From the above result, we can surmise that anion inhibit damage of hair as well as activate a reducing action of a reducing agent so that formation of wave is happened more rapidly and strongly, whereby an efficacy of wave formation and a continuity of wave being increased. Consequently, a reducing agent and anion act on formation of wave with synergy effect.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne une composition cosmétique pour permanente permettant de réaliser une permanente en une étape. La composition cosmétique pour permanente décrite dans cette invention peut empêcher une détérioration des cheveux et elle peut améliorer la capacité des cheveux à boucler et maintenir cette capacité par ajustement du pH à un degré alcalin et ajustement de la concentration de thioglycérol.
