Abstract

L'invention concerne un siège pour passager d'avion comportant des éléments tels qu'une assise, un dossier et au moins une console qui forme un accoudoir, limite latéralement l'assise et comprend un logement pour une tablette (9), laquelle est articulée sur la console par un mécanisme de réglage (11) qui la fait passer d'une position de repos dans la console en une position relevée de la console, où la tablette forme un élément de séparation prolongeant vers le haut la limite latérale de l'assise, position à partir de laquelle ladite tablette peut également être placée en position horizontale pour former un plateau de table. Le mécanisme de réglage (11) est pourvu comme support de tablette (9) d'un bras (17), relié à la console et pivotant autour d'un premier axe (21) et d'un deuxième axe (27) formant un angle droit avec le premier axe (21), lequel est fixe sur la console, horizontal et perpendiculaire relativement au plan principal de la console.
