Abstract

Le problème technique abordé par l'invention réside dans l'obtention d'un pipeline en métal-plastique présentant une capacité de charge supérieure et une faible déperdition hydraulique, l'amélioration de la stabilité du processus de production, et la production facilitée de tubes de gros diamètre du point de vue technique. Le pipeline en métal-plastique proposé (4) est produit par enroulement d'au moins deux bandes perforées (5, 6) autour d'un calibre de forme tournant, raccordement des deux bandes et ensuite coulage sur un matériau polymère (7). Chacune des bandes perforées ou seule une de ces dernières est dotée de parties saillantes (20) tournées vers l'espace situé entre les bandes. Lesdites bandes perforées sont unies par soudage par l'intermédiaire des parties saillantes (20) ou des bords de la bande le long d'une spirale. Une fois le tube fini refroidi, on le découpe en tronçons de longueur égale et les extrémités sont usinées par laminage de la couche polymère extérieure afin de produire un profil conique sur lequel le manchon d'accouplement (8) peut s'adapter; ce dernier se compose d'une enveloppe en métal perforé (9) contenue dans un bloc de matériau polymère (7) et d'éléments chauffants (10). Dans une variante, des éléments adaptateurs (14) présentant un élément tubulaire perforé (15) contenu dans un bloc de matériau polymère (7) et des éléments chauffants (10) sont raccordés aux extrémités, ou des rebords de raccordement (14) sont adaptés, comprenant des tubes en polymère (4) ou des adaptateurs (14) destinés à un manchon d'accouplement (12), lequel est doté d'un collier de serrage et est logé dans un bloc de matériau polymère (7). L'enveloppe de renforcement des éléments de raccordement (8, 14) présente la même résistance que l'enveloppe de renforcement des tubes raccordés. Le type d'élément de raccordement est déterminé par la configuration du pipeline produit.
