Abstract

Selon l'invention, un processeur de reconstruction (24) reconstruit des données de diagnostic d'un dispositif d'imagerie diagnostique, tel qu'un tomodensitomètre (10), commençant avant qu'un agent de contraste n'atteigne une région à étudier (50), pendant l'augmentation (52) de la concentration de l'agent de contraste dans la région à étudier, ainsi qu'à un pic (56) de l'agent de contraste. La pluralité d'images générée pendant que la concentration de l'agent de contraste augmente est alignée (78). Une carte de changement est générée, laquelle indique un gradient de taux de changement (62) ou un temps d'atteinte de pic (64) pour des pixels ou voxels correspondants des images générées pendant la durée d'augmentation de l'agent de contraste jusqu'au pic. Un processeur de segmentation (70) utilise la carte de changement pour segmenter les images diagnostiques générées sans agent de contraste ou au pic de concentration de l'agent de contraste.
