Abstract

L'invention concerne une lampe à décharge gazeuse basse pression comprenant un récipient de décharge gazeuse avec un remplissage de gaz dépourvu de mercure et des éléments destinés à générer et à maintenir une décharge gazeuse basse pression. La lampe à décharge gazeuse basse pression de l'invention convient notamment à l'éclairage en arrière-plan et à des fins d'affichage. L'un des objets de l'invention est de fournir une lampe à décharge gazeuse basse pression dépourvue de mercure à efficacité lumineuse élevée. Ceci est réalisé par remplissage gazeux du récipient de décharge sur la base d'un halogénure métallique de type CuX, InX, GaX, SnX et AlX, X étant égal à F, Cl, Br, I ou un mélange d'halogénures métalliques. Dans des modes de réalisation préférés, le récipient contient des couches de phosphore avec par exemple: -Eu2+-, Mn2+- dopé d'aluminates terreux alcalins notamment du BaMgAl10O17:Eu, Mn ou BaMg2Al16O27:Eu, Mn, -Eu2+- dopé d'aluminates notamment du BaMgAl10O17:Eu, Mn ou Sr4Al14O25:Eu, - (Y, Gd)2O3:Eu, Bi, -Eu - ou Tb- dopé d'oxysulfures, de type Y2O2S:Eu, La2O2S:Eu, Gd2O2S:Eu, - Y(V, P)O4:Eu, Bi,-(Ba, Sr, Ca)2SiO4:Eu, -Eu- ou Ce dopé d'oxynitrures ou de SiAlON de type général (MI, MII)xSia-yAlyOZNb-z, plus particulièrement (Sr1-x-y-Bax,Cay)Si2N2O2:Euz, (0<x<0,2, 0<y<0,2, 0<z<0,1), Ca1-x-ySrxSi2N2O2:Euy (0<x<0,5, 0<y<0,1), -(Y, Gd)BO3:Ce, Tb, Y2SiO5:Ce, Tb, - des fluorgermanates de magnésium ou des arsenates notamment du Mg4GeO5.5F:Mn.
