au moins le capteur (11) dans la zone périphérique. Un élément filtrant les rayons ultraviolets (24) est placé au-dessus du film (20) pour émettre au moins une lumière visible dans une gamme de longueur d’onde d’une lumière pénétrant dans le capteur (11) et pour filtrer les rayons ultraviolets.
