技术领域
本发明涉及一种焊接式钢塑转换管件及其加工方法,属于连接管件领域,主要用于埋地用聚乙烯管道输配系统中的燃气和给水。
背景技术
目前,在燃气管道和给水管道输送过程中,钢塑转换管件得到广泛应用。国家相关工程规范规定,塑料管道不能直接接入用户端,因此,当PE(聚乙烯)然气管道调压后,入户和已经通气的钢制管道与PE管道并网连接均需要钢塑转换管件来完成,钢塑转换管件大多埋于地下,容易腐蚀,所以对管件的连接可靠性和密封性要求很高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种在塑管上设置金属件,金属件与钢管焊接连接,连接牢靠,抗腐蚀,密封性能好,实用性强的焊接式钢塑转换管件。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种用于生产焊接式钢塑转换管件的加工方法。
本发明焊接式钢塑转换管件的技术方案是:包括金属钢管和PE塑管,所述的PE塑管外壁套设金属锁紧环,金属锁紧环内壁制有密封槽,密封槽中安装橡胶弹性体,橡胶弹性体与PE塑管外壁密封接触,其特征在于所述的金属锁紧环头部设置焊接区A,金属钢管与金属锁紧环通过焊接区A焊接连接。
本发明的焊接式钢塑转换管件,主要特点是在金属锁紧环上设置焊接区A,金属钢管与金属锁紧环通过焊接区A焊接连接,与已有螺纹连接或卡扣连接等方式相比,焊接连接为无缝连接,连接更牢靠,密封性更好,结构简单,应用方便,特别是可适用于各种公称外径不同规格的直管、弯管式钢塑转换的生产,实用性强。
本发明的焊接式钢塑转换管件,所述的焊接区A处制有焊接斜面,焊接斜面与金属钢管相焊接,斜面焊接方便、牢靠。所述的焊接区A和金属钢管表面涂覆防腐涂层,防止腐蚀。所述的PE塑管内设置刚性内插件,刚性内插件提供的径向压力作用在金属锁紧环内壁上实现PE塑管和焊接后金属锁紧环和金属钢管的密封。
本发明焊接式钢塑转换管件的加工方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
①、将刚性内插件、金属锁紧环和金属钢管使用不同外径的20#无缝钢管分别下料;
②、将刚性内插件和金属锁紧环进行机械加工;
③、对刚性内插件进行外径部分的加工;
④、对金属锁紧环的内径部分进行密封槽加工,再在密封槽中安装橡胶弹性体;
⑤、将金属锁紧环和金属钢管进行焊接,形成焊接区域;
⑥、对焊接区域和金属钢管进行防腐涂层的涂覆;
⑦、将刚性内插件装入PE塑管中,并对金属锁紧环和PE塑管进行组装,形成一个金属钢管和PE塑管结合的钢塑连接管件。
本发明通过上述加工工艺和步骤得到的钢塑连接管件,可广泛应用于燃气管道和给水管道埋地连接,实用性强,连接牢靠,密封性能好,解决PE管道和钢制管道的连接问题效果明显。

②、将刚性内插件8和金属锁紧环3的焊接斜面6进行机械加工,得到管状刚性内插件和管状金属锁紧环;
③、对刚性内插件8进行外径部分的加工,使刚性内插件8的外径与PE塑管2的内壁相配合;
④、对金属锁紧环3的内径部分进行密封槽4加工,再在密封槽4中安装橡胶弹性体5;
⑤、将金属锁紧环3和金属钢管1进行焊接,形成焊接区域;
⑥、对焊接区域和金属钢管进行防腐涂层的涂覆;
⑦、将刚性内插件8装入PE塑管2中,并对金属锁紧环3和PE塑管2进行组装,形成一个金属钢管和PE塑管结合的钢塑连接管件。
本方案通过上述加工工艺和步骤得到的钢塑连接管件,可广泛应用于燃气管道和给水管道埋地连接,实用性强,连接牢靠,密封性能好,解决PE管道和钢制管道的连接问题效果明显。

Claims (5)

1.焊接式钢塑转换管件,包括金属钢管(1)和PE塑管(2),所述的PE塑管(2)外壁套设金属锁紧环(3),金属锁紧环(3)内壁制有密封槽(4),密封槽中安装橡胶弹性体(5),橡胶弹性体(5)与PE塑管(2)外壁密封接触,其特征在于所述的金属锁紧环(3)头部设置焊接区A,金属钢管(1)与金属锁紧环(3)通过焊接区A焊接连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的焊接式钢塑转换管件,其特征在于所述的焊接区A处制有焊接斜面(6),焊接斜面(6)与金属钢管(1)相焊接。
3.如权利要求1所述的焊接式钢塑转换管件,其特征在于所述的焊接区A和金属钢管(1)表面涂覆防腐涂层(7)。
4.如权利要求1所述的焊接式钢塑转换管件,其特征在于所述的PE塑管(2)内设置刚性内插件(8)。
5.焊接式钢塑转换管件的加工方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
①、将刚性内插件(8)、金属锁紧环(3)和金属钢管(2)使用不同外径的20#无缝钢管分别下料;
②、将刚性内插件(8)和金属锁紧环(3)进行机械加工;
③、对刚性内插件(8)进行外径部分的加工;
④、对金属锁紧环(3)的内径部分进行密封槽(4)加工,再在密封槽(4)中安装橡胶弹性体(5);
⑤、将金属锁紧环(3)和金属钢管(1)进行焊接,形成焊接区域;
⑥、对焊接区域和金属钢管进行防腐涂层的涂覆;
⑦、将刚性内插件(8)装入PE塑管(2)中,并对金属锁紧环(3)和PE塑管(2)进行组装,形成一个金属钢管和PE塑管结合的钢塑连接管件。
