Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de corps de LED photoconducteurs en au moins deux étapes de fabrication, un premier corps partiel de LED présentant au moins une puce électroluminescente et au moins deux électrodes, reliées électriquement à la puce, et un second corps partiel de LED entourant au moins partiellement le premier. A cet effet, le premier corps partiel de LED intérieur est pourvu d'au moins un évidement de type canal ou encoche ou d'au moins une entaille dans une zone entourée et saisie par le second corps partiel de LED extérieur. L'évidement ou l'entaille se situe en dessous d'un plan s'étendant à travers le centre de gravité de la puce et orienté perpendiculairement à la ligne médiane du premier corps partiel de LED. Selon un procédé de fabrication de corps de LED photoconducteurs développé par la présente invention, les corps partiels de LED sont reliés l'un à l'autre de façon sûre.
