Abstract

Die vorliegende Einrichtung betrifft eine Lastmeßzelle zur Messung von Axial- und Querkräften die auf eine rotierende Welle einwirken. Diese Einrichtung findet beispielsweise bei Spindelantrieben zur Kraftmessung der aufgebrachten Axialkraft Verwendung. Diese Spindelantriebe kommen beispielsweise bei Einrichtungen zum Ersatz von Hydraulikzylindern zum Einsatz. Insbesondere bei Druckereimaschinen, Preß- und Stanzmaschinen, Textilmaschinen, Spritzguß- und Spritzgießmaschinen. Es sind zahlreiche Anwendungsfälle bekannt, die jedoch bei der Auslenkung Fehlwerte anzeigen. Auch Slip-Stick Effekte ergeben unbrauchbare direkt Meßwerte. Der wesentliche Erfindungsgedanke liegt darin die Kraft direkt am Festlager zu Messen. Dies reduziert die Massekräfte und deren entstehende Massekräfte auf ein Minimum. Das Festlager (3) wird in axialer Richtung beidseitig von einer ringförmige Scheibe oder scheibenähnlichem Element (4) in radialer Richtung abgestützt. Durch die Ausbildung des stehenden Lagersitzes mit Spiel gegenüber dem Lagergehäuse (2) gibt es keine Reibung bei der Verformung. Ein Dehnmeßstreifen (8) an einer Querschnittsverengung (11) angebracht gibt durch Veränderung der Spannung Aufschluß über die Größe der Axial und Querkräfte.
