Abstract

The distill water based solution of [K2SO4, Al2 (SO4)~, 24H2O], usually known as common Alum. of normality 0.03(N), is a NON-SPECIFIC ANTI-VIRAL and ANTI-BACTERIAL (ANIT-MICROORGANISMS) Solution for treatment of external viral and bacterial Infection. There will be ample scope for many medicinal uses of this solution. It is very effective for those wounds, which do not heal and sometimes discharge pus for a long period even after taking medicines for required doses and in some cases where the antibiotics totally fall to cure the wounds. Also too much use of antibiotics has many side effects, but the invented medicine 'INHEAL, has no side effect at all. It, Is also very effective for normal painful'ACNE or PIMPLE and WHITLOW or FELON which are very afflicting and annoying. 'INHEAL' works very fast and helps body in healing wounds very quickly. It is also helpful to cure, the injury caused due to any kind of animal bite. Dog and cat bites can cause infection and, in a handful of cases, death. Bite wounds from cats and dogs contain more bacteria than originally thought and some that had not previously been believed to cause 4rifection in humans. When treated with penicillin-type drugs which, the scientists say, may not be effective in killing the bacteria. The bacteria identified include common bugs, such as pasteurella, which is present in 50% of dog bites and 75% of cat bites. While using 'INHEAL' for treating such type of Injury it has been found that the infected areas recover very quickly. INHEAL is a nonspecific anti-viral and antibacterial liquid, so it is not necessary to take a specimen of the germs for sending it to the laboratory for analysis. Usually in case of bacterial infection there are many antibiotics but they work very slow and some times fail and it also takes much time to select which antibiotic will be preferable. That's why it is very easy to take this medicine externally without following any delayed steps of investigation, even in emergency.

Description

Non-specific anti-viral and ant-bacterial (anit-microbial) solution.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTIO :-
Early civilizations learned the importance of treating wounds. Ancient remedies called for cloths with organic material to be placed on the wound to allow it to heal faster. It is now assumed that these "natural antibiotics" aided in the prevention of further infection. Anton van Leeuwenhoeck first made the discovery of bacteria in the 1670's but the connection between these bacteria and illnesses and infection was not made till much later. In the late lδOO's, Louis Pasteur later made the connection, and opened a whole new field of research. The revolution began with the discovery of penicillin in 1928 by Alexander Fleming, however like most important discovers of that time, it had primarily been thought of only as a military necessity to treat wartime injuries. Penicillin first was used in World War II, saving countless soldiers' lives by healing the injury they died of most frequently: infected wounds. Wounds created by any kind of injury and remaining on the surface of human body are likely to be infected by various microorganisms. An infected wound contains a larger number of microorganisms than a contaminated wound. Proper wound cleansing should prevent bacterial colonization from proceeding to the point of clinical infection. A contaminated wound will heal, an infected wound will not, though all wounds are not infected, but it should be considered that all wounds as being contaminated with microorganisms. Wound exudates, contains bacteria killing enzymes that will help prevent an infection. Proper cleansing and maintaining of a moist wound environment will all create a condition that lessens the chance of infection. There are many tools that determine if an infection is present. To begin with, the clinical picture of patient and his / her wound is assessed. If the patient is febrile, the wound appears red and swollen, purulent drainage or a foul odour, the area around the wound is warm to the touch as compared to nearby skin. In addition, there are many laboratory tests to determine whether an infectious process is occurring. These include: white blood cell count (WBC), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ES ), c-reactive protein, x-ray examination, deep tissue culture (not swab), nuclear medicine testing (gallium, technetium and indium scans) and blood cultures. There entire picture must be evaluated carefully. Hand washing, clean dressing supplies, new gloves and sterile instruments are all required to perform basic wound care. Also, the wound is to be protected from urine or fecal contamination.
Once an infection is diagnosed, the practitioner may order topical antibiotic flushes, topical antibiotic applications, oral or systemic antibiotics. An incision and drainage (I and D) may be necessary to decompress an abscess or remove devitalized tissue. These protocols will be determined by the extent of infection, infecting organism, medical history of the patient and any medical allergies. One should not use topical antibiotics such as povidone iodine, iodophor, sodium hypochlorite [Dakin's Solution], hydrogen peroxide or acetic acid to reduce bacteria in wound tissue. These products have been shown to be cytotoxic and inhibit granulation tissue.
Over the years, many new antibiotics have been developed. As with penicillin, most antibiotics are quite effective when initially used, but inevitably the bacteria begin to figure out how the antibiotics work. They then develop internal ways to fight the antibiotic and make them less effective — if not entirely ineffective. Some of these bacteria adapt so well that in 1994 researchers identified ones that were able to resist every antibiotic available at that time, both the familiar ones, like penicillin and erythromycin, and the ones reserved for hospital use for the worst infections, like chloramphenicol.
Many people may be getting the wrong treatment for dog and cat bites which can cause infection and, in a handful of cases, death, according to scientists. Bites by different animals such as large cats (tigers, lions, leopards), wild dogs, hyenas, wolves, may cause fetal injury. Most bites, however, are from domestic dogs, cats. Bite wounds from cats and dogs contain more bacteria than originally thought. The bacteria identified include common bugs, such as pasteurella, which is present in 50% of dog bites and 75% of cat bites. Those not previously found in humans include Reimerella anatipetifer present in cats and Bacteroides tectum found in cat and dog bites. In case of dog and cat bites, wounds have a complex microbiologic mix that includes pasterurella species and many other organisms not routinely identified and not previously recognised as bite-wound pathogens. Monkey bites have a notorious reputation based largely on anecdotal reports. A major concern in all bite wounds is subsequent infection. Infections can be caused by nearly any group of pathogens (bacteria, viruses, rickettsia, spirochetes, fungi). Common bacteria involved in bite wound infections include the following :-
Dog bites :- Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Eikenella, Pasteurella, Proteus, Klebsiella, Haemophilus, Enterobacter, DF-2 or Capnocytophaga canimorsus, Bacteroides.
Cat bites :- Pasteurella, Actinomyces, Propionibacterium, Bacteroides, Fusobacterium, Clostridium, Wolinella, Peptostreptococcus, Staphylococcus,Streptococcus.
Nearly all infections are mixed infections. Under the situation it is very difficult to prescribe any medicine for proper treatment of the wounds. Writing in the New England Journal of Medicine, the researchers, led by Dr David Talan of the UCLA School of Medicine in California, conclude: "Infected dog and cat bites have a complex microbiologic mix that usually includes pasterurella species, but may also include many other organisms not routinely identified by clinical microbiology laboratories and not previously recognised as bite-wound pathogens". Wound treated with penicillin-type drugs may not be effective in killing the bacteria. As Bite wound is a complex microbiologic mix infection and some times there are some new unknown microorganisms and not previously recognised as bite-wound pathogens, so it is very difficult that how many and what type of antibiotics are to be prescribed by doctors. Excessive use of antibiotics is also very dangerous for health. A wound that may have been originally treated with simple oral antibiotics but left untreated may require surgical intervention in extreme cases.
Felon or Whitlow is an infection of the tip of the finger or thumb. Fingertip pulp is divided into numerous small compartments by vertical septa that stabilize the pad. Infection occurring within these compartments can lead to abscess formation, edema, and rapid development of increased pressure in a closed space. This increased pressure may compromise blood flow and lead to necrosis of the skin and pulp. With skin necrosis, spontaneous decompression may occur. When skin does not yield, osteomyelitis, tenosynovitis, and septic arthritis may result. Staphylococcus aureus is the most common cause. Gram-negative organisms have been reported in immunosuppressed patients. Fingertip blood glucose measurements have been implicated as an etiology. Eikenella corrodens has been reported in persons with diabetes who bite their fingernails. Untreated or mistreated felons can lead to osteomyelitis. Acne or Pimple is a common problem to most of the youths. It is painful at the very appearance while sometimes it may expose as boil having pus in it. As it generally appears on the face it is much troublesome to all, because in some cases it leaves deep mark on the face. The bacterial infection in a oily skin is the main cause behind the acne.
Usually in case of Bacterial infection there are many antibiotics but they work very slow and some times fail and it also takes much time. Moreover, many bacteria develop internal ways to fight the antibiotic and make them less effective. So it is needed such a type of medicine which will have no side-effect and will work in such a way that it would be difficult for bacteria to develop its internal resistance to remain active and thus make them less effective. OBJECTS OF THE INVENTIO :- An object of this invention is to propose a medicine in order to manage the treatement of any type of external infections due to microorganisms so as to lessen the sufferings out of Whitlow or Felon, Acne or Pimple, Animal bites and Wounds quickly without any side-effect and to solve the problems caused due to the aforesaid diseases (infection). Another object of this invention is that the invented medicine will be a non-specific anti-bacterial and anti-viral (Anti-Microorganisms) solution for treatment of external viral and bacterial infection. Further object of this invention is to prepare a medicine such that the Microorganisms can't develop their internal resistance to fight against the medicine to make it less effective. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION :-
According to this invention there is provided a non-specific anti-viral and anti-bacterial (anti- microorganisms) solution for treatment of external viral and bacterial infection. This solution is comprising of [K2SQ4, A (S04)3, 24 H2O], usually known as common Alum, and distill water. According to this invention there is also provided a process of preparing the non-specific anti-viral and anti-bacterial (anti-microorganisms) solution for treatment of external viral and bacterial infection through preparing a distill water based solution of [K2SO4, Al2(Sθ4 , 24 H2O], usually known as common Alum, of normality 0.03(N). DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION :-
This invention relates to a non-specific anti-viral and anti-bacterial solution. The infections associated with Whitlow or Felon, Acne or Pimple, Animal bites and Wounds have different treatments and medicines. But the non-specific anti-viral and anti-bacterial solution of the present invention (INHEAL) is effective for all types of external infections. There is no difficulty in using this invented medicine, ΛINHEAL' even in complicated cases. It is very easy to use this medicine and it has no side effect on human body like the usual medicines and drugs generally used for this purpose. Usually in case of Bacterial infection there are many antibiotics but they work very slow and some times fail and it also takes much time to select which antibiotic will be preferable and so the doctor may take a specimen of the germs in the wound and send it to the laboratory for analysis that takes time. INHEAL is a Nonspecific anti-viral and anti-bacterial solution, so it is not necessary to take a specimen of the germs for sending it to the laboratory for analysis. That's why it is very easy to apply this medicine externally without following any delayed steps of investigation, even in emergency. INHEAL is the distill water based solution of [K2SO4, Al2(S04)s, 24 H2O], usually known as common Alum, of normality 0.03(N). It is a nonspecific anti-viral, anti-bacterial (anti-microorganisms) solution. Use of this medicine as the effective weapon to prevent and to cure infections causing due of virus / bacteria (microorganisms) on the external part of the body such as felon or whitlow, acne or pimple, wounds and bite- wounds which are not healing. In the infected area~ vlrus7 bacteria (microorganisms) remain as colloid particles. The solution of alum contains positive aluminium ions ( AI+++) which when enter into the infected area induce charges to the electrically neutral colloid particles viz. the virus / bacteria (microorganisms) and due to induction the nearer sides be negatively charged while the other sides become positively charged equally (Fig.-l). As a result the microorganisms feel attraction and coagulate with the aluminium ions. Simultaneously positively charged other sides due to induction attract the other colloid particles in the same manner (Fig. -2). Thus, by virtue of subsequent induction a chain is formed within the microorganisms being attracted towards AI+++ (Fig. -3). This process firstly freezes & then arrests the virus / bacteria (microorganisms) which gradually clot and precipitate after being heavier. Some times it may crystallize the virus and convert it into a non-living element. Thus the invented medicine INHEAL helps the affected external part of body to be free from any virus / bacteria (microorganisms) and cure it from the infection within a very short time.
Where wound infection is suspected, wounds which do not heal and sometimes discharge pus for a long period even after taking medicines for required doses and in some cases where the antibiotics totally fail to cure the wounds, in case of bite wounds, external large surgical wounds and other accidental wounds are well treated by the application of INHEAL on the affected surface externally along with other oral antibiotics, if necessary. Spraying INHEAL on such type of wounds rapid improvement is observed. Wounds start to heal before eight hours and the medicine works so amazingly, so fast and very quickly to cure it. This medicine is to be sprayed on wounds two to three times a day very well. In case of fresh injury the wounds are to be washed with the INHEA There are many laboratory tests to determine whether an infectious process is occurring. These include: white blood cell count (WBC), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), c-reactive protein, x-ray examination, deep tissue culture (not swab), nuclear medicine testing (gallium, technetium and indium scans) and blood culture. But to medicate the wounds with INHEAL, there is no need to go for any cumbersome process of different laboratory tests. Since, this newly invented medicine is a non-specific anti-bacterial & anti-viral solution it can be used with out any hesitation. In case of infection due to bites this invented medicine is to be sprayed on bite-wounds two to three times a day very well.
Here are some things that should be done for taking care of a bite- wound :~
To wash the wound gently with soap and water, To apply pressure with a clean towel to the injured part to stop the bleeding,
To apply a sterile bandage to the wound,
To keep the injury elevated above the level of the heart to slow swelling and prevent infection,
Anti-Rabies injection is to be taken in case of dog / cat bites, where necessary.
To apply INHEAL to the infected area 2 / 3 times a day until it heals.
When any person is suffering from felon he can use INHEAL to cure it. The patient will just emerge the infected finger in INHEAL taken in a cup for 10 minutes 3/4 times a day. It takes 24 hours to cure when applied at the very early stage. When used later it takes 2 to 3 days. If there is formation of pus, it is to be drained out with a very small surgery and then the aforesaid process is to be followed. But the interesting matter is such that, in case of application of this medicine at the post-surgery stage it will start healing within 8 hours. The advantages of INHEAL:
INHEAL is a Nonspecific anti-viral and anti- bacterial liquid, so it is not necessary to take a specimen of the germs for sending it to the laboratory for analysis. That's why it is very easy to take this medicine without following any delayed steps of investigation, even in emergency. INHEAL also works very fast. Usually in the case of Bacterial infection there are many antibiotics, but they work very slow and some times fail and it also take much time to select which antibiotic will be preferable and so the doctor may take a specimen of the germs in the wound and send it to the laboratory for analysis which takes much time. Antibiotics have also lot of side effects but the invented medicine INHEAL has no side effect. Moreover, the microorganisms can't develop internal ways to fight against this medicine to make it less effective.
Manufacturing process:- INHEAL is prepared from common Alum ground earlier and then dissolved in distilled water at normal temperature making a solution of normality 0.03(N) i.e.3.56 grams of Alum dust is to be dissolved in 1 Litre of distilled water. The solution is to be filtered properly so that no unwanted particle may remain in it. It is then packed in phials amounting 250ml for being used as a non- specific anti-viral and anti-bacterial (anti- microorganisms) solution for treatment of external viral and bacterial infection. -This invented medicine is an anti-infective solution / lotion.
