Abstract

L'invention concerne un échaudage multicouches destiné à l'ingénierie des tissus. L'échafaudage de l'invention comprend au moins une première couche composée d'un polymère dans lequel est formé un motif de microcanaux; et au moins une seconde couche composée d'un polymère dans lequel est formé un motif de microcanaux. La première et la seconde couche sont unies entre elles (de préférence par stratification) et les canaux sont reliés afin de permettre la circulation de liquides à travers les couches précitées. L'échafaudage est revêtu d'une cellulose bactérienne. L'échafaudage peut comprendre une cellule mammalienne.
