Definitions
- the present invention relates to a heat storage material and a method for manufacturing the same.
- a thermal storage facility is located in one corner of the building. Attention has been focused on a system that temporarily stores heat by installing multiple heat storage devices that are about 5 meters square.
- a large number of heat storage materials each having a size of several cm to several centimeters are filled in the device, and a medium such as circulating water passing through the medium is passed through the heat storage device, and the heat is generated by energy such as electric power.
- heat storage material By changing the phase of the heat storage material, heat is released when the phase changes from solid to liquid, and heat is absorbed when the phase changes from liquid to solid.
- heat storage material is cooled and solidified with nighttime electric power, and the endothermic effect of melting is used for daytime cooling.
- the heat storage material constituting the heat storage material includes clathrate, a mixture of ethylene glycol and water, a paraffin mixture having about 10 to 20 carbon atoms, etc., which is cooled and solidified at about 5 to 14 ° C, and It is said that those having a large heat of fusion are preferred.
- a medium such as circulating water guided from a water guide pipe (inlet) of the heat storage device moves while being exchanged heat by passing through a gap between the filled heat storage materials.
- Such a heat storage material is manufactured by filling a packaging container with an organic substance, an inorganic substance, or the like having heat storage properties due to a phase change and sealing the package.
- the method of sealing the packaging container is as follows: (1) A method in which the sealing material is filled in a state where the packing is in contact with or not in the sealed portion of the packaging container, and then heat-sealed by pressing with a heated mold.

Therefore, when an organic substance having heat storage properties is used, the organic substance enters as a contaminant into the sealing portion, and the sealing property is not sufficient, and the heat resistance of the sealing portion is not sufficient. On the other hand, when an inorganic substance having heat storage properties due to phase change is used, these problems are less than when an organic substance is used. There was a practical problem that cooling was large and solidification was hindered even when the temperature fell below the melting point, and the heat density radiated significantly decreased. In addition, in the case of the sealing method (3), there is a practical problem that, when the heat storage material is discarded, it is necessary to perform industrial waste treatment such as reclamation due to metal fittings such as wires.
