L'invention concerne un dispositif de retenue de deux éléments, l'un par rapport à l'autre, en cas de rupture de leur liaison. La présente invention peut être mise en œuvre, en particulier, dans le cas de la retenue de deux pièces du bas de caisse d'un véhicule automobile, telles que, par exemple, un volume et un tube d'échappement. Pour mettre en œuvre une partie de ligne d'échappement comprenant un tube et un volume, tel qu'un silencieux , le tube et le volume sont généralement assemblés par une soudure. Mais il arrive que la soudure se détériore, accidentellement, en particulier à cause de la corrosion et des vibrations. Selon d'autres caractéristiques de l'invention, l'un des éléments est un élément longitudinal et l'autre élément est un élément volumique. La figure 1 est une vue en élévation latérale d'une partie de ligne d'échappement sous la caisse d'un véhicule comportant un tube et un silencieux assemblés et comportant un dispositif de retenue selon l'invention. La figure 2 est une vue de face d'un dispositif de retenue selon l'invention. La figure 3 est une vue en coupe transversale selon le plan de coupe 3-3 de la figure 1 selon l'invention. La figure 4 est une vue de dessus d'une partie de ligne d'échappement sous la caisse d'un véhicule comportant un tube et un silencieux assemblés et comportant un dispositif de retenue selon l'invention. Dans la description qui suit, nous prendrons à titre non limitatif une orientation longitudinale, vertical et transversale indiquée par le trièdre L1V1T aux quatre figures. Des éléments identiques ou analogues sont désignés par les mêmes chiffres de référence. Tel que représenté à la figure 1 , une partie de ligne d'échappement 9 comporte un tube 1 et un volume 2 tel qu'un silencieux. Le tube 1 et le silencieux 2 sont assemblés, généralement, par une liaison rigide, au moyen d'une soudure étanche pour assurer le passage des gaz d'échappement sans fuite. La ligne d'échappement 9 est accrochée sous la caisse 5 du véhicule par des moyens de suspension 51. Le silencieux 2 peut être réalisé, par exemple, en deux parties, une partie supérieure 21 et une partie inférieure 22 dont la jonction se situe au niveau de l'axe médian 13 du tube 1. L'axe médian 13 délimite de la même façon le tube 1 : la partie au dessus de l'axe médian 13 est appelée la partie supérieure 11 du tube 1 et la partie en dessous de l'axe médian 13 est la partie inférieure 12 du tube 1. Selon un mode de réalisation, tel que représenté sur la figure 1 , un dispositif de retenue 10 est ajouté au niveau de la jonction du tube 1 et du silencieux 2. Le dispositif 10 comporte une boucle de retenue 4 et deux moyens d'ancrage 7, 8 qui coopèrent. Les moyens d'ancrage sont deux plots 7, 8 respectivement soudés sur le silencieux 2 et sur le tube 1. Tel que représenté sur la figure 2, la boucle 4 est ouverte et elle est formée d'un fil métallique. La boucle 4 comporte une protubérance 43 sur sa partie médiane 41 et deux crochets 45,46 à ses extrémités libres. Le plan formé par la protubérance 43 et le plan formé par les crochets 45,46 sont sensiblement perpendiculaires. La forme rectiligne de la partie médiane 41 est choisie de façon à pouvoir s'adapter à des tubes de différent diamètre. Chaque extrémité de la partie médiane 41 se prolonge par deux branches 42 élastiques dont les extrémités libres sont les crochets 45,46. Chacune des deux branches 42 ont partiellement la forme d'arc de cercle et sont convergentes vers les crochets 45,46. La forme d'arc de cercle des branches 42 est déterminée de façon à épouser la forme des côtés du tube 1. Tel que représenté sur la figure 3, la partie médiane 41 se situe sur la partie supérieure 11 du tube 1 et les branches 42 entourent une partie du tube 1. Les crochets 45,46 se croisent et forment un moyen de retenue 44 qui coopère avec le plot 7 au niveau de la partie inférieure 22 sur la paroi transversale 23 du silencieux 2. Tel que représenté sur la figure 4, la boucle 4 est retenue également sur le tube 1 par un plot 8 qui est situé sur la partie supérieure 11. Le plot 8 coopère avec la protubérance 43. Lors de la rupture de la liaison soudée du tube 1 et du silencieux 2, le silencieux 2 peut s'incliner dans le sens horaire vers le sol 6. Tel que représenté sur la figure 1 , la distance entre le plot 7 et l'axe médian 13 et la distance entre le plot 8 et la partie transversale 23 sont déterminées de telle sorte que le tube 1 et le silencieux 2 aient un décalage limité par rapport à l'axe médian 13, lors d'une rupture de la soudure. Cette boucle 4 est fabriquée en une seule pièce et la mise en forme est effectuée par cintrage. La mise en œuvre de cette boucle 4 est facile et le coût de revient est moindre. Le dispositif 10 est mis en place simplement sans outillage spécifique. Le monteur peut donc effectuer le montage du dispositif 4 facilement à la main. Il écarte les branches de la boucle 4 pour les faire passer de chaque côté du tube 1 et il positionne la partie médiane 41 sur la partie supérieure 11 du tube 1 de façon à faire coopérer le plot 8 avec la protubérance 43. Ensuite, le monteur peut appliquer une force au niveau de chaque branche 42 par un effort du pouce et de l'index pour positionner le moyen de retenue 44 de façon croisée dans le plot 7.
