Abstract

Cette invention relève du domaine du génie mécanique et peut être utilisée pour modifier les surfaces de contact de paires cinématiques. Cette composition permettant de former un revêtement antifriction pour des surfaces de contact de paires cinématiques comprend un Al2O3 et un oxyde de silicium, l'oxyde de silicium se présentant sous la forme de SiO2 et l'Al2O3 se présentant sous la forme d'une modification amorphe dont la taille des particules n'excède pas 240 Å, ainsi que du graphite intercalé expansé dans les proportions suivantes: entre 5 et 10 % en masse de Al2O3 amorphe dont la taille des particules n'excède pas 240 Å, entre 70 et 80 % en masse de SiO2, le reste étant constitué de graphite intercalé expansé. Cette composition permet d'améliorer l'uniformité et la stabilité du revêtement antifriction, d'allonger sa durée de vie et de réduire le coefficient de frottement (à des valeurs n'excédant pas 0,0006 en cas de frottement onctueux à sec). Ce revêtement peut être utilisé tant en présence d'un lubrifiant huileux qu'en l'absence de tout type de lubrifiant.
