Abstract

Lors de l'analyse de saccharides par chromatographie d'échange d'anions haute performance (HPAEC), l'éluat issu de la colonne est en général analysé à l'aide d'un détecteur ampérométrique. Selon l'invention, la détection ampérométrique est associée à la détection UV, les deux techniques étant appliquées à l'éluat. L'invention concerne donc un procédé permettant d'analyser l'éluat issu d'une colonne de chromatographie en phase liquide, qui consiste à analyser l'éluat à la fois par (a) détection ampérométrique et (b) détection UV. Les données pouvant être dérivées des deux types de détection dépassent avantageusement celles qui peuvent être obtenues avec seulement l'une des deux techniques.
