Abstract

L'invention concerne des procédés de fabrication d'un raccord de tubulures haute pression. Un procédé de fabrication d'un raccord de tubulures haute pression exempt d'acier est caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste (a) à disposer un dispositif de chauffage (3) essentiellement en forme de manchon, présentant un corps de base en plastique, comportant des conducteurs thermiques intégrés, sur un mandrin de support; (b) à disposer essentiellement coaxialement un insert (2) essentiellement en forme de manchon, revêtu à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur d'un agent adhésif, composé d'un matériau plastique renforcé par fibres, à distance du dispositif de chauffage, sur le côté extérieur du dispositif de chauffage (3); (c) à enrober l'insert (2) prémonté à l'étape (b) au moyen de plastique, avec création simultanée d'une connexion de soudure par fusion avec le matériau plastique renforcé par fibres de l'insert (2) et le corps de base plastique du dispositif de chauffage (3); et (d) à retirer le mandrin de support.
