Abstract

一种菇菌包装囊,以橄榄纤维素、聚酯类聚丙交酯、以及天然植物精油为原料,在聚酯类聚丙交酯和橄榄纤维素类混合形成的基体树脂中添加天然抗菌植物精油,且通过溶剂铺膜法制备菇菌包装囊,包装菇菌,实现菇菌的气调包装,延长菇菌的储存期限。本发明的上述原料成材后,具有良好的透气性、透氧性及透二氧二碳性,它也具有隔离气味的特性。病毒及霉菌易依附在生物可降解塑料的表面,故有安全及卫生的疑虑,然而,聚酯类聚丙交酯是唯一具有优良抑菌及抗霉特性的生物可降解塑料。

Description

一种菇菌包装囊
技术领域
本发明属于食品包装技术领域,也别涉及一种菇菌包装囊的制备方法。
背景技术
通常情况下,食品的包装,尤其是食品的保鲜包装材料是一个非常值得注重的问题。一是需要长久保持食品质量,二是要求保证食品的安全。近年来,市场上出现食品用菇菌包装囊五花八门,其中针对包装食品来说较为安全且适用的当属聚乙烯PE以及聚偏二氯乙烯PVDC了,就连懵懂中用惯了的食品袋、也就是聚氯乙烯PVC对人体健康安全都潜在着较大的危害。随着现代公众生活品味的认知程度提升,寻求多元化的营养食品,其中菇菌类为首选。公知的各种菇菌味道鲜美,热值低且富含高蛋白、维生素和矿物质,几乎无胆固醇、无脂肪,同时还具有较强的抗氧化剂活性,已引起世界性的广泛关注。近年来,食用菌生产规模不断扩大,栽培技术得到大力改善,产量不断增加。随着人们消费水平的提高以及对自然风味的追求,菇菌鲜品比例逐年增加。但是新鲜菇菌在采摘后的贮藏、运输过程中仍具有旺盛的生理活动,由于组织柔软,含水量高,存放过程中易滋生腐败菌等微生物,菇体易发生老化,从而出现开伞和褐变等变质现象,降低了食用菌的营养价值和商品价值。为了延缓采后食用菌的生理活动,常用的保鲜方法如冷藏、辐射处理、化学药剂处理等,大部分方法都要基于恰当的包装才能取得理想的效果。现代生产过程中,包装所起的作用不仅是使食品免受如光线、水分、微生物、空气和灰尘等的作用,同时,包装可起到有效保证产品质量、新鲜度和安全性的作用。以菇菌为例,为了保证食品的安全性。而在多种包装技术中,气调包装技术基于其安全、方便、经济的优点,被广泛的应用于菇菌保鲜,可控制呼吸强度,达成其保鲜效果。同时,如何选择与包装内容物相适应的包装材料至关重要。
现有的菇菌包装囊主要以PE和PVC为原料,这些材料制成的菇菌包装囊具有良好的气体阻隔性能,但不利于氧气、二氧化碳和水蒸气的透过,容易引发菇菌的厌氧呼吸,在一定程度上加快了菇菌腐败变质。同时PE和PVC材料具有良好的抗生物降解的性能,但废弃后会成为白色垃圾污染环境等等。因此,本发明的技术人员研发提供一种菇菌包装囊,具有良好的透气性,能够有效地抑制保鲜时菇菌的厌氧呼吸以及水滴的形成,有效地延长了菇菌的保质期,且天然环保,可以生物降解,安全无毒害,适用于食品保鲜领域。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种菇菌包装囊的制备方法,本发明的技术方案中所提供的一种菇菌包装囊,以橄榄纤维素、聚酯类聚丙交酯、以及天然植物精油为原料,在聚酯类聚丙交酯和橄榄纤维素类混合形成的基体树脂中添加天然抗菌植物精油,且通过溶剂铺膜法制备菇菌包装囊,包装菇菌,实现菇菌的气调包装,延长菇菌的储存期限。本发明的上述原料成材后,具有良好的透气性、透氧性及透二氧二碳性,它也具有隔离气味的特性。病毒及霉菌易依附在生物可降解塑料的表面,故有安全及卫生的疑虑,然而,聚酯类聚丙交酯是唯一具有优良抑菌及抗霉特性的生物可降解塑料。
再有,当焚化聚酯类聚丙交酯时,其燃烧热值与焚化纸类相同,是焚化传统塑料(如聚乙烯)的一半,而且焚化聚酯类聚丙交酯绝对不会释放出氮化物、硫化物等有毒气体。人体也含有以单体形态存在的乳酸,这就表示了这种分解性产品具有的安全性。
本发明提供的一种菇菌包装囊的原料有以下成分构成:将聚酯类聚丙交酯和橄榄纤维素类化合物按质量比为7:3~8:1.5的比例混合后得到基体树脂;加入碳酸二乙酯2-3.5%,有不良者使用氯仿的,绝然不可以使用氯仿,实验发现,氯仿有高胚胎毒性和轻度致畸性,可诱导小白鼠发生肝癌,国际癌症研究中心和美国把氯仿列为对人的可疑致癌物;向上述混合物中添加天然植物精油制备成浆液,上述天然抗菌植物精油的添加量为基体树脂含量的2.5%~12%;
本发明提供的一种菇菌包装囊的制备方法,将上述混合浆液进行机械滚膜成材、并在既定温度按照需要的规格下热压成型,片材厚度为0.03-0.04cm。
本发明所述为聚酯类聚丙交酯的重均分子量为12~28万。
本发明所述的天然抗菌植物精油为橄榄精油、薄荷精油、柑橘精油中的一种。
本发明所述菇菌包装囊在用于保鲜菇菌时按如下方法实施:将菇菌装入口袋中,并充入空气,密封:装菇的量为包装袋体积的70%~85%;进行真空封装,袋装菇菌置于0±2℃的冰箱中储存。

实施例1
本发明提供的一种菇菌包装囊的原料有以下成分构成:将聚酯类聚丙交酯和橄榄纤维素类化合物按质量比为7:3~8:1.5的比例混合后得到基体树脂;加入碳酸二乙酯2-3.5%,有不良者使用氯仿的,绝然不可以使用氯仿,实验发现,氯仿有高胚胎毒性和轻度致畸性,可诱导小白鼠发生肝癌,国际癌症研究中心和美国把氯仿列为对人的可疑致癌物;向上述混合物中添加天然植物精油制备成浆液,上述天然抗菌植物精油的添加量为基体树脂含量的2.5%~12%;

1.一种菇菌包装囊的制备方法,其特征在于,菇菌包装囊的原料有以下成分构成:将聚酯类聚丙交酯和橄榄纤维素类化合物按质量比为7:3~8:1.5的比例混合后得到基体树脂;加入碳酸二乙酯2-3.5%,有不良者使用氯仿的,绝然不可以使用氯仿,实验发现,氯仿有高胚胎毒性和轻度致畸性,可诱导小白鼠发生肝癌,国际癌症研究中心和美国把氯仿列为对人的可疑致癌物;向上述混合物中添加天然植物精油制备成浆液,上述天然抗菌植物精油的添加量为基体树脂含量的2.5%~12%。
