Abstract

Vorgeschlagen wird ein Verfahren zum Identifizieren eines Wirkstoffes, welcher eine enzymatische Eigenschaft des SGLT1-Proteins modifiziert. Es werden Primärträger bereitgestellt, welche das SGLT1-Protein im Bereich ihrer Membranen enthalten. Die Primärträger werden im Oberflächenbereich einer als Sekundärträger dienenden Biosensorelektrode angelagert. Es wird ein potenzieller Wirkstoff bereitgestellt. Der potenzielle Wirkstoff wird mit dem SGLT1-Protein zur Wechselwirkung gebracht. Bestimmt wird der qualitative und/oder quantitative Einfluss des potenziellen Wirkstoffes durch Detektieren einer elektrischen Aktion des SGLT1-Proteins oder deren Änderung über die Biosensorelektrode als Sekundärträger , z.B. mittels einer elektrischen Strommessung oder Spannungsmessung.
