Abstract

L’invention concerne la sécurité de consommation ou d'utilisation des produits périssables ou périmables. Elle permet au consommateur de savoir si le produit, la boisson ou l'aliment altérable ou périssable expo­sé à l'air ou contenu dans un contenant déjà ouvert, est toujours consommable ou utilisable sans risque. Adjoint au contenant (11) (12) (19) le témoin (1) visualise (10) en vis à vis d'une échelle temporelle de péremption (8) une durée écoulée et restante, synchrone d'une autre durée non visible celle de l'altération du produit contenu à partir de son exposition (9) (19) à l'air (7) et en fonction des conditions thermiques. La technologie de mise en œuvre étant, préférentiellement, chimique, ( oxydoréduction, génie enzyma­tique...) l'agent inducteur (7) duquel les composés réactifs (5) sont isolés (2) (3) (4) (6) (16) (19) puis mis en contact lors ou par l'ouverture du contenant (9) (12), sera l'oxygène contenu dans l'air ambiant. Son action est fonction d'un facteur : la température ambiante, la propagation de la réaction colorée (10) étant relative à un indice de péremption propre au produit et correspondant à l'échelle de péremption (8). Parallèlement, le témoin indique aussi une durée excessive de commercialisation, par la migration des atomes d'oxygène (7), en un temps donné, à travers la paroi poreuse (6) isolant le réactif oxydable (5). Divers secteurs sont concernés, par exemple, alimentaire, médical, cosmétique ou pharmaceutique et tous produits dont la consommation ou l'usage est limité dans le temps pour raison sécuritaire.
