Abstract

Un procédé de réalisation d'un réseau de particules comprend une étape de dépôt de particules, aptes à auto-organiser avec un pas déterminé selon une première direction, sur un substrat présentant une propriété permettant une interaction du substrat et des particules et modulée selon la première direction avec une période adaptée audit pas. Une interaction substantielle subsiste ainsi entre chacune des particules et ses particules voisines selon la première direction.
