本实用新型涉及一种通用汽油机, 特别是一种小型四冲程通用汽油 机润滑油路及润滑方式的改进。 背景技术
众所周知, 现有的小型四冲程通用汽油机均采用润滑油飞溅和压力 喷油相结合的润滑方式, 将润滑油飞溅或利用压力喷油到零部件表面来 润滑, 这种方式的特点是需在机上布置润滑油泵及飞溅装置结构较为复 杂, 润滑效果一般并存在着死角, 而且动力损耗大。 实用新型内容
为了克服现有小型四冲程通用汽油机存在的上述弊病, 本实用新型提 供一种结构简单合理、 利用油雾较好的流动性对机内各个零部件进行润 滑的油雾润滑的小型四冲程通用汽油机。 本实用新型解决其技术问题所 采用的技术方案包括上、 下箱体、 曲轴总成、 活塞总成、 汽缸头总成、 汽缸头盖及润滑油路, 润滑油路包括曲轴室、 凸轴轮室、 上摇臂室、 冷 凝室, 凸轮轴室与上摇臂室之间通过挺杆空腔相连, 上摇臂室与冷凝室 相通, 在曲轴室的侧部由上、 下箱体构成油雾室, 油雾室的底部与曲轴 室相通, 在伸进油雾室的曲轴上固定设有甩油叶轮, 油雾室与凸轮轴室 之间的上箱体上设有上箱体油道, 汽缸头总成上设有汽缸头回油道, 上 箱体上设有上箱体回油道, 汽缸头回油道的上接口与上摇臂室相通, 下 接口与上箱体回油道相连, 上箱体回油道的下接口与曲轴室相通。
为了使润滑油雾能随活塞总成上、 下运动产生的压力变化在润滑油 路内循环, 所述的汽缸头回油道与上箱体回油道之间汽缸头总成的接口 上设有簧片阀。 为了使润滑油路循环可靠, 所述的簧片阀上设有限位板。
采用上述结构后, 甩油叶轮随曲轴旋转, 使润滑油在油雾室内产生 润滑油雾, 润滑油雾通过活塞总成上下运动产生的压力变化在润滑油路 内循环, 利用润滑油雾较好的流动性对机内的各个零部件进行润滑; 具 有结构简单、 润滑均匀可靠、 动力消耗小、 生产成本低、 产品质量稳定 等特点。 附图说明

图 1 至图 4所示, 本实用新型油雾润滑的小型四冲成通用汽油机的 具体实施方案, 它包括上箱体 3、 下箱体 4、 曲轴总成 1、 活塞总成 8、 汽缸头总成 5、 汽缸头盖 6及润滑油路, 润滑油路包括曲轴室 B、 凸轮轴 室(、 上摇臂室 D、 冷凝室 E、 凸轮轴室 C与上摇臂室 D之间通过挺杆空 腔 13相连, 上摇臂室 D与冷凝室 E相通, 冷凝室为一狭长空间, 其作用 为油雾在此处凝结, 便于回流, 并通过通气管 9与进气管 10相通, 平衡 压力; 在曲轴室 B的侧部由上箱体 3和下箱体 4构成油雾室 A, 油雾室 A 的底部与曲轴室 B相通, 在伸进油雾室 A的曲轴上固定设有甩油叶轮 2, 油雾室 A与凸轮轴室 C之间的上箱体 3上设有上箱体油道 12, 汽缸头总 成 5上设有汽缸头回油道 15, 上箱体 3上设有上箱体回油道 14, 汽缸头 回油道 15 的上接口与上摇臂室 D 相通, 下接口与上箱体回油道 14 相 连, 上箱体回油道 14的下接口与曲轴室 B相通; 所述的汽缸头回油道 15 与上箱体回油道 14之间汽缸头总成 5的接口上设有簧片阀 7, 为使簧片 阀 7工作可靠, 所述的簧片阔 7底部设有限位板 11。
为便于描述汽油机运转时润滑油路油雾循环的工作过程, 设定各室 的压力如下: 冷凝室 E压力 _P0, 凸轮轴室 C压力- Pl, 上摇臂室 D压力 - P2,曲轴室 B压力 -P3,油雾室 A压力- P4。 汽油机运转时, 装在曲轴总成 1 上的甩油叶轮 2 随曲轴一起转动, 将油雾室 A底部的润滑油搅散, 在由 雾室 A 内形成油雾, 通过装在汽缸头总成 5底部的簧片阀 7随各室压力 变化开启或关闭来控制润滑油路的循环方向。
当活塞总成 8 下行时, 曲轴室 B 压力 P3 升高, 各室压力的关系为 P3>P4>P1>P2>P0, 油雾通过上箱体油道 12 由油雾室 A进入凸轮轴室 C, 凸轮轴室 C的油雾通过挺杆空腔 13进入上摇臂室 D, 上摇臂室 D的油雾 进入冷凝室 E, 油路的油雾方向如图 1箭头所示, 此时簧片阀 7处于关闭 状态。
当活塞总成 8 上行时, 曲轴室 B 压力 P3 下降, 各室压力的关系为 P3<P4<PKP2<P0, 与活塞总成 8 下行时相反, 此时簧片阀 7 在压力作用 下打开, 将冷凝室 Β凝结的润滑油通过汽缸头回油道 15、 簧片阀 7 以及 上箱体回油道 14 吸回到曲轴室 Β, 润滑油通过相通的底部回到油雾室 Α, 油路回流的方向如图 2箭头所示, 从而完成油雾润滑一个循环过程。
综上所述, 本实用新型从根本上改变了原来的润滑方式, 整个系统 均采用油雾润滑, 利用活塞总成 8 上下运动的压力变化来实现油路循 环, 结构简单可靠, 各部件均可得到均匀润滑, 不留死角。

1、 一种油雾润滑的小型四冲程通用汽油机, 包括上箱体 (3) 、 下 箱体 (4) 、 曲轴总成 (1) 、 活塞总成 (8) 、 汽缸头总成 (5) 、 汽缸 头盖 (6) 及润滑油路, 润滑油路包括曲轴室 (B) 、 凸轴轮室 (C) 、 上 摇臂室 (D) 、 冷凝室 (E) , 凸轮轴室 (C) 与上摇臂室 (D) 之间通过 挺杆空腔 (13) 相连, 上摇臂室 (D) 与冷凝室 (E) 相通, 其特征是: 在曲轴室 (B) 的侧部由上箱体 (3) 和下箱体 (4) 构成油雾室 (A) , 油雾室 (A) 的底部与曲轴室 (B) 相通, 在伸进油雾室 (A) 的曲轴上固 定设有甩油叶轮 (2) , 油雾室 (A) 与凸轮轴室 (C) 之间的上箱体
(3) 上设有上箱体油道 (12) , 汽缸头总成 (5) 上设有汽缸头回油道 (15) , 上箱体 (3) 上设有上箱体回油道 (14) , 汽缸头回油道 (15) 的上接口与上摇臂室 (D) 相通, 下接口与上箱体回油道 (14) 相连, 上 箱体回油道 (14) 的下接口与曲轴室 (B) 相通。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的油雾润滑的小型四冲程通用汽油机, 其特 征是: 所述的汽缸头回油道 (15) 与上箱体回油道 (14) 之间汽缸头总 成 (5) 的接口上设有簧片阀 (7) 。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的油雾润滑的小型四冲程通用汽油机, 其特 征是: 所述的簧片阀 (7) 上设有限位板 (11) 。
