Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour réaliser un rotor de turbine à gaz à aubes creuses intégrées, ce procédé comprenant au moins les opérations suivantes: a) préparer un élément de base (10) en forme de disque pour le rotor de turbine à gaz; b) usiner l'élément de base sur son enveloppe externe, de façon à répartir sur le pourtour plusieurs zones de liaison (12) en forme de bosses pour des aubes creuses, ces zones de liaison (12) définissant chacune le contour partiel d'une cavité (17) de l'aube creuse à relier au niveau de la zone de liaison correspondante; c) réaliser des contours de pales pour les aubes creuses sur les zones de liaison (12) correspondantes par rechargement laser avec injection de poudre; d) usiner les contours de pales ainsi réalisés pour obtenir des pales dont la surface satisfait à la technique des fluides.
