Abstract

La présente invention relève du domaine des articles d'hygiène jetables, qui permettent d'améliorer le confort d'utilisation de véhicules et de locaux. L'invention a trait à un tapis de sol jetable destiné à éviter la salissure d'un véhicule ou d'un local, qui comprend une toile de revêtement imperméable aux liquides (1), une toile supérieure perméable aux liquides (2), et une couche noyau (3) disposée entre la toile inférieure (1) et la toile supérieure (2). La couche noyau (3) contient un élément (4) destiné à recevoir et à répartir le liquide, qui possède une structure hydrophile poreuse, et un élément (5) destiné à collecter et à répartir à nouveau le liquide, qui se trouve en communication fluidique avec ledit élément de réception et de répartition. L'élément (5) de collecte et de rerépartition de liquide est constitué d'un matériau alvéolaire polymère dont la masse volumique est comprise entre 0,01 et 0,05 g/cm3, et se présente sous la forme d'une structure à alvéoles ouverts souple et hydrophile dont la capacité d'absorption libre à 15-40 °C est supérieure ou égale à 12 ml de liquide par gramme de matériau alvéolaire sec, et qui présente ladite capacité d'absorption de liquide lorsqu'une pression de 5,5 kPa est exercée sur ladite structure. L'élément (4) de réception et de répartition de liquide possède une vitesse initiale de réception de liquide supérieure ou égale à 2 ml/s. Une couche de réactif adhésif (11) du tapis est appliquée sur la surface de la toile inférieure (1), sur toute la surface du tapis. L'invention permet d'augmenter le confort d'utilisation et la durée de vie du tapis de sol jetable selon l'invention.
