Abstract

La présente invention concerne le domaine de la quantification des ARN dans un échantillon biologique, en particulier la quantification des ARN messagers codant pour des cytokines. La présente invention permet une quantification absolue des taux d'ARN messagers de cytokines humaines présents dans un échantillon biologique, par une technique de RT- PCR en temps réel reposant sur l'utilisation d'amorces hautement spécifiques, la détection des amplifications par incorporation d'un intercalant fluorescent, et la quantification absolue grâce à des standards ARN internes (gènes de ménage) et externes (gamme standard ARN de référence). La présente invention concerne la quantification simultanée d'ARN différents, dans les mêmes conditions expérimentales.
