Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft die Verwendung einer Peptidmischung aus Peptiden mit einem Molekulargewicht von 1000 bis 5000 Dalton zur Prävention und/oder Behandlung von Tumorerkrankungen, von Erkrankungen, welche mit einer Entwicklungsstörung des Immunsystems assoziiert sind, von Erkrankungen des Immunsystems, von Autoimmunreaktionen, von Allergien und von Entzündungen beim Menschen, eine Proteinkomponente, welche eine derartige Peptidmischung enthält, und eine diese Peptidmischung enthaltene Formelnahrung. Die Peptide werden vorzugsweise aus für Nahrungszwecke geeigneten, nicht­humanen Proteinen erhalten, insbesondere durch die enzymatische oder hydrolytische Spaltung dieser Proteine.
