  • the garlic of the different sizes are stored in the hopper and the machine is switched on.
  • the garlic cloves/bulbs are supplied into the peeling chamber and passes through the rotating shaft having the blades secured therewith. Till the time the garlic bulbs reach to the lower end of the peeling chamber these are hit by the blades and the skin is peeled off. Similarly when the garlic bulbs come in the contact with the serrated walls of the peeling chamber the skin is peeled off. This process of hitting is repeated again and again and thus the skin is peeled off from the garlic.

Abstract

L'invention concerne le pelage de la peau des légumes, en particulier des légumes à gousses. Le dispositif comprend une chambre de pelage munie de stries et d'une pluralité de lames, une trémie, un moteur, des poulies, des soufflantes alimentant de l'air comprimé pour la déshumidification et l'élimination des peaux. Les légumes de différentes tailles sont stockés dans la trémie et sont traités dans la chambre de pelage ; par actionnement du dispositif, les peaux des légumes sont soumises à des frappes par les lames et les stries dont est munie la chambre de pelage, provoquant ainsi le pelage desdites peaux.
