Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Satteltankeinrichtung (1) für Brennkraftmaschinen von Kraftfahrzeugen, beinhaltend zwei Kammern (2, 4) welche über eine obere Brücken­verbindung (6) kommunizie­rend verbunden sind, eine in der ersten Kammer (2) angeordne­te Kraftstofffördereinrichtung (8) einen Einfüllstutzen (12), sowie eine Betankungsbegrenzungseinrichtung (14). Die Erfindung sieht vor, dass in der oberen Brückenverbindung (6) eine Rückschlagventileinrichtung (24) umfassend ein mit einem Ventilsitz (32) zusammenwirken­des, durch von Beschleunigungen des Fahrzeugs herrührende Trägheitskräfte und/oder durch seine Eigengewichtskraft und/oder durch äußere Kräfte wie Federkräfte betätigbares Ventilschließglied (35) angeordnet ist, wobei die Rückschlag­ventileinrichtung (24) derart ausgebildet ist, dass sie bei nicht beschleunigtem oder im wesentlichen neigungsfreiem Fahrzeug ein Überströmen von Kraftstoff von der ersten Kammer (2) in die zweite Kammer (4) und umgekehrt ermöglicht, jedoch bei beschleunigtem oder geneigtem Fahrzeug zwar ein Über­schwappen von Kraftstoff von der zweiten Kammer (4) in die erste Kammer (2) ermöglicht, aber ein Überströmen von Kraft­stoff von der ersten Kammer (2) in die zweite Kammer (4) im wesentlichen verhindert.
