技术领域
本发明涉及发光二极管(LED)屏幕装置, 尤其是一种用于大屏 幕显示的 LED屏幕装置。
背景技术
LED屏幕装置被广泛地用于商业、 建筑、 舞台等领域的大屏幕显示。 为了便 于安装和运输,现有的 LED大屏幕显示装置一般由多块较小的 LED屏幕拼接而成。 如美国专利 6, 677, 918就公开了这样一种发光二极管显示系统, 其中, 整个大 屏幕由多个刚性框架连接组合而成,在每个刚性框架上,设置有多个垂直且等间 隔分布的刚性支持条, 在每个刚性支持条上又设置有多个等间隔分布的 RGB (红 绿蓝)象素单元, 从而构成一个 RGB象素矩阵。所述显示系统还包括连接于各个 象素单元的电信号传输线和电源线, 以及控制系统;所述控制系统接收外界的视 频信号, 将视频信号转换成数字信号, 经计算机处理后, 将正确的象素显示数据 传输给 LED驱动器,从而控制每个象素单元的工作。 由于每个 RGB象素单元均由 一个红 LED, —个蓝 LED和一个绿 LED组成, 可以产生包括白色和黑色的任何可 见光, 因此, 可以在大屏幕上形成各种静止或动态的彩色图像。虽然该发明中的 大屏幕釆用了组合拼接的方案,但由于每一块框架都是刚性的,尺寸固定,因此, 安装和运输仍然很不方便, 而且控制系统较为复杂。美国专利 6, 362, 801公开 了另外一种 LED显示装置, 其中, 整个大屏幕为柔性网状, 每个象素单元等间距 地分布在网上, 形成规则的象素矩阵。 但是, 其线路非常复杂, 维修不方便。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术中大屏幕 LED显示装置的安装和运输不方 便, 线路复杂的问题, 而提供一种结构简单, 便于安装、保存和运输的 LED屏幕 装置。

所述的卷帘式发光二极管屏幕装置, 其特征在于, 还包括有设置于所述刚性 框架的电机,所述电机可以驱动所述柔性框架的刚性轴进行转动,使所述刚性支 持条沿所述导轨机构滑动, 绕所述刚性轴卷曲成一个卷轴。
所述的卷帘式发光二极管屏幕装置,其特征在于,所述柔性框架为一个卷帘; 所述刚性框架为一个卷轴箱,所述卷轴箱上部设有用于固定的挂勾,所述卷轴箱 内设有卷轴和电机, 所述电机可以带动卷轴转动; 所述卷轴箱的下部设有开口, 开口的下方的两侧可拆卸地连接有定位框架,所述卷轴与所述卷帘的上端固定连 接; 所述卷帘可以被定位于所述定位框架内而形成一个象素矩阵平面。
所述的卷帘式发光二极管屏幕装置, 其特征在于, 在所述定位框架上还设有 导轨, 所述设置在卷帘上的刚性支持条的两端可以沿导轨做垂直方向的运动。
所述的卷帘式发光二极管屏幕装置, 其特征在于, 所述象素单元由至少一个 红色发光二极管, 至少一个蓝色发光二极管和至少一个绿色发光二极管组成。
所述的卷帘式发光二极管屏幕装置, 其特征在于, 所述象素单元由一个全色 发光二极管组成。
所述的卷帘式发光二极管屏幕装置, 其特征在于, 所述卷帘式发光二极管屏 幕装置可以多个组合连接而构成大屏幕,所述多个卷帘式发光二极管屏幕装置的 象素矩阵平面处于同一个平面上。
实施本发明的卷帘式 LED屏幕装置, 由于采用了柔性框架来固定设置在刚性 支持条上的象素单元, 并且柔性框架采用了卷帘式设计, 因此—, 在不使用时, 可 以通过手动或电动方式将 LED屏幕装置卷成一个卷轴, 便于保存、 运输及安装。 而且, 由于象素单元设置在刚性支持条上, 线路容易设置, 且不容易损坏, 便于 维修。 附图说明

如图 1、 图 2和图 3所示, 在本发明的实施例一中, 卷帘式 LED屏幕装置包 括卷轴箱 1、 刚性定位框架 2、 卷帘 3和电机 4。
卷帘 3采用带有柔韧度的刚性材料制作, 比如使用塑胶材料、不锈钢或者合 金金属等, 其上设置有至少一个以上等长的采用合金金属制作的刚性支持条 31, 所述刚性支持条 31两端对齐, 平行且等间距地设置在卷帘 3上。
在所述刚性支持条 31上设置有排成直线的至少一个以上等间距分布的象素 单元 32。 当卷 3帘放下时, 排列的各象素单元 32形成一个象素矩阵平面。
所述卷轴箱 1上部设有用于固定的挂勾 11, 所述卷轴箱 1内设有卷轴 12和 电机 13, 所述电机 13可以带动卷轴 12转动。 所述卷轴箱 1的下部设有开口, 开口的下方的两侧可拆卸的连接有刚性定位框架 2, 所述卷轴 12与所述卷帘 3 的上端固定连接。 在所述刚性定位框架 2内设有导轨 21 , 设置在卷帘 3上的刚 性支持条 31的两端被约束在刚性定位框架 2内可以沿导轨 21做垂直方向的运 动。 这样, 在工作状态下, 开动电机 4, 将卷帘 3放下, 幷定位于刚性定位框架 2中, 从而形成显示平面。 当结束工作时, 开动电机 4, 将卷帘 3卷入卷轴箱 1 中保存, 由于刚性定位框架 2可以拆卸, 所以, 便于保存和运输。

如图 5所示,在本发明的实施例二中, 由十二个尺寸相同的长方形的卷帘式 LED屏幕装置组合连接, 排成了 4x3式的矩阵大屏幕。 通过控制装置的控制, 视 频信号即可在这种由多个本发明的卷帘式 LED屏幕装置组合而成的大屏幕上播 放了。

Claims

权 利 要 求

2.根据权利要求 1所述的卷帘式发光二极管屏幕装置, 其特征在于: 还包括有 刚性框架, 所述刚性框架包括平行于刚性支持条的一个刚性轴, 所述刚性支持条和 其上的象素单元可形成一个象素矩阵平面, 也可以在所述柔性框架的带动下, 绕所 述刚性轴卷曲成一个卷轴。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的卷帘式发光二极管屏幕装置,其特征在于,还包括有 设置于所述刚性框架的电机, 所述电机可以驱动所述柔性框架的刚性轴进行转动,

8. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的卷帘式发光二极管屏幕装置,其特征在于,所述 卷帘式发光二极管屏幕装置可以多个组合连接而构成大屏幕, 所述多个卷帘式发光 二极管屏幕装置的象素矩阵平面处于同一个平面上。
