燃料電池用セパレーター及びその製造方法
技術分野
[0001] 本発明は、燃料電池用セパレーターとその製造方法に関する。特に、表面の親水 性が大きぐ燃料ガスの供給力 Sスムースであり、かつガスと共に供給される水や排水 の流れがスムースであるため、発電効率が高ぐ耐久性に優れた固体高分子型燃料 電池用セパレーターを提供することができる。
背景技術
[0002] 従来、固体高分子型燃料電池用セパレーターには熱硬化性榭脂と炭素材料混合 して、焼成した後、水素ガスや空気を通す溝を形成したカーボン製のセパレーターが 主に用いられていた。このカーボン製セパレーターは、焼成する際に発生するカー ル、ガス漏れ、未焼成成分の溶出による発電効率の低下およびコスト高等の問題が 知られている。また、ポリイミド榭脂に炭素材料を配合した榭脂成型体 (特許文献 1)、 ポリイミド榭脂とエポキシ榭脂に炭素材料を配合した導電榭脂成型体 (特許文献 2) が検討されているが、ポリイミド榭脂として、熱硬化型ポリイミド榭脂を用いているため 上記と同じ問題を抱えていた。一方、これらの榭脂成型体の欠点を改良して、薄くて も強度に優れ、プレス加工などの安価な製造が可能な金属板をセパレーターに用い ることが試みられ、ステンレス鋼に金メッキを施したもの(特許文献 3、 4)、ステンレス 鋼の表面に気相蒸着法によって Taや Tiとともにカーボン微粒子を形成させる方法( 特許文献 5)などが提案されて!、る。
[0003] し力し、これらの方法ではピンホールの発生に起因すると思われるステンレス鋼の 腐蝕が懸念され、また、燃料ガスと共に供給される水蒸気や水素ガスと酸素が反応し た後発生する水と、セパレーター表面の親和性が乏 、ため燃料ガスの安定供給と 安定な排水が困難であるという欠点があった。

[0005] 本発明はこれらの欠点を改良して、カールが少なぐ耐酸腐蝕性に優れ且つ、燃料 ガスや排水をスムースに行いうる安価な燃料電池用セパレーターを提供することを目 的にする。
課題を解決するための手段
[0006] 本発明者は上記目的を達成するために、鋭意検討を重ねた結果、本発明に到達し た。即ち本発明は以下のものに関する。

発明の効果
[0017] 本発明は、表面の親水性が高ぐ伸度が大きく強靭な皮膜を形成する熱可塑性榭 脂、好ましくはポリイミド系榭脂と炭素粉末を混合して適度な導電性を有する成型体 を用いることにより、耐酸性に優れ、水素や空気などの燃料供給が安定で、発電によ り発生する水の排出及びそのリサイクルをスムースに行うことが可能な燃料電池用セ パレーターを提供することができるものである。 発明を実施するための最良の形態
[0018] 以下本発明を詳細に説明する。
一般に、熱可塑性榭脂は疎水性であり、水滴接触角は 90度以上を示す。一方、燃 料電池において、水素や空気 (酸素)の燃焼ガスは通常水蒸気と共にセパレーター の溝を通ってイオン交換膜を備えた電極に供給される。発電により電極で生じた水は セパレーターを通って排出され、スタックの冷却や燃焼ガス供給用の水蒸気として再 利用される。これらの水が安定にセパレーターの溝間を流通することが、燃料電池の 発電効率や耐久性にとって重要になるため、セパレーター表面は親水性であること が好ましい。
従って本発明に用いられる熱可塑性榭脂は親水性であるものが好ましぐその指標と して水滴接触角が 15〜80度で、吸水率が 3〜15%の範囲が好ましい。本発明に用 いる熱可塑性榭脂としては耐酸性などを考慮すると極性基を含有するポリイミド系榭 脂が好ましい。ポリイミド系榭脂とは、ポリイミド榭脂、ポリアミドイミド榭脂、ポリエーテ ルイミド榭脂、ポリエステルイミド榭脂等が挙げられる。それらの中でも溶剤溶解性、 セパレーター加工性力もポリアミドイミド樹脂が特に好ましい。 ポリイミド系榭脂の合成は多価カルボン酸無水物とジァミンまたはジイソシァネートを N—メチルー 2—ピロリドンなどの極性有機溶剤中で室温または加熱下攪拌する方 法など従来知られた方法により容易に製造することができる。この場合、酸成分の一 部または全部をトリメリット酸無水物ゃジカルボン酸に置き換えるとポリアミドイミド榭脂 が製造できる。
本発明に用いるポリイミド系榭脂の合成に用いられる酸成分は主としてトリメリット酸無 水物であることが好ましいが、その一部または全部を他の多塩基酸またはその無水 物に置き換えることができる。例えば、ピロメリット酸、ビフエ-ルテトラカルボン酸、ビ フエ-ルスルホンテトラカルボン酸、ベンゾフエノンテトラカルボン酸、ビフエ-ルエー テルテトラカルボン酸、エチレングリコールアンヒドロビストリメリテート、プロピレングリ コールアンヒドロビストリメリテート等のテトラカルボン酸及びこれらの無水物を共重合 すること〖こよって達成される。これらの中では反応性、溶解性、価格などの点カゝらピロ メリット酸無水物、ベンゾフエノンテトラカルボン酸無水物、ビフエ-ルテトラカルボン 酸無水物、エチレングリコールアンヒドロビストリメリテート、プロピレングリコールアンヒ ドロビストリメリテートを用いることが好ましい。また、特性を損なわない範囲でシユウ酸 、アジピン酸、マロン酸、セバチン酸、ァゼライン酸、ドデカンジカルボン酸、ジカルボ キシポリブタジエン、ジカノレボキシポリ(アタリロニトリノレーブタジエン)、ジカノレボキシ ポリ(スチレン ブタジエン)等の脂肪族ジカルボン酸、 1, 4ーシクロへキサンジカル ボン酸、 1, 3 シクロへキサンジカルボン酸、 4, 4'ージシクロへキシルメタンジカル ボン酸、ダイマー酸等の脂環族ジカルボン酸、テレフタル酸、イソフタル酸、ジフヱ- ルスルホンジカルボン酸、ジフエ-ルエーテルジカルボン酸、ナフタレンジカルボン 酸等の芳香族ジカルボン酸を共重合しても良い。これらの中で耐酸性の点からは 1, 3 シクロへキサンジカルボン酸、 1, 4ーシクロへキサンジカルボン酸を共重合するこ と力 S好ましく、金属への密着特性カゝらダイマー酸、数平均分子量が 1000以上 8000 未満のジカルボキシポリブタジエン、ジカルボキシポリ(アクリロニトリルブタジエン)、 ジカルボキシポリ(スチレン一ブタジエン)を共重合することが好ましい。これらの共重 合量は酸成分を 100モル%としたときに、 1〜60モル%の範囲が好ましい。
[0020] また、ポリイミド系榭脂の酸成分の一部をグリコールに置き換えてウレタン基を分子内 に導入することもできる。グリコールとしてはエチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール
、テトラメチレングリコール、ネオペンチルグリコール、へキサンジオール等のアルキレ ングリコール、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリプロピレングリコール、ポリテトラメチレング リコール等のポリアルキレングリコールや上記ジカルボン酸の 1種又は 2種以上と上 記グリコールの 1種又は 2種以上とから合成される分子末端が水酸基のポリエステル 等が挙げられ、これらの中では金属への密着性や親水性付与効果力 ポリエチレン グリコール、末端水酸基のポリエステルを共重合することが好ましい。また、これらの 数平均分子量は 500以上が好ましぐ 1000以上がより好ましい。上限は特に限定さ れな 、が 8000未満が好まし!/、。
[0021] 本発明におけるポリイミド系榭脂の合成に用いられるジァミン (ジイソシァネート)成分 としては、エチレンジァミン、プロピレンジァミン、へキサメチレンジァミン等の脂肪族 ジァミン及びこれらのジイソシァネート、 1, 4ーシクロへキサンジァミン、 1, 3 シクロ へキサンジァミン、ジシクロへキシルメタン 4, 4,ージァミン等の脂環族ジァミン及び これらのジイソシァネート、 m—フエ-レンジァミン、 p フエ-レンジァミン、 4, 4, - ジアミノジフエ二ルメタン、 4, 4'ージアミノジフエニルエーテル、 4, 4'ージアミノジフ ェニルスルホン、ベンジジン、 3, 3'ージメチルベンジジン、キシリレンジァミン、ナフタ レンジァミン等の芳香族ジァミン及びこれらのジイソシァネート等が挙げられ、これら の中では反応性、コスト、耐電解液性の点からジァミノジフエ二ルメタン、 3, 3'—ジメ チルベンジジン、イソホロンジァミン、ジシクロへキシルメタン 4, 4'ージァミン及び これらのジイソシァネートが好ま 、。好ま U、共重合量はポリイミド系榭脂のアミン( イソシァネート)成分を 100モル0 /0としたときに、これら成分が 30〜100モル0 /0の範囲 である。
[0022] 本発明において熱可塑性榭脂を親水化する為には、極性基を有する他の熱可塑 性榭脂を配合しても良いが、直接分子内に極性基を導入するのが好ましい。極性基 としてはスルホン酸基、カルボキシル基、スルホン酸金属塩基、カルボキシル金属塩 基、アミノ基、水酸基およびポリエーテル基力 なる群のうち少なくとも 1種の導入が 好ましぐ上記ポリイミド系榭脂を合成する際に、或いは合成終了後に下記化合物を 添加して共重合あるいは変性するのが好ま 、。
[0023] 例えばスルホン酸金属塩基の導入には 5—ソジゥムスルホイソフタル酸、 5—ソジゥ ムスルホイソフタル酸のエチレングリコールエステル、プロピレングリコールエステルな どが挙げられる。カルボキシル基の導入には前記 3官能以上の多価カルボン酸類、 アクリル酸をポリイミド系榭脂にグラフト重合させる方法などが挙げられる。ァミノ基の 導入にはジエタノールァミン、 N—メチルージェタノールァミン、 N—ェチルージェタ ノールァミンなどが挙げられる。水酸基の導入にはグリセリン、トリメチロールプロパン 、ペンタエリスリトール、 5—ソジゥムヒドロキシイソフタル酸、 5—ソジゥムヒドロキシイソ フタル酸のエチレングリコールエステルなどが挙げられる。ポリエーテル基の導入に はポリエチレングリコール、ポリプロピレングリコール、ポリテトラメチレンエーテルグリ コールなどの共重合が挙げられる。これらの共重合量は酸成分、イソシァネート成分 のそれぞれの合計量を 100モル0 /0としたときに、 0. 01〜30モル0 /0の範囲にあること が好ましい。
[0024] 上記の極性基の導入により得られるポリイミド系榭脂は親水化され塗膜表面の接触 角は低下して本発明の目的を達成できるが、より効果的に表面を親水化するには上 記極性基を有する原料と疎水性の原料を組み合わせて重合したポリイミド系榭脂で あることが一層好ましい。例えば、スルホン酸基、カルボキシル基、スルホン酸金属塩 基、カルボキシル金属塩基、アミノ基、水酸基、ポリエチレングリコールなどのポリエー テル基の一種または二種以上とカルボキシル基含有のポリブタジエンやポリアクリロ 二トリルブタジエン、ダイマー酸などを同時に共重合することが好ましい。この場合、 全ての原料を一括に仕込んでランダム共重合体としても良 、し、逐次的に反応系に 原料を仕込んでブロック共重合体とすることもできる力 ブロック共重合体にするほう が塗膜表面の親水性は向上するためより好ましい傾向にある。
[0025] 本発明に用いるポリイミド系榭脂は例えば N, N—ジメチルホルムアミド、 N, N—ジメ チルァセトアミド、 N—メチル—2—ピロリドン、 y—ブチ口ラタトン等の極性溶剤中に て容易に製造することが出来る。イソシァネート法を用いる場合、 60〜200°Cに加熱 しながら攪拌することが好ましい。必要に応じてトリェチルァミン、ジエチレントリァミン 等のアミン類、フッ化ナトリウム、フッ化カリウム、フッ化セシウム、ナトリウムメトキシド等 のアルカリ金属塩等を触媒として用いることもできる。
[0026] 本発明に用いる熱可塑性榭脂はその榭脂のみの塗膜の水滴接触角が 15〜80度、 吸水率が 3〜15%、引っ張り伸度が 50%以上であること好ましい。水滴接触角が 15 度未満では成型物の膨潤が大きくて形状安定性が悪ぐ使用中にガスや水蒸気の 流路が狭くなる恐れがあり、 80度を超えると目的とする燃焼ガスの安定供給が問題と なる場合がある。水滴接触角の下限は 30°C以上であることが好ましい。吸水率が 3% 未満では成型物の親水性が不十分で、燃焼ガス、水蒸気の安定供給に問題があり、 15%を超えると成型物の膨潤が大きく上記と同じ問題が発生する恐れがある。引つ 張り伸度は 50%未満では成型物力もろぐ成型時に割れが生じたり、金属に塗布し た後、成型する場合の成型性が不十分になる恐れがある。引張り伸度の上限は特に 限定されないが、 500%未満が好ましい。本発明における水滴接触角は、厚み 30 mの榭脂単独のフィルムを用いて、協和界面科学社製接触角計 (CA—X型)で測定 した値とする。本発明における吸水率は、泡の嚙み込んでいない固形榭脂およそ 3g を 120°C、 1時間乾燥した後の重量 (WO)を測定し、それを 25°Cの水に 20時間浸漬 し、表面付着水を拭き取った後の重量 (W1)を測定して次式によって求めた値とする 。吸水率 ニ^^ ^1^:!—1^。)/1^:^。本発明における引っ張り伸度は厚み 3 0 μ mの榭脂単独のフィルムを用いて 25°C70%RHの条件下引っ張り速度 20mm
Z分で測定した値とする。
[0027] 本発明の燃料電池用セパレーターは、熱可塑性榭脂と炭素粉体との混合榭脂成型 体及び上記熱可塑性榭脂と炭素粉体との混合物が金属板に積層された 2つの形態 で提供される。金属板としてはステンレス鋼板、鋼板、チタン板、アルミ板が好ましい 。以下、これらの製造方法について説明する。製造方法に特に制限はないが、以下 の方法が好ましぐ特に(1)〜(3)が好まし 、。
(1)熱可塑性榭脂粉体又はペレットと炭素粉体とをブレンドして射出成型又はプレス 成型で熱成型する。
(2)熱可塑性榭脂の溶液に炭素粉体を混合、分散させた溶液を金属板に塗布、乾 燥した後、プレス成型で凹凸の溝を形成させる。
(3)金属板をプレス成型して凹凸の溝を形成した後、熱可塑性榭脂溶液に炭素粉体 を混合、分散させた溶液を塗布、乾燥させる。
(4) (1)の成型体を金属板に積層した後、プレス成型で凹凸の溝を形成させる。
(5)金属板をプレス成型して凹凸の溝を形成した後、(1)の成型体を金属板に積層 する。
[0028] 上記製造に用いられる熱可塑性榭脂としては極性基を含有したポリイミド系榭脂が 好ましい。このポリイミド系榭脂を用いたセパレーターの製造方法を具体的に説明す る。
ポリイミド系榭脂は前記のように極性溶剤中、溶液重合法によって製造される。上記 セパレーターの製造方法のうち(2)と(3)にはこの重合溶液をそのまま用いることが できる。
[0029] (1)の製造の場合に用いられるポリイミド系榭脂はポリイミド系榭脂の溶液を水などの 貧溶剤中に投入して凝固させ、洗浄、乾燥したものを粉砕して粉体にするか、ペレツ ト状にしたものが用いられ、このポリイミド系固形樹脂と炭素粉体を溶融混練りしたぺ レット、あるいはマスターペレットに必要に応じて、高級脂肪酸塩や他の無機フィラー などを混合して射出成型及び Z又はプレス成型することにより得られる。炭素粉体と してはケッチェンブラック、ファーネスブラック、アセチレンブラックなどのカーボンブラ ックとグラフアイトなどの単独又は 2種以上の混合物が用いられ、成型体の体積抵抗 を 1〜10_5 Ω 'cm、好ましくは 10―1〜 10_3 Ω 'cmとなるように配合することが好まし い。射出成型又はプレス成型するときの温度は用いるポリイミド系榭脂のガラス転移 温度より 30〜100°C高い温度で加熱するのが好ましい。成型物のシート厚みは 0. 1 〜3mmであることが好まし!/、。 [0030] (2)の製造方法では、ポリイミド系榭脂溶液に上記のカーボンブラックとグラフアイトな どの炭素粉体を体積抵抗値が 1〜: ίΟ_3 Ω 'cmとなるように混合して、ボールミルゃサ ンドミル、高速ディゾルバーなどにより分散した溶液を金属板に塗布し乾燥した後、 プレス成型して所定の溝を形成させることで製造される。
[0031] (3)の製造方法では、予めプレス成型で溝を形成した金属板に(2)で用いたと同様 のポリイミド系榭脂 Z炭素粉体混合榭脂溶液をスプレー法などで塗布し乾燥すること で製造される。
[0032] (2)、 (3)の場合、金属の厚みは 0. l〜2mm、ポリイミド系榭脂と炭素粉体混合物層 の厚みは 0. 003〜0. 5mmが好ましい。
実施例
[0033] 以下、実施例で本発明を更に詳細に説明するが、本発明はこれらの実施例で制限 されるものではない。
尚、実施例中の測定値は以下の方法で測定した。
(1)接触角
ポリエステルフィルム上に榭脂単独の溶液を塗布、 150°Cで 20時間乾燥した後剥離 したフィルムを用いて、協和界面科学社製接触角計 (CA—X型)で水滴接触角を測 定した。また、該サンプルを pH3の硫酸水溶液に 90°Cで 20時間浸漬したあとの水滴 接触角につ!、ての測定も併せて行った。
(2)吸水率
固形榭脂を 120°C、 1時間乾燥したあとの重量 (WO)を測定し、それを 25°Cの水に 2 0時間浸漬した後の重量 (W1)を測定して次式によって求めた。
吸水率(%) = 100 X { (Wl -WO) /W1 }
(3)引っ張り強伸度
ポリエステルフィルム上に榭脂溶液を塗布、 150°Cで 20時間乾燥した後剥離した 30 μ mの榭脂単独のフィルムを東洋ボールドウィン社の引張り試験機を用いて、 25°C7 0%RHの条件下引つ張り速度 20mmZ分で測定した。
(4)耐酸性
成型品を PH3の硫酸水溶液に 90°Cで 20時間浸漬した後の外観を観察した。 判定は 〇:異常なし △:剥離又はヮレ発生 X:剥離、ヮレともに発生 とした。 (5)成型性
金属積層品の場合はプレス加工するときの塗膜のヮレ、剥離を観察した。熱成型品 の場合は表面の平滑性を観察した。

温度計、冷却管、窒素ガス導入管のついた 4ッロフラスコにトリメリット酸無水物 (TM A) 0. 95モル、 5 ソジゥムスルホイソフタル酸 0. 05モル、 4, 4'—ジフエ-ルメタン ジイソシァネート(MDI) lモル、フッ化カリウム 0. 02モルを固形分濃度が 25%となる ように N—メチルー 2 ピロリドンと共に仕込み、 130°Cで 5時間攪拌して反応させた 。得られたポリアミドイミド榭脂の対数粘度は 0. 68dlZg、ガラス転移温度は 285°C であった。
このポリアミドイミド榭脂溶液 100部に 25部のグラフアイトを配合して 3本ロールミルで 均一に分散させた。
この分散液を厚みが 0. 3mmのステンレス(SUS304)に乾燥膜厚が 0. 3mmとなる ように塗布、 200°Cで 1時間乾燥した。この積層板の特性を表 1に示す。

実施例 1の 5 ソジゥムスルホイソフタル酸を表 1に示すモノマー(およびその量)に変 え、(1 表 1に記載された量)モルの TMAを用いた以外は実施例 1と同じ方法でポ リアミドイミド榭脂を合成し、これを用いたステンレス板積層板を作成した。特性は表 1 に示す。

熱可塑性榭脂として YK— 30 (日本ェクスラン工業社のアクリル系ポリマー)を N—メ チル一 2 ピロリドンに固形分濃度が 15%となるように溶解した溶液を用いて、実施 例 1と同じ条件で金属積層板を作成した。評価結果を表 1に示す。

実施例 1のポリアミドイミド榭脂溶液を水中に投入して、凝固させ、水で十分洗浄し た後、乾燥し粉砕して固形状のポリアミドイミド榭脂を得た。
この固形榭脂 100部にグラフアイト 100部をドライブレンドした後、 320°Cの加熱ミル 中で攪拌しながら 15分間混練りし、型内に所定量の混合物を充填して 290°Cで 15 分熱プレスを行い、厚みが 2mmの成型品を得た。この成型品の特性を表 1に示す。

温度計、冷却管、窒素導入管のついた 4ッロフラスコを用い、以下の方法で 2段階 重合を行い、ブロック共重合体を合成した。
(第一段重合)
TMA0. 37モノレ、 子量力 2000のポジエチレングジ 一ノレ 0. 25モノレ、 MDI0. 62 モルとフッ化カリウム 0. 012モルを固形分濃度が 25%となるように NMPと共に仕込 み、 130°Cで 2. 5時間反応させた。
(第二段重合)
第一段重合が終了した溶液を 50°C以下に冷却した後、 TMA0. 25モル、末端が カルボキシル基のアクリロニトリルブタジエン(宇部興産製 CTBN1300 X 13) 0. 05 モル、 MDI0. 3モルとフッ化カリウム 0. 006モルを固形分濃度が 25%となるように N MPと共に仕込み、 130°Cで 2. 5時間反応させた。
得られたポリアミドイミド榭脂溶液に実施例 1と同じ方法でグラフアイトを混合し、ステ ンレス板に塗布、乾燥して金属積層体を作成した。結果を表 1に示す。

実施例 1でトリメリット酸無水物を 1. 05モル、ジフエ-ルメタン 4, 4'—ジイソシァネ ート 1モルとした以外は実施例 1と同じ条件でポリアミドイミド榭脂を合成した。得られ たポリアミドイミド榭脂の対数粘度は 0. 41dlZg、ガラス転移温度は 295°Cであった。 このポリアミドイミド榭脂を用いて実施例 1と同じ条件で金属積層板を作成した。評価 結果を表 1に示す。

比較例 1のトリメリット酸無水物を 1モルとした以外は比較例 1と同じ条件でポリアミド イミド榭脂を合成した。この溶液を用いて、実施例 1と同じ条件で金属積層板を作成 した。評価結果を表 1に示す。

比較例 1のポリアミドイミド榭脂溶液に分子量 400のポリエチレングリコールを榭脂 固形分に対して 20%配合した。この配合溶液を用いて実施例 1と同じ条件で金属積 層板を作成した。評価結果を表 1に示す。

比較例 2のポリアミドイミド榭脂溶液 100部に非イオン性界面活性剤(商品名ノィゲ ン HC)を 3部配合した溶液を用いて実施例 1と同じ条件で金属積層板を作成した。 評価結果を表 1に示す。

産業上の利用可能性
[0044] 本発明は、親水性に優れた熱可塑性榭脂、特に極性基含有ポリイミド系榭脂と炭素 粉体の混合物を用いることにより、燃料ガスが安定に供給され、耐酸性に優れた燃料 電池用セパレーターを供給できる。

Claims

請求の範囲
[1] 膜表面の水滴接触角が 15〜80度、吸水率が 3〜15%、引っ張り伸度が 50%以上 の熱可塑性榭脂と炭素粉末の混合物とからなる燃料電池用セパレーター。
[2] 膜表面の水滴接触角が 15〜80度、吸水率が 3〜15%、引っ張り伸度が 50%以上 の熱可塑性榭脂と炭素粉末の混合物層が金属板に積層された燃料電池用セパレー ター。
[3] スルホン酸基、カルボキシル基、スルホン酸金属塩基、カルボキシル金属塩基、アミ ノ基、水酸基、ポリブタジエン基およびポリエーテル基力 なる群のうち少なくとも 1種 を、分子内に含有するポリイミド系榭脂と炭素粉末の混合物とからなる燃料電池用セ ノ レーター-
[4] スルホン酸基、カルボキシル基、スルホン酸金属塩基、カルボキシル金属塩基、アミ ノ基、水酸基、ポリブタジエン基およびポリエーテル基力 なる群のうち少なくとも 1種 を、分子内に含有するポリイミド系榭脂と炭素粉末の混合物層が金属板に積層され た燃料電池用セパレーター。
[5] 金属板が、鋼板、ステンレス鋼板、チタン板またはアルミ板であることを特徴とする請 求項 2または 4に記載の燃料電池用セパレーター。
[6] 金属板に、膜表面の水滴接触角が 15〜80度、吸水率が 3〜15%、引っ張り伸度が 50%以上の熱可塑性榭脂と炭素粉末の混合物層を積層した後、プレス加工により 凹凸の溝を形成させる燃料電池用セパレーターの製造方法。
[7] 金属板をプレス成型して凹凸の溝を形成した後に、膜表面の水滴接触角が 15〜80 度、吸水率が 3〜15%、引っ張り伸度が 50%以上の熱可塑性榭脂と炭素粉末の混 合物層を積層する燃料電池用セパレーターの製造方法。
[8] 金属板に、スルホン酸基、カルボキシル基、スルホン酸金属塩基、カルボキシル金属 塩基、アミノ基、水酸基、ポリブタジエン基およびポリエーテル基力 なる群のうち少 なくとも 1種を、分子内に含有するポリイミド系榭脂と炭素粉末の混合物層を積層した 後、プレス加工により凹凸の溝を形成させる燃料電池用セパレーターの製造方法。
[9] 金属板をプレス成型して凹凸の溝を形成した後に、スルホン酸基、カルボキシル基、 スルホン酸金属塩基、カルボキシル金属塩基、アミノ基、水酸基、ポリブタジエン基お よびポリエーテル基力もなる群のうち少なくとも 1種を、分子内に含有するポリイミド系 榭脂と炭素粉末の混合物層を積層する燃料電池用セパレーターの製造方法。 金属板が、鋼板、ステンレス鋼板、チタン板またはアルミ板であることを特徴とする請 求項 6〜9のいずれかに記載の燃料電池用セパレーターの製造方法。
